My experience overall while using Work HCM was the best, it met all requirements I needed. I recommend this app for HR agents or workers
Using this software , I have enjoyed the ability to access data securely and easily. accessing data on Work HCM is very easy and secured which makes it less stressful In use

We use Workday to log time, expenses, update addresses or contact information, view benefits, make changes to 401k, etc.
As a professional services company, the time and expenses we log are crucial to keep track of and have real-time visibility to. Workday does just this, and has a very user-friendly interface- the software makes it fun!
I haven't noticed any issues with Workday HCM so far- we also have Workday Learning and a variety of other Workday functionality, so I suppose with just HCM you might not have as many capabilities.

Awesome all-in-one HCM tool for large companies.
Hands down the most clean and friendly UI. It's so easy to find what you're looking for because Workday has each category listed on the first screen, and from there is super easy to navigate to the topic you need to know about. I like how it's an all in one place for anything I need information on: time off, compensation, goal setting, and org. structure, to name a few. I have used this software at several jobs before and it's just so easy to pick up on.
I personally haven't had any issues for the couple years I've been a user of this software. I'd highly recommend it to a larger company looking for a HCM system.

We needed an HCM that would support our growing organization.
I like that it is cloud based, so there is no equipment to manage for our internal team. I like that it is configurable to allow some minor changes to match our business processes, but not so different that we have to spend all our time testing new releases. I like their release schedule to get plenty of time to review the new features and that you have to turn them on.
You have to be a Workday client to get training in Workday. Support is limited. You generally have to go through a 3rd party group.

Overall experience was good.
Workday has simple interface, which makes it easy to use. It easily allows the HR team to pull employee information and later help in maintaining the same data.
Workday is expensive and configuration is not as simple as other HCM softwares.

Great HCM. By far the best I have worked with in my HR career.
Workday is not perfect, but it is the best HCM software that I have used. You can integrate almost every aspect of HR into one platform. The employee self service is easy to use.
It can be time consuming / a big lift to implement and deploy new modules within Workday, especially if you don't have a knowledgeable Workday team dedicated to the project. I have worked on small Workday implementation teams where we learned as we went along (it's painful) and I have worked with Workday consultants who do all of the work. I highly recommend hiring experts for the implementations. You are paying a lot for the software and want to make sure it is setup properly and getting the full value.

I like and overall I found it good to use.
Workday HCM is a cloud-based system, meaning it is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection.
While using this software it may have a steep learning curve for users who are not familiar with its interface and features. This can lead to decreased productivity and frustration for employees who are trying to perform their tasks.

Workday HCM provides a phenomenal experience without any glitches in the whole streamlined process, so I am satisfied with the services provided by this amazing software.
Workday allows us to team management efficiently by leveraging various operations . Also, it provides a smooth workflow for adding new employees, terminating any existing one, and also viewing the whole organizational structure in a very elegant way.
Searching tool in workday HCM needs more improvement, rest overall it's a perfect software for managing the workflow.

Every big organization needs a human capital management program. Without Workday, this wouldn't have been possible. Especially in big companies like Agoda, where there are many requirements from stakeholders such as GDPR, Data Privacy, and Security, these are things that many of the competitors couldn't do.
Workday is probably the best human capital management in the world right now. Learning Workday opens wide opportunities to various jobs. As a Workday HCM beginner, it might be overwhelming, but after one training course and a month of practice, Workday HCM can easily become a simple thing. Workday HCM is important as it is the core of other Workday modules such as Workday Security and Workday Business Process Architecture.
Workday is definitely an expensive tool that is only utilized by big companies. It is going to be rare for small to medium size company to use Workday. It means that, if you are going to quit a company that uses Workday and would prefer to find a job in a similar fashion, it has to be a large size company. Workday training is also kind of expensive, yet it is not a one-on-one training but a group course instead. Workday Support is very technically useful, however, it might take some time for an issue to resolve and they don't provide live chat support. Workday Learning is something that my company has issues with the most.

Workday HCM has been a good software when it comes to hiring especially bulk hiring. It also allows you to keep a database for resumes which helps in bulk hiring.
Workday HCM helps easily post the jobs on internal and external portal and is a very useful tool for hiring/recruiting.
The limitation in Workday HCM such as smooth onboarding experience and other features such as employee management.

Overall Workday HCM has been a wonderful tool for all Human Resource needs. I highly recommend it.
I like that Workday HCM offers a lot of features for performance management, filling out feedback and talent acquisition. It's a one stop shop for a lot of Human Resource needs. It empowers mid level management to be more productive.
Initial set up is quite complicated and needs specialized workday admin to set up. It needs prior workday knowledge. I wish it was more of a out of the box solution that doesn't need specialized administrative knowledge.

Overall, Workday HCM is an great solution for job posting. It's use is widespread and it's features are robust.
I like that Workday HCM allows applicants to pull in data from a past application, from a resume, or from LinkedIn. This saves time and reduces friction.
I don't like how pulling from a resume or LinkedIn doesn't always pull in formatting properly. This could be improved.

I have worked with other HCM products such as Workday, but nothing compares to Ceridian Dayforce. Dayforce has everything you need in one system. No need for integrations with other systems. The support is amazing and the training opportunities are wonderful.

Would not choose this system again, given the choice.
They system was sold as a robust HCM; we have not seen that yet.
Customer service and implementation has been extremely challenging. Ceridian's team made multiple mistakes that caused our team to rework multiple aspects of implementation. Left us hanging on multiple issues and caused us to spend much more than anticipated.
