I can spend my time on other things now. The platform has decreased customer inquiries significantly and YM customer service has been fabulous!  I love the marketing YM creates - and I use it to bring our membership to the site.

We have a hard time pulling out the data we need, although they attempt to provide any KPI you would ever need. This may be an issue of semantics with our lingo and YM's.
