Pros
The other fantastic thing, is they are constantly improving their software. They release frequent updates, and are always taking feedback about things they can add in to improve their program.
The design is also very clean and appealing looking on both the admin and volunteer end. Customer support at Better Impact is top notch.
The customer service is outstanding. Of course the application is in the cloud and has easy to use access for volunteers.
Pros
I like it's ease of use and the interface: it's simple and easy to use, which makes tracking PTO and WFH easy.
Staff members are very professional and amazing to deal with.
Great product for any time-off tracking and accrual customization.
Cons
I struggle to generate reports, there are no many options, it is confusing.
Cannot fault the customer service at all. The only problem I currently have is trying to pull a list of volunteers by activities list - but the team are on it.
Ll go in to make a simple report and get overwhelmed with the options to choose from, and I cannot remember which boxes to check to get just the right data.
Cons
I kept trying to double click the day on the calendar. I was with several colleagues and we all had this problem.
Before using TimeOut, keeping track of vacation time and PTO was a mess.
I am able to send requests for days off to my supervisor where they can approve or reject it.
