Good Software that I think (hope) will get better

Since I source most of my candidates proactively without waiting for them to apply, I depend heavily on keeping good notes and need to be able to run reports for the profiles I last opened or notes I last made-- or made within a specified time frame.

Pros

- easy to use - friendly staff - Great UI - Great parsing of resumes - Easy to upload candidates and automate processes - eSignatures are easy and store in candidate profiles

Cons

- Lots of self-help troubleshooting - Trouble for connecting to legacy systems (could be our fault) - Can't run reports for activity from previous day - Reports seem basic - Not customizable in the candidate profile layout or required fields

Pros

The placement of resume and other documents on candidates profile is efficient and easy to access.

Cons

I wish assessments could somehow be integrated into interview guides instead of having them be separate.

Other than that, its a pretty easy to use and fast customer service.

-Ease of use - post to multiple job boards - multiple users -customizable hiring stages -customizable interview guides -fast customer support

Cons

-"no reply" rejection letters -difficulty in changing interview stages in an open job -non customizable reports -does not integrate with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite (for smaller companies)

For the price, JazzHR is a great platform for applicant tracking and workflow management.

Very user friendly and customizable. It is one of the most affordable systems I have seen on the market, so I think it's a great bang for your buck.

Pros

You can customize your own workflows and easily extend offers with various templates depending on the position you are recruiting for.

Cons

There are very few reporting tools/analytics within JazzHR to track metrics of a recruiting team.

It's simply Jazztastic.

I can sit and talk about the features Jazz offers like its automated customizable workflows, e-docs, ease of integration with other platforms like HackerRank, the Crod module which instantly gives you benchmarks to compare your performance, etc.

Cons

The only drawback is in the reporting capabilities, it's missing some dashboards and the ability to keep track of your metrics, but I know from a good source that is about to change in Q1 2017.

Pros

I like that you can rate candidates and prioritize recruiting.

Cons

I wish there was a way to better sort duplicates, excited for the Zip Release for increased user functionality. I would like a way to better create a unified call list versus each specific job. It would also be great if you could better sort potential duplicate candidates versus manually searching and adjusting it.

It helped in streamline of our recruitment process, also helped to track the assessment feedback of different hiring managers / panel.

Pros

I like the entire features of the software specially the "Role Model" feature it becomes easier for us to screen the profiles similar matching to the role model.

Cons

1) There should be bulk selection option of profiles. 2) The candidates who are directly applying through Jazz portal should not be visible to external recruiter or even they should not receive the email.

You get what you pay for - could be a good tool for a company with 10-50 employees.. anything over with high volume you're wasting your time

Pros

If you understand the tool well enough and have the time to poke around, it makes sense on a very limited point

Cons

Not great for scaling purposes - the reporting tool is very weak, the g-cal integration is weak, its a manual tool - not great for a super fast environment

Can get e-mail notifications.

Pros

It is visually appealing. I like how clean the screens are (never cluttered with too many words or options). I love that I can customize our workflows, do keyword searches, e-mail directly from the website, add team members, and can easily get support. I also love that it shows me when we get duplicate candidates, and what other positions they applied to. The ease of downloading candidates and moving them between jobs is also great.

Cons

It would be nice if the reporting function was more detailed and had a wider range of functionality.

Pros

Need to make sure the next note is visible by everyone? Easy. Ask Jazz for a quote and get ready to fall out of your chair because it's EXTREMELY affordable.

really good for reporting, key word searches and scheduling emails in advance. that is the best feature
