Nothing as such but the only thing that I would expect at this point is to be able to have concurrent jobs running including the full commission calculations

Varicent has helped us automate our commission calculation process, saving time and providing our sales force with daily performance information. Overall I am very satisfied with our Varicent experience.
Varicent has excellent customer support. The solutions can be complicated and with any software, sometimes there are issues and their support team is always quick to respond to any issue. Varicent is always coming out with new features.
The software is highly configurable but it takes a high skill set to manage, build complex calculations etc. It can be difficult to triage issues when numbers don't come out as expected.

The Varicent Team has been a professional and responsive business partner. The Varicent product has enabled our company to implement incentive plan tracking for plan acknowledgments, payment calculations, and the approvals of those incentive payments in one central system. This has made meeting audit and compliance requirements possible.
The flexibility and ability to scale the use of the system. Zions has expanded the number and types of incentive plans processed in the System. We have also expanded the reports we use in the ICM System.
Workflow management design and document storage have not met our needs. We have implemented work arounds to meet our business needs.

In conclusion, I heartily endorse Varicent to any company searching for a practical and cost-effective sales performance management option. The programme is strong, adaptable, user-friendly, and supported by an excellent customer help staff.
give sales teams the ability to monitor their progress, rewards, fees, and awards. The software also includes built-in analytics and monitoring tools that offer insights into the success of individual sales tactics as well as team performance as a whole.
Setting up and configuring the software can take some time, which can be difficult for companies with limited IT resources or experience.

Very good experience from day one.
Efficient software to track and calculate a variety of commission structures that are paid out monthly. 500+ monthly calculation and payout.
Cannot think of anything that I do not like.
