mobile app is great, timer is nice, ability to pick favorite items from the list for most used names is great.
does NOT bring over tracking codes into Xero (despite promises this worked) not the best visual interface no project budget ability

Still in the learning curve, but using the one option that currently works for me. Once I have employees.... I will have to learn more I guess.
That it has several options to work with.
That it doesn't have videos step by step easy access to show how to do each task. I am a visual person like many others.

Training my team took minutes, so easy people are actually doing their timecards! Scheduling is visual and easy to share.
My team are all salaried employees, the program features and reports feel geared toward hourly. Would love a weekly report of who has not done their timecard with auto-reminders (instead of just clock in clock out reminders), would love to be able to assign a color to a job consistently, would love bookable resources (ie. meeting rooms)

I am tracking time for numerous customers and choosing a service item that coordinates with the customer. This lets the team develop payroll and produce reports about where the work is being done. The software is working very efficiently for this purpose and I'm glad we have it.
Reports for the tasks and customers that you are working for. A timer that can be set at the beginning of a task time period. Users choose the customer and project or service item, then can get to work with the timer working independently. The manual system to add time or correct errors works very well If you need details about a certain task, there is a notes section where details can be added.
The training videos are being developed. I found them inadequate, but the software is cooperative enough that this isn't a REAL problem. The software seems to be aimed at tasks that at least last all day. It will take some planning and 'thinking' to get it set up for shorter periods. If you serve numerous customers, rather than full days with one or few, be ready for some planning on your part.

user-friendly design, easy job setup, easy job switch, visual graphics to show how user time uses. Mobile App and Web App sync.
visual graph functions are limited, I use the software to track my personal time usage, I would like more functions easy for me to analysis my time usage, like Tags support, we can view the result combining different Tags, not just Jobs.

Adds labor tracking and accountability to my business. Creates a great visual for my customers to see labor we have charged them for.

I love everything about it. I'm a very visual person and it provides me with clarity when I organize or look for content that I need when I need it.
I like the elements, for example, GPS following, having the option to alter times while workers are still at work, and the capacity to follow hours for each work. I wound up making the change to another program.
Sometimes tasks wouldn't be accessible to some helpers even though they had the same program installed and synchronized on the same job.

I am very much satisfied using QuickBook Time for my institution. It saves lots of time while sending solicitations to clients, simpler for me (the Proprietor) to see what my representatives are chipping away at and when, in addition to my workers love it since it's more straightforward for them as well.
The quality and accuracy along with seamless integration to QuickBooks Online is really helpful and any employer would like this for sure. Really good for job costing and helping employees track their time during work
Automation is highly essential especially when it comes to manually add finance planning each time another representative is added appears to be crazy - this ought to be more seemless as it synchronizes with QuickBooks.

TSheets makes my life so easy. I am the project manager for an architectural design firm and if I had the knowledge and experience, I would have created TSheets myself. That's how intuitive their services are. They're extremely straightforward and easy to use, and their support staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Best support staff on the planet. Extremely easy to use. Detailed analytics. Makes it very easy to run visual project and payroll reports as well as manage hours.
There is not a feature yet to change job codes and timesheets on a mass scale. For instance, if everyone clocks in late, there's no way to log them all in at the proper time retroactively. This needs to be done one at a time.

Tsheets is simple, affordable, and easy to use once you get the hang of it. Provides real time data on workforce assets and serves as an effective tool for management to assess efficiency and costs.
individual entries can be cumbersome, could see this being more of an issue for larger organizations. Advanced reporting functions are a bit granular, compared to the visual driven interface of the core components.

I loved it from the first time I used it! It would be hard to replace!
I was part of QB time before it was QB time! It was T-sheets! And now actually it is called WorkForce. I started using it bc a crew member saw how frustrated I was trying to manually enter time... isn't there an app for that? Yes! And I have used it ever since! That was 7-8 years ago!
Can't think of any! They even kept the classic Tsheets version of the app in the online version which I love bc of the visual set up! I color coat all of my clients etc. They are so very helpful!

Tsheetslove Its a better than average software, we recommend it to any industry.
Ease of use, excellent reporting capability. Our employees were a bit reluctant at first from changing from our old system. After using it a short time they are quite happy with the visual quality of the app.
The syncing for us is a bit of a hinderance. I am the only person that can do the sync and it can only be done on the host Server. This means every time I sync I have to log out of one system on to another. With all the changes we have I need to do this several times throughout the day.

This is the closest match to my ideal time clock that I've found yet - I like that it syncs with QuickBooks, too.
Phone notifications and easy setup. It's a pleasant Interface, everything is clean and intuitive. I really appreciate the visual graphs and the fact that you can add different shifts, which I use to block time and jobs as well as breaks.
Wish that it synced and integrated better with paycom, todoist, momentum, and Google calendar - I'm a freelancer, so I block my own time and I love integrations which minimize switching between accounts.

I used TSheets to manage employee records of time and other stuff a number of times. The one thing I really like about TSheets is how responsive it is on mobile screens. I can access information easily using my smartphone and see the visual charts. It looks impressive.

Solid product that needs a little work, not too bad.
I have been using this to submit time with my company and keep track of billable hours for clients. The interface is fairly easy to use. I can see my team's time sheets as well as my own and see visual indications when someone is running over.
The design is not very pretty and I usually have to click around a lot to find things. Overall it could use a little UI overhaul.

Overall a positive experience. Very busy & old looking though, so it could definitely use a facelift.
I recently became an administrator, in charge of making sure my team logs their hours. No one at my company taught me how to use tsheets, I had to teach myself. Thank god for their customer service team! They were available (via chat) late at night and on the weekend when I was trying to figure out how to enter my team's PTO & they were amazing. Answered every question I had and walked me through each step!
It is a little confusing when you first look at it. When I tried figuring out how to do certain tasks (before customer support helped me with everything), it was kind of hard to navigate. The visual look itself is very old feeling. And there's a lot of clutter that doesn't necessarily need to be on the dashboard.

Quickbooks' time planning programming offers a helpful method for doling out shifts and make schedules.The UI permits clients to relocate moves and timetables to schedules.A different "Who's Working" window records worker accessibility for a speedy work. Also, the product has choices for rolling out moment improvements to the timetable when required and cautioning groups promptly with warnings and alerts.

I like it because during the development and implementation phases they were always available to answer my questions and provide me with the necessary support.
The platform allows me to monitor and manage my large-scale projects efficiently while keeping all team members up to date and on the same page.
