Jazz is a great product for the price. Responsive customer service and user friendly software have made this technology a welcome addition to many teams where I consult.
The price point of the products is very good based on the unlimited data records you can have in the system. Great features that allow you to integrate with other web platforms.
Stars, love my ATS, love the simplicity and ease of use from beginning to more advanced features.
Pros
Of course it's not perfect but their excellent customer service and the way the listen to users feedback and are constantly improving the product is superb.
We switched from a competitor and I'm very glad that we did. The UI is fantastic and it's easy to navigate each screen within the software.
It's functional and gets the job done, but there are absolutely no "WOW" feature. Many competitors are coming up with better feature set nowadays, but pricing is good, which compensates.
Cons
Calendar feature does not sync with all versions of outlook making it completely useless. The design features and look are horrible.
I disliked their support team and the training session we received was very poor.
Some collaborators with whom I worked- not particularly tech-savvy ones- did struggle with the information.
Cons
They were absolutely rude, I wanted to post a job and my posting was immediately rejected, they were incredibly unhelpful and refused to assist me.
I understand that this is a trial package, but it should not be so hard to do a job posting just because you are unable to go through 3 step verification they have.
Other than some poor customer service communication issues, the software has performed up to expectations.
