Pros

Thanks to the Userlane tutorials our users have a perfect onboarding process in our software.
Very effective software for teams who want to accelerate their user onboarding. Well designed with good UX and UI.
Support is a big thing at Userlane. Thanks for your great work.

Pros

But I've not actually built a flow out on my own until now. As someone who loves to tinker and test, I found the tool perfectly suited to me.
Also, the integrations with Segment and Intercom are offering us great value, as they provide us with amazing insights on our customers and their journeys.
If you have GTM already set up, you don't need this as well. Superior support, always received good intention signals and very intuitive on understanding where I need help.

Cons

The people building the userlanes are frustrated that failures are more easily identified and that the process to fix can at times be complicated to rectify and recreate the issue.
But in that specific case, every position was basically bad. We had to schedule a call with support to solve the problem.
We had a problem once with a box blocking access to a menu. Userlane offers the opportunity to move boxes and speech-bubbles around if the system doesn't place them correctly.

Cons

My problem is that the first UserGuiding step does not work as it doesn’t not find the starting point on the web page, because this web page is too long to show the entry button on a standard screen.
Some of the implementation was a little hard because of our lack of technical knowledge.
Sometimes interface and Chrome extension could become confusing but once you get used to, it is not a big deal.
