Zoho people allows you to maintain your employees database very efficiently. It allows to add or remove employees in a breeze. Onboarding of a new employees is vey easy. their support team is excellent, response is below 24 hours

Best if combined with Zoho payroll. Some edits are difficult if you dont do it on time and miss the time. reaching support team over phone is difficult, they are best in response if you raise a ticket.

You are easily able to view your leave balance, easily tract the time during the day, easily apply for leaves

Performance management is a little bit hectic. there are a lot of steps to follow and few ratings can be automated which ae done manually

Automatitions and all the arquecture and the frendly way of self services, i suggest to use Zoho People.

The way of driving collaboration on entire team, keeping trucking the overal of all tasks and process

No more dealing with spreadsheets, set up People and keep all the information from each year online at your fingertips.

You do have to build all of the forms yourself unless can make do with the pre-fab ones. It's not hard work but don't expect a ready made template when you have company specific forms you want to use.

The best advantage of the software is we can customize the form and mail alerts the way we want it.

Not much that I don't like, Just there are so many same buttons that can actually be clicked accidentally and affect the time tracking.

the ability to manage the employee details and their attendance are easy in Zoho People, we can also track the employee performance and their is impressive.

Chat and call options are not available in Zoho people

It's like having my own personal HR administrator on my laptop. Easy to use, to find documents or information that I need and to record information. Very easy to keep track of my working hours whilst working from home during the pandemic and the mobile app is fantastic.

Its kind of hard to use from an administration perspective initially, but once you get used to it - its much easier.

Used in 2 organisations primarily for expense reporting and annual leave request. Very simple to setup. Wide range of feature. Great app which is a massive plus, but equally as good website.

ZOHO people allows management of different resume and people. It is a software that can be used in tracking employee cycle. Scheduling and minimal features for time tracking are possible with ZOHO People. This software allows so many jobs to be done with just one dashboard to face, which looks very clean and organized as well. It is very intuitive and it can work for you in so many possible ways.

The product will work for you and will be highly personalized after a while of using it. It is somehow difficult to start using and to learn its initial uses, it might take time to understand the different features.

Zoho People has some weird intricacies and quirks - employees have had issues with it checking them in twice. However, that's usually easy to fix.

Ability to track leave made easy. Recruitment process readily available. Job performance tracked effectively, Performance appraisals, people management, company organogram, and departments easily manageable.

I am still busy familiarising myself with the system. I will give you feedback as soon as I have encountered any cons.

I really loved the check in and check out feature.It has a lot of interesting features like Attendance,time tracker and much more.

There were a few bugs in earlier versions
