It's easy to use, offers lots of information. You can have projects and put in the cost of the project so this tracks the hours and what the bill needs to be. It has both admin and user control panels and I got great support for my questions.

It's lacking a few features. I'd like to be able to attach website urls to projects. It needs sortable reports which you can export.

The best thing about this software is that it's extremely easy to use. Just 1 click setup. Neat and clean dashboard and gives all the required tools which are essential. We use it to track our employee's check-in, checkout, time tracking, project tracking, idle time and productive time.

To be honest, till now I have found nothing which I don't like about this software. Just it's just a bit on the expensive side, but the features of this software offset it.

Additionally, employee activity monitoring provides valuable information on employee engagement and productivity, allowing managers to identify areas where employees may need additional training or support to achieve their desired level of performance.

The user interface should be more intuitive.

So when I first started the trial, it was easy to setup and use as well. It didn't took most of my time when I set it up. The support is so helpful as well when it comes to my questions if I need to know something about the app or if I need assistance with the app. I would recommend this to others as well.

The task management feature. We don't use this much as it's time consuming when it comes to moving the task to certain status instead of having the status to be changed from the task list of for each individual employees. It would be cool if you allow employees that isn't marked as managers or adminds to be able to change the status of their tasks.

Hiw easy it was to implement and use, is very friendly and reliable with on time data

There are many bugs and glitches out of nowhere, and it cannot be connected to other apps for automation

The app used to have unplanned downtimes or bugs some times in late 2021-early 2022. But this seems fixed now.

This has been useful for our organization transitioning from office to work from home arrangements. We are able to do timekeeping and monitoring of productivity of our employees with this application. It is easy to setup and easy to use.

There were a few times when some employees encountered error in their records. It seemed that intermittent connection issues or power interruption could have caused the problem. Although this seldom happens, I hope it would be handled well by the app.

It is modular and flexible. At point when we realized that we need time tracking solution we were not able to find best fit for a long time because there is no other app that only focuses on work. All other solutions track team's private time as well. With this one we are able to filter and ignore anything that is not work related so our colleagues don't need to worry about their privacy while we still have proof of their work and engagement.

Email reports are fixed and not that intuitive, they promised that it will be improved in next iteration, but it has been 45 days since...

We are working from home & this piece of application helps managers keep informed about their & their team members productivity.

This should have integration capabilities with project management platforms like Basecamp, Zoho etc

I have tried using different solutions for employee monitoring, but workpuls.com is probably the simplest and the most flexible one. I managed to track all the tasks that were taken during the project, to better define bottleneck activities and to improve our overall efficiency.

There are still some minor problems with categorization, but their customer rep adjusted the solution to our own needs.

Best part of workpuls i liked most is that, if in case system is shut down due to any technical glitch, then workpuls will continue working, and once you start the system you won't lose your tracking time.

Sometimes workpuls automatically clock out, it even does not show any notification that workpuls is clock-out. that why you have to check in every 1-2hr that it is working or not.

This product is easy to use and friendly user.

This product is almost perfect for the work from home setup.

The app is super easy to use. The environment is user-friendly that even a non-techie can navigate with ease.

I just love everything about it so there's none.

Its very important to continualy track the performance of each employees

Some features are hard to find or navigate.

Idle time tracking and shift scheduling.

Active Directory sync didn't work as expected (for now).

It's light, easy to set up, no downtime, great tech support, great features, especially Real Time Monitor with screen shots.

The Clock In time does not gets replicated immediately with the system time. There is a lag and takes about 24 hours to replicate to the workstation time zone. The reports could still get more updated in the sense when I select the details for the month, I should see the aggregate totals of each employee as a spread and not daily tabular for each employee in one place. In this case I have to extract the details and apply a PIVOT to come to the totals of each employee.

It helps to track productive time for each agent, manage time management for each task and allows to see the fields for improvements

You need to remember to turn it off once you finish your working day or want a couple of hours break :)

The easy ability to track employees hours spent working, along with what they were working on and when!

We haven't discovered any cons about Insightful so far!

We can see screenshots of their computers - which is great proof of work. I would recommend WorkPuls to anyone who has remote workforce.

Limited number of screenshots of only 20/per hr, more screenshots would better help with this, we will await updates.

Loved the simple and appealing UI only. The customer support is great.

Time tracking failed for employees. The employee's time hasn't been tracked, which is a shame.
