TribePad is a cloud-based recruiting and applicant tracking system (ATS) designed to connect all parties involved in the recruitment process, including recruiters, hiring managers, employees, and job seekers, across a range of industries. The platform includes tools for vacancy creation and approval, candidate screening, interview scheduling, video interviewing, candidate selection, offer management, and more.

With TribePad, users can create vacancies with smart job templates which can be configured to collect necessary information for different jobs, with the ability to lock critical fields to ensure that data integrity is maintained. Application journeys can also be customized for different business units, hiring managers, and job types, with pre-screening background checks, psychometric and aptitude tests. TribePad can be integrated with existing careers sites, and also includes a range of mobile-responsive careers page templates which can be customized to match company branding. Vacancies can be posted to hundreds of jobs boards, and shared through LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

TribePad allows users to retain and categorize candidates in a searchable database. Talent pools can be created and segmented, and suggested candidate lists can be generated for new vacancies in real-time. Unsuccessful candidates are notified automatically by email, removing the need for users to manually create and send messages. Video interviewing capabilities also aim to reduce the administrative burden by allowing users to review and score interviews at any time. Users can set scoring criteria and utilize the auto-reject and auto-shortlist features, while facial recognition, artificial intelligence (AI), and analytics enable social profiling of candidates. TribePad’s real-time analytics give users insight into return on investment (ROI), time to hire, and job board, recruiter, hiring manager, and agency efficiency.

A system that has gone from strength to strength and seen an amazing amount of development of its features in such a short period of time. Innovative training material using You Tube and online interviews. A great enhanced CV Search functionality made finding suitable candidates for jobs easier and job alerts certainly helped reduce the number of queries into the team. The team also took on feedback from both front end and back end users to help improve both the candidate and recruiters experience and the development team are always open to ideas. If you give them an idea of what you want to achieve they will work with you to develop this. A refreshingly outgoing innovative team to work with.

We started using TribePad quite a few years back now and since then our candidate pool, processes and candidate journey has improved massively! The system is easy to use for both candidates and users and it is always improving. We have seen new features launch and it is great that we can select what we want turned on and off which suits our recruitment process. We have a dedicated account manager who provides us with great support along with a supportive team who keeps us up to date. A great partnership!
