Pros
It was good, convenient, and easy. There are improvements that can be made and it may be on the company side to utilize the program better but the design was appealing and easy to the eye.
Amazing, have been in constant contact with my reps, they are informative, friendly and helpful. This has saved me a lot of time, especially since we have been busy.
Provides for greater accuracy and integrity of the reference check process. Excellent support and customer care from the XREF team.

Cons
Hadn’t integrated criminal background checks for Canada but that’s in the works. Once it’s a one-stop-shop I have no doubt it will be the dominant platform of choice for prescreening and references.
If you are setting your candidate up the day before for example they get reminder emails coming through on their "day off. We do get complaints from referees on occasion.
Sometimes I understand the reference invites go to people's spam folder.
