Long story short; Good software, great costumer service and still some room for improvement to stay on top of the game.
Excellent process automation, customizable reminder emails, ability to clearly define scores, outstanding and fast-responding customer service.
I really like the ability to comment (encourage) other people in your organization so that peer feedback can be utilized in annual performance reviews.

Cons
The most telling piece of evidence I can offer about Trakstar's performance and user-friendliness is the lack of questions and problems that our supervisors and managers experience.
In addition, the adding of ratings is required yet pointless in how I have it setup. Finally the inability of an individual user to look up their history is annoying.
You have to dismiss it manually every time, it is ridiculous, unnecessary, and very annoying.
