A complete HR System that meets the needs of my small business clients. I was looking for a performance management system for a client and based on my research found Zoho and was quite pleased in realising that the system offered so much more than I anticipated.
The wide availability of features that matches every HR need and desire. I also love the fact that is extremely user friendly and even the person who isn't very tech savvy can use it with sufficient training.

I really like the fact that it offers large customization options to the administrator without requiring programming skills. It also integrates with the email system like a charm, without any configuration and the emails are sent very quick. The data structure is efficient and it also gives some interesting automation options.
From the admin point of view, I have noticed some limitations for field values. For example I can not use a formula to set a data type field through workflow to display the current date when triggered. Also, the process of designing a template for a document takes time because you have a small area where you see the document you create and you can not use preview features. You just have to save and test it somewhere else every time.

This software is easy to use and have lots of features for management. To manage recruitment data is really easy and help HR. It also provide performance management features and different reports. Employee can also regularise their details.
The tool is good enough as compared to they charged. We have to prepare a resource who can manage it with custom organisation flow.

The ability for staff to check in from remote locations. This is a terrific feature because I can track the geographic location as well. We are a remote team so this works well for us. We use Zoho People to provide HR services to our clients as well.
It does not integrate with a payroll system (well actually it does - Zoho Payroll, which is only available in CA.)

Everything in one tool as such applying for leave, leave status, profile and many more. It is a vast tool and make job easy for HR people. Tool is instant for example if I apply for a leave my reporting manager gets the notification quickly so he can review and reject or approve.
I did not find any cons about this software yet.

We are a small organisation that got tired with all the people managing software and their inefficient service. finally we landed on to zoho . The thing we like most is the prompt customer service who solve your problems in a minute.
ALL the functionality seems to unavailable some time. uploading respective documents is not supported yet.

The software is really useful for managing the people at different locations and shift timings. The different features are really useful, and help in getting detailed reports.
It has loads of feature, so the induction to the software takes time. Which is needed. Sometimes, the customer support is lacking.

I like Zoho People I just wish the price was not as high to make it more affordable for a small business with 15 employees.
The ease of use, their help center has lots of great information, webinars, templates, I like the templates they offer.
The price I feel is to high for a small business to make it an affordable purchase. I also wish the reports were run easier.

It is very useful and so many applications. It is cost effective and different level control according to the team.
So many functions are difficult to learn. It requires lot of time to be expert for everything. No book is available in the market to learn all the applications.

- domain validation is not done for more than 1 week. - support can't help with this issue - very poor support with answers that can't really help or absolutely not applicable to my case

Leave and time tracking all in one place. There is an import feature to get you started quickly. I was able to import employee information and vacation time from our previous system.
There are a lot of features, and It takes a while to get the hang of it. Some of the features have enough documentation, and others not so much.

This software is very easy to use and allows for a lot of flexibility and customization. I really like the template feature and I like how calculations can be done quickly and easily.
The slow response time from customer support as well as time clock feature made us go another route.

Zoho covers all the aspect of people management; from daily attendance to skills & training. And it helps to digitise and automate all the HR process in a company.
Some bugs in some features. UI Can be improved a bit. Manual setup for forms will make little confusion but it gives more customizability.

It can integrate my employees and new hires onto one platform! It has numerous reports and even a free edition if you are a start-up business. It took a minute to completely understand it. Once I learned the software it got easier to use. It just took almost two weeks to excel in it.

It's very easy to get started. Things are straightforward and simple. The daily attendance module, Checkin - Checkout features are very useful to setup.
I felt like the UI needs some improvement. Even though it is simple, the look and feel of the software doesn't match similar SaaS solutions.
