Because the software tries to be really great at solving the recruiting piece of HR it does a really super job at that. Again, because it is stand alone it will depend on who you use for payroll and personnel processing whether that gathered information will easily port to your main HR platform. for us it did not.
Very good customer service. implementation was really easy. Very good at what it tries to do. we found that getting our requirements into the system, establishing links to our job posting boards and getting our job descriptions into the system really easy to do.
Like all stand alone HR products it stinks that you need multiple software platforms in order to solve all of your HR needs

convenience or tracking applicants through entire hiring process
It's straight forward, manages the applicant tracking process from start to finish, allows for ample notes, can work with individualized process flows to work with your organization
Does not implement with our HR software, great for the start up vibe where all types of startups are used, not the best when you have established users of traditional HR brands

A superb hr hiring tool.
The jazzhr program was a definite time saving and streamlined resource to have. Navigation is the biggest asset to be able to get to resumes and respond in a organized fashion.
I would like to see more training programs tailored to different options as the system is updated and be notified of changes.

With Jazz, the hiring process is processed well. All the steps and interview schedules are managed easily in Jazz. It helps to score the candidates and define the next step with them. helps us with all kind of needed reporting.

Integrates with our HR system which is nice.
Ease of use, can create a job, close it, pause it over and over again which helps keep all candidate information together.
Sometimes I feel like we don't use all the functionalities since the system is so robust. More trainings would be helpful.

This software is affordable and well matched for small to medium sized companies. It provides a great HR knowledge base and resource for those companies without a dedicated HR manager.
Jazz did not meet our integration needs. While it provides sound HR conductivity it falls short on the onboarding process. Document management is not highly utilized in this software which is often an important business need.

Jazz HR has made our recruiting process so much more organized. I particularly like that we can have knock out questions that automatically will eliminate a candidate from moving further in the process.
Jazz HR is extremely user friendly. As the HR director, I hardly ever get questions from my managers on how to use the software. The price point is good as well.
We don't have a dedicated customer service rep. I have to use through their email support to get assistance.

overall our experience with Jazz HR has been very positive.
Very easy to use. Has a lot of features but no many as to overwhelm you. We are a medium size company and it fits our needs very well.
None so far. We have been able to use it to full fill our needs with out incident.

Would definitely recommend for a company looking for both an ATS as well as HRIS.
The integrations were great and it goes well beyond an applicant tracking system - very much a complete HRIS for SMB & start ups.
It seemed less focused on the applicant tracking side of the platform in comparing it with the HR features.

It has been nothing but exceptional. We have had no issue losing candidates info or not being able to contact them through JazzHR.
We use this software in order to organized the 100s of applications we get for each job opening on my team. Every time someone applies JazzHR sends an email that allows you to preview that candidate. It is also excellent to organize candidates in to tiers and send them reject letters if necessary.
With any HR software it takes a bit of time to learn and you have to make accounts for each colleague that is involved in the hiring process. At our workplace, the HR decides who has access to all of the info and who does not.

It can be a little overwhelming for anyone outside of the HR role, but is still involved in hiring.

I love how clear the pricing structure is and the value you get for your dollar. Compared to many of the other ATS systems we reviewed, you get the greatest numbers of features for what you're paying for. We appreciate that it posts to 17 job boards, you have unlimited posts and users, and how intuitive the interface is!
Like any new software, there is a learning curve. However, the Jazz HR team is very helpful overcoming any obstacle.

Cost effective, easy to use and can scale with you as you grow. Easily integrates with BambooHR and other HRIS platforms. The customer support at JazzHR is responsive and helpful and they are always adding new functionality to improve the product.
It's the best system on the market for the price and functionality. JazzHR easily integrates with free job boards saving posting time and looks great on mobile!
The reporting could be improved. JazzHR integrates with a number of other HR Tech providers but at times the API can be limiting.

Very good.
The Jazz HR Tool is quite intuitive, so the learning curve is actually quite brief. The tool makes it very easy to post on various job boards, including our own corporate website. Jazz HR makes sourcing and streamlined, integrated process, along with recruiting coordination and staffing.
It would be a plus if "employee referral" were more prominently displayed on the cover/front page of the site.

5-stars, love my ATS, love the simplicity and ease of use from beginning to more advanced features!
This software is so user friendly, it is easy to adapt to this new system. A marked improvement from my last ATS. I could not be happier. The Success team is always there and timely in their response to my inquiries. I was up and running in 1 hour and am happier than I even suspected I could. I am a systems savvy person but you would have to be a beginner to have any trouble with adopting this tool! From the sales person, all the way through my success team and data migration specialist - this has been a 5-star experience!
Cannot preview uploaded documents without downloading them again. LinkedIn integration is great but experiencing some issues that I will have to check with my success team about.

Jazz is a great software for bringing together hiring managers and HR personnel to evaluate the best job candidates.
The site is very easy to navigate, once you get used to exploring. Compared to other applicant tracking software we have looked at, Jazz was the best visually. The jobs are completely customizable, and easy to tailor to our particular needs.

It's been a great solution to our suite of HR technology solutions. I was able to have my Office Manager, who is new in her HR career, do the set up and understand the basics behind any implementation. The system is simple enough that we haven't had to call tech support.
We decided to use the program as a part of integration to our HCM (GoCo.io). The seamless ability to pull applicants into GoCo was a great selling point. Jazz is made for companies like ours, with our office manager scheduling interviews for multiple sites, she can easily push candidate's interview schedules directly to the manager's schedule in outlook.
The scheduling feature seems to have a bit of a quirk, that took me 15 minutes to fully get the hang of. Otherwise, great solution that checks all the boxes of applicant management.

Jazz HR has workflows, and depending on your package it also has eSigning. The people are friendly until you've finished giving them your money, and then they'll be a quiet as a church mouse. It's stable software, but it's overpriced.
I had opened an account with Jazz HR before the recruiter I hired let me know about Breezy HR. Breezy is free, and it does far more. Plus Breezy doesn't mislead you into thinking all you need to do is buy some expensive ad on a job site. Recruiters know how to recruit, and software alone is not the answer. Even if you just grab Breezy HR, and you don't have a recruiter working long hours to fill your role, then you still won't get anywhere. So, don't get me wrong. The reason I don't like Jazz HR is because it's overpriced for what you get. Recruiters are expensive, but your software doesn't need to be. For eSigning, grab a free plan with DocHub and you'll help their small business and you'll get free eSigning for a while. Then it's only a few bucks a month for signatures.
