Once integrated with our ATS, the workflow was smooth, and the flexibility to customize interviews to suit our needs was a big plus. The data-rich dashboards provided valuable insights, helping us make informed hiring decisions. While there were minor areas for improvement, particularly in the AI's handling of complex responses, the benefits far outweighed the challenges, making it a valuable tool for our hiring efforts.

The customer service is really good and the tool helps for both general assessment and language levels.
It helps you to save a lot of time during recruitment process, especially for the roles with many applications.
More than the tool, general AI Video concept is new in the market so sometimes candidates feel reluctant to complete it because there is no actual human being on the other side of the screen.

We have tried this study not only in the recruitment process but also in different functions of HR such as organisational design, 360-degree feedback process. We even used it to collect feedback on customer experience. I would like the interface to be more flexible in terms of adaptation to such different projects because the tool is a very potential tool. It supports today's digital transformation of HR, especially in HR analytics and data processing and working with big data. Vireup should definitely be part of the ATS system.
HRBP labour efficiency, saving time especially in crowded recruitment processes, an egalitarian evaluation with standards thanks to artificial intelligence, ease of simultaneous foreign language analysis.The user-friendly feedback interface is very useful for measuring candidate experiences as a result of the candidate process. It provides equal treatment to candidates in data-driven decision-making. It ensures standardised measurement of recruitment competencies within the scope of each interview.
Socially, due to the prejudice against AI, candidates are reluctant to complete the process. I know that recording images is not mandatory, but for those who do not consider this option, the feeling of feeling ready and comfortable to record the image may postpone the interview.
