Is a great ATS
Candidates and all activities follow up and keeps the record from all consultants activity. To keep all the information from the candidates, prospects, clients and all the activity from all consultants, even those that are not working for the company anymore

As we are the recruitment business company. We used Vincere to be our ATS system, database recorder and CV sharing in the company. Good choice for your recruitment business. Better than other ATS.
Vincere is the ATS system that friendly with user. Interface is nice and easy to use. We can input, search, print report and etc. Frequency of update program in almost every week.
Now the program cannot search the text in comment. Program cannot link with our job board for automatic upload when our candidates submit CV.

One tool for ATS, CRM, Forecasting and KPI tracking Flexible business model, attractively priced. Speed Integrated ATS, CRM and forecasting functionality. Integration with other services such as Indeed, Broadbean, Linkmatch. Good customer service.
Forecast reporting could be a bit more configurable - a la salesforce.com CV parsing is not perfect, as with any of the providers that I have seen. Trust it will improve with time.

This is a great CRM/ATS and a great alternative to BULLHORN
Really enjoy the ability to add candidates/contacts from LinkedIn. Lots of flexibility to add custom tags or custom fields. The dashboard with analytics is great too! Also being able to add the micro-site tied to my website was very easy. The interface is very easy to use. Have only been using this for less than 3 months but I am glad i found it. Definitely worth checking out.
I would like to option to publish jobs to just my micro-site or INDEED. I wish the program would run on an IPAD using Safari. However the mobile app did just come out so, I am sure more features will roll out. wish it had Quickbooks integration.

We use this product to track communication with our clients and candidates and keep an overview of opportunities we are working on. This works most of the time, but could be done more efficiently.
The product is very competitively priced and fairly easy to use, fulfilling most functions one can expect from an ATS/CRM
Feature suggestions that would be useful to many users, and that have been recommended by many users, have not yet been implemented.

Really recommended for anyone out there that are looking for a CRM/ATS software, to give Vincere a go.
Vincere is very well set up in terms of organization and unnecessary manual work you have to go through. Previously I was using a software called Placement Partner where you literally had to input in all the information which at the time was very complicated. The transition over to Vincere has definitely made my life a lot easier, not to mention their integration with Velocity which helps you retrieve applicants from LinkedIn, that for me it's really cool. With what's going on in the world today regarding technologies, Vincere has help advanced us as a business, making work effortless and less time-consuming. Everything is done electronically, by far the best software I've used compared to what I've used previously.
I actually have nothing to say about Vincere other than the fact that it's a fantastic software up to date.

Finding Vincere was a breath of fresh air. In terms of modern recruitment CRM/ATS platforms, Vincere is 10 steps ahead of the competition.
We were using Bullhorn before switching to Vincere. Bullhorn was decent but it wasn’t keeping up with the latest technologies as fast as it needed to. It was starting to feel like a legacy system. By contrast, Vincere are investing massively in the latest tech and it shows. They launched 6 years ago- so it’s product which is mature enough to have a bit of depth to it, but which is also built on the...

I like the tools that Vincere provide, like the ATS of the candidates, the ability to conduct any searches and get the result right away is very effective.
Experiencing technicality when using Vincere, for me personally constant update is hard to keep up

I’d really recommend Vincere because it focuses on the core of what recruitment is about – having visibility over your Jobs and Candidates, and being able to move them through the recruitment process. Too many ATS systems focus on social marketing and forget the most important thing, which is managing your Candidates from A – Z and getting them placed in a role.
I’ve tried lots of different ATS systems, and the thing that sets Vincere apart from the rest is its focus on pipeline. Vincere’s ATS is logically ordered and prompts you to take the right actions in the recruitment process, at the right time. The numbers on the pipeline also give you great visibility. I also really like the fact that it supports bulk emailing, and the reporting is also good. And finally, there aren’t bugs, which is great!
There are a few small things that I’d like to see improved in Vincere. The first is sending more than one Candidate at the same time (but this is coming in three weeks, so we’re not worried!). It would also be nice if the system was a little bit prettier, and very occasionally the parsing function doesn’t work quite as well as it normally does.

I love that we can customize various templates to suit our needs and to personalize the system, thereby avoid sounding robotic. Makes everything much easier.
We'd like the ability to be able to personalize some of the automated responses in the ATS for example, we wanted to change the word recruiter but unable to change it.

I’ve only got good things to say about Vincere, it has really helped everyone in our business. The system is really clear – you can easily keep track of exactly where your candidates are in the pipeline, and moving them through the process is smooth and simple. However, my favorite part of Vincere has to be the dashboard. From here I can easily look at my stats, forecast, fees, upcoming interviews and live jobs. This really helps to keep me on track to hit my KPIs and clearly shows me how far I still have to go to hit target. Overall my team and I love the system!
It would be great if the ATS pipeline was slightly more customizable so we could change the stage titles, but this is just one small note on an otherwise very easy to use system.

If you're thinking of going for Vincere- do it, it's great.
The speed of development of the platform. It's already a great ATS but they're improving it all the time. That's a key reason we decided to move away from Bullhorn. It's also really easy to use and understand for our recruiters and provides great reports for our Managers.
They could have more integrations but I know that lots more are coming so I'm not concerned! It provides us with an ATS & CRM - we wouldn't be able to run our business without it.

With minor issues aside, Vincere is great and definitely recommended for anyone in the recruitment business.
If you are looking for a CRM/ATS software that covers everything needed for a recruitment Vincere is definitely for you. They are very well set up and organized that it practically does the work for you.
In the profile of contact under company contacts, it's hard to tell who is who when there is a lot of contacts for that company would be great to see an added job title to the contacts.

We have been using Vincere for the past 3 years and have enjoyed seeing the product evolve. We have had a great experience, Give them a try!
Our consultants like using it. This is obviously an important factor. The fact that it has a CRM and ATS under one roof is key. The management team get a lot of value out of the analytics and dashboards.
The parsing technology - as with all systems- can still require manual editing. It would be amazing if we could eliminate all manual data entry work but I know this is probably not going to be a reality until the technology improves in general.

Its been fine, we have had challenges but there Customer team does try to solve the issues, in some cases it does take time. Its cheap and does a decent job.
At Gempool we wanted a simple and easy to use CRM, Vincere ticks this box. It has a simple ATS and easy to follow for the consultants. Good chevron system to track contacts. I really like the analytics but could be more detailed.
It can be quite buggy, having to click a box a few times for it to work for example, consistently on to support to find work around. Its not customization, if you want to make a change that change has to happen for all there customers. Even the smallest tweak.
