The ability to customize tabs as per our requirement. The icons on the top side of the page should be increased in size so they are more prominent.
The available features, it appears to have decent features but does not flow with ease of use. If they continue to develop it to be more user friendly it would be a great resource.
Approval for every requisition one by one is great feature, it is very useful, and we get email also it is also a good feature.

Cons
There were lots of buttons which were available to me, but navigating to them led to a "no access" pages. My first thought as a developer was, that it's a bad design.
The interface is extremely poor. With poorly arranged navigation structure.
The once things that I dislike the most is the delay in responses from Customer Support. There are many times where I have had to send multiple emails and days will go by before a response is given.
