Pros

The simplicity for the end-user is great, and the pricing. Worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] in customer service today and she was excellent, trying to assist me in any way feasible.
The tracking feature is nice and the ease of use of both the desktop and mobile app are great.
I like the product and #CLP was very helpful describing how to sync the data with quickbooks. I think that is a very useful and easy function to use.

Pros

Easy to fix when people forget to clock in and out. The reports are a great asset and being able to narrow things down by job code is a great plus.
I like this software because it is user friendly, the Time Clock Plus staff is amazing and very helpful. I get updates all the time and am offered help at every turn.
Seamless Integration with our ERP - Infinite Visions has been a big labor saver. The ease of the use of the product for end users is pretty good, with a modern, well designed UI.

Cons

If an error is missed and needs to be corrected after initial payroll is processed there is no way to do this between Tsheets and ADP. There appears to be no way to brake out workers comp codes.
No more stuffed file folders and if an employee has an issue with time they are responsible for that. No one can accuse me of stealing from them or trying to short them for time worked.
But if you sign up for the yearly plan they utterly refuse to refund your remaining balance. I used this software for 2 years, they charged the third year as a lump sum.

Cons

We then have to have our supervisor go in and fix the errors. This software is especially difficult for 10 minute breaks.
I dislike how difficult it is to initially set up on a phone.
Essentially this company lied about what I was purchasing and the time myself and my staff would need to spend on it.
