Before CEIPAL, we had been using our internal ATS for years, it has fewer options so we moved to CEIPAL earlier this year. CEIPAL has some great features, it supports for our recruitment needs. We used to depend on Excel Sheets Reports to review employees performance, now CEIPAL does this work so bye bye to external reports only CEIPALing now. Overall it is a good product and great customer service.

I am using ceipal from 5 Years and it seems to be a good ATS. to keep a track of submissions and candidates submitted on job. Also it keeps a track of Interviews etc. we need not to switch to different portals at a time. i am using the option "Integrated Search".

This tool is seriously geared to the staffing industry.  They thought of everything.  It is a complex tool that can do  "so much."   There are many moving parts and it is a little complex but don't let that scare you because Talent Hire has by far the  "BEST" SUPPORT TEAM I have ever encountered.  They are there for me on a daily basis.   They will step you through anything that you can't figure out yourself and they do it with a smile!!!  That is what makes Talent Hire BETTER than all the rest in my opinion.

Overall it's a great tool for a staffing agency. Although there is some scope for improvement as well.

I love working with Trinet - their site is extremely easy to use. The functionality is fabulous.
