Using TSheets has been a great experience for our agency.  Our work requires us to work in many locations other than our home office. I am able to keep up with our team members and track how many hours they've worked. The weekly digest reports are also very helpful to see the week at a glance and the number of productivity hours the team has clocked.

QuickBooks Time Review

Pros and Cons of QuickBooks

I wish the app had GEO fencing running at all times. Also it seems that if the employees close out the app, the gps is not active, therefore the employee can do a scenerio: 

Start at location A
close the app 
then go to locations C, D, G 
arrive at Location B and then open the app. 
The app only recognizes point A to point B.  All travel to C,D,G goes undocumented.

Called to work through billing and spoke w/ Dom. Not only did he fix my issues, he took as much time as I wanted to review functionality, answer any questions I have, and helped me out w/ some areas that were giving me trouble (PTO). Can't say enough about the level of customer service I experienced w/ Dom and would recommend TSheets based on that alone.

Things I'd like to see improved so I can offer 5 stars:
1. Better PTO tracking - I can't even tell which employee I'm inputting vacation for b/c the name doesn't stay on the screen. Thought I was taking care of an employee, ended up putting it in for myself.
2. Put PTO dates on the scheduling calendar so I can see who's available and who's not on any given day.

Very simple to access, no redirecting to other pages I think everyone can be capable to use it. I like the reporting and ability to download the data, the TSheets is clean is smart.

Customer service is excellent, good help line, they meet  our needs at the office. my self would recommend my friends and family to try on this platform.

Since I have to complain, I would say that some of the windows and sub windows scroll in odd ways and are sometimes difficult to scroll through.

The time off notification confused the users sometimes, when the admin changes the time off info, it should not send the notification to user, the user will get confused when did I do that.
