Very payroll friendly. Running reports for payroll was easy and there are some HR and Benefits pieces as well.
Not HR friendly. It was not very user friendly and didn't have the useful resources and design as some of the newer HR systems

WorkforceNow has been instrumental in simplifying our HR needs.
ADP WorkforceNow is a great HR tool that accomplishes all of our HR needs. It simplifies everything into one place, making HR life very easy.
The thing I like least about ADP WorkforceNow is the search functionality is often difficult to find the source of what you're looking for.

ADP Workforce Now
Love this system! So easy to use and the customer support team is amazing.
Hr & payroll...
Ease of use. ADP is very helpful when I am not sure what to do. I have used the system for a while now and am pretty comfortable with how it works.
I haven't found much of anything that I do not like about the system except how fast it automatically logs me out. I understand it is a safety feature but I use the system all day and hate to have to log back in several times a day.

In the past I have had issues logging in (not their fault) the support team quickly resolved my issue which was mine not theres.
This allows us to simplify our HR needs. Reduce questions from staff which can help reduce HR costs.
The interface is a little dated compared to todays standards. With that said they kept it simple which is a plus.

The pay period and the pay date is a problem when we terminate an employee. The last pay check , sometimes shows deduction amounts that it should not be deducted because the employee is terminated at the beginning of the months. To fixed it we have to send a check for the amount that we over deducted. It is time consuming .
It is easy to used , if you know WorkforceNow.
The HR module sometimes does not connect with the payroll Module.

ADP Workforce Now
I've been a customer since 2003 and have not had any problems with ADP!
Payroll, ACA, 401K, HR
ADP is very easy to use. I have been a customer since 2003 and we employ over 150 employees using three companies. The reports are easy to create--done is easy to understand setup.
The wait time for questions is often very long for representative to pick up when you call with a general question. However, once they are on the line your problem is resolved with that person rather than waiting for a callback. The price is higher than other payroll companies.

We want to bring our HR which includes payrol in-house. this allows us to do that.
We tested this to replace our expensive HR services. ADP allows you to do HR payroll in-house which is a great alternative to the HR solutions that charge you an arm and leg.
It does what its suppose to, its helps you with your payroll. This is not outsource HR so do not expect, but they might have the option available also.

This product makes processing payroll easy. I love this product and cant recommend enough.
I love this software for payroll purposes. It is great. Run something twice and get the same calculation. Not what happens with other software. For payroll, it's great. Reporting is good and getting better every time there is an upgrade. ACA reporting is great!
The hr reporting isnt great, but its getting better. Applicant tracking is getting better, but is difficult to manage. HR doesnt love that part of the system, but it's a payroll product.

If you have a lot of HR duties and documentation for the HR then you should go for the Workforce Now

Workforce Now is a great resource for in-house HR teams (and smaller companies without an HR pro).
Workforce Now is the reason ADP still does our Payroll- it's a great value that keeps us out of legal hotwater and saves our team a ton of time.
The user interface isn't awesome, but it gets the job done. Just make sure to take time to learn the software in and out so you don't mess anything up!

ADP Workforce Now - Great Option for Small/Medium Size Business
Our ROI has more than paid for the price of implementation of ADP. Time spent on payroll processing has been cut in half.
ADP payroll processing and direct deposit are super easy to set up and maintain.
Reporting on the HR data generated in ADP is a no go.

ADP Workforce Now
WorkforceNow has enabled us to stream line our processes and hold our information in one location
To use for payroll, HR and benefits and the modules working together for each part of our HR functionality.
The software is user friendly and easy to navigate. The HR module with the wizards to hire or terminated employees is extremely user friendly.
The separated modules that create limitations in scheduling and in PTO set ups and some reports that should be already created as canned reports.

Overall, we like it.
We use mainly for payroll and HR related needs. We have not had many, if any issues with HR options and appreciate that.
Payroll aspect needs some more work. Employees are not given clear instructions as to how to get wage statements when they have direct deposit. Many are asking me for the "stubs" which I feel should automatically be available to them on payday.

I enjoy the software now however it was painful and having to do so much training was time consuming. Right now the wizards seem to cause me the most grief.

Love that I have everything I need in one place. Been with BLR for several years now.
I truly appreciate that we were able to create a database that we can utilize to store employee information. We were also able specifically research for information in one-state since our employees are only based out of one state.
Honestly, I have not found anything that we do not like about HR hero. Sometimes it can be finicky with finding some information I need, but with a little research, I always locate what I need.
