The ease of its use and the customer support is great for ZipRecruiter. It is very easy to search for jobs fast and efficiently and the software program provides a great description of the jobs.
It's a awesome tool and I really live using it to screen potentials and hire the best but come on guys you have to get better with customer service.
I recently graduated from college and am actively looking for jobs to kickstart my career. ZipRecruiter has made it easy for me to locate job openings best suited to my needs and likes.
Pros
From an HR standpoint, ADP is great for compensation management, and talent management. It integrates seamlessly with Jobvite and has enabled us to completely streamline our on-boarding process.
Powerful platform with awesome capabilities. You need a solid Service team to get you through some of it.
Other platforms like Zenefits, Rippling, etc have better, more friendly interfaces - the customer service and support team may make this platform worth it for most.
Cons
Spam, beware of spam calls , many time i get spam emails from this platform and they appear to be fake.
Complaints from potential clients. I get numerous complaints from candidates that they are inundated with spam after uploading their resume and many offers for jobs which end up being scams.
The problem that I really hated about it was the job that I had experience for it gave me very few leads and the jobs where outside my job search area and it gave me lots of emails I didn't asks for.
Cons
The implementation was a disaster as well, as a direct result of very poor support and follow through. So much, in fact, it failed for us as a company in paying our employees on time by almost 2 days.
We have used ADP for many years and I am not aware that there have been any unfavorable issues or problems.
Sometimes it may crash, but I think the problem comes with all software. It can be a bit more complicated when you occasionally work from home and need to log on with your own laptop.
