Pros

This is the best HR software I have ever personally used. It's so simple to use, great features, easy to use (for employees) quick to clock in and out, great payroll system and reporting.
All the modules are good, Easy to understand, the best part is to Post Status Updates as its allow to merge every person in a good way like a social media.
Even our employees are loving to use the application with ease. We all are extremely happy to use the application with your continuous customer support.

Pros

Wonderful Abtrac staff to work with. The technical staff are excellent - professional, knowledgeable, patient, efficient and extremely helpful.
Real time cost of projects, collection of WIP, ability to write on and off against projects, invoicing and reporting functions are fantastic.
It is very user friendly and logical to use. The support staff are easy to contact and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

There were lots of buttons which were available to me, but navigating to them led to a "no access" pages. My first thought as a developer was, that it's a bad design.
The interface is extremely poor. With poorly arranged navigation structure.
The once things that I dislike the most is the delay in responses from Customer Support. There are many times where I have had to send multiple emails and days will go by before a response is given.

Cons

The speed can be slow, this is also what i hear other staff complain about also.
Sometimes a bit of a pause when the internet isn't going well. Having to log in when you've been doing something else is a bit of a pain at times.
Adding addresses is confusing - e.g. if you use the post code line, it does not come up in the address.
