Pros

It's a nice tool to keep track of progress of yourself, team, and company and provides useful graphs and overviews. I can prioritise much better since I've been using Weekdone.
We were looking for a simple and affordable solution for composing and sharing OKR and tracking progress. Weekdone had those features and more at an affordable price.
Super simple to set up and administer, great "use" guidance in content, flexibility, dashboard presentation.

Pros

I like it's ease of use and the interface: it's simple and easy to use, which makes tracking PTO and WFH easy.
Staff members are very professional and amazing to deal with.
Great product for any time-off tracking and accrual customization.

Cons

Training was a little confusing for some users at first.
You can tell this program is a one many show. They have very poor support.
The pricing model at Weekdone is also "stupid. They charge you a package price.

Cons

I kept trying to double click the day on the calendar. I was with several colleagues and we all had this problem.
Before using TimeOut, keeping track of vacation time and PTO was a mess.
I am able to send requests for days off to my supervisor where they can approve or reject it.
