Recruiting made easier

Reviewed 4 months ago

I have been able to make recruitment in my company so easily.

Pros

The tool is so easy to learn and use. It is cost-effective as compared to its return on investment. I have been able to integrate it with other tools hence making work easier.

Cons

Sometimes the tool lags a bit when you integrate it with other tools.

awesome applicant recruitment and tracking software

Reviewed 7 years ago

Zoho Recruit is great value for money. I have enjoyed its ease of use and add on features for collaboration, and integration with websites and job boards. I own a recruitment company and Zoho Recruit has been great in how we manage and track our sales and close on our projects just for a good enough price compared to other software in the market.

Pros

Zoho chats, Zoho calling and video calling, Zoho share screen, job social, auto email responders, career website design, good customer support - always prompt.

Cons

web app takes forever to load when the internet is not very strong, perhaps the developers can work on ways to improve how this app works even when the internet is not so great.

Excellent cost effective ATS product

Reviewed 8 years ago

I was looking for a ATS that I could customise without having to know too much code and follow specific workflows and automation patterns. Having found Zoho Recruit it met all my needs perfectly and within my limited budget as a small business.

Pros

Ease of use. Once you know your recruitment process you can quickly and easily set up the complete workflow and automation to hit every requirement you have. There is also good support features that will walk you through and solve your problems quickly and easily.

Cons

The Zoho Recruit App is functional but could still use a little work in terms of editing information but meets needs in most cases.

It was pretty easy to setup and use!

Reviewed 5 years ago

Our company has an office in Nigeria, the US and is in the process of expanding. Zoho is a great way to post all of our openings across the globe and closely monitor the application process. It is nice to have the option to give several recruiters access to the job openings within their department.

Pros

I liked that it was really easy to set up and integrate with our company website. I looked at a number of recruitment platform options before settling with Zoho and I am glad I did. Following the demo, I noticed several features that other platforms didn't have, including some I hadn't even thought of! I also liked the option to add several recruiters. It was easy to give different team members access to the platform to sift through CVs and narrow down the candidates. Once I look through the job openings that have been posted, I know at a quick glance how many candidates I've got in the running for interviews.

Cons

My greatest challenge is being able to get all of our job postings to align and look the same after I create/save the post. Even after applying the same font, text, spacings, etc., I have to tweak quite a bit for it to appear in the format I want. Furthermore, the text doesn't always appear as I'd like it to on the website.

Perfect for Startup with Ability to Scale

Reviewed 5 years ago

As a small IT recruiter, the ATS features provided are amazing. The time saved by not having to customize a an off the shelf system or even tweak SharePoint are worth the cost alone. I look forward to digging deeper into all the additional time saving features more.

Pros

While the workflows are helpful, I found the greatest value in the resume parser with the ability to generate custom, branded resumes quickly with pre-defined templates.

Cons

Have found that refreshes are needed from time to time with Safari, but not with Edge or Chrome. I believe this may be some settings within my Mac. Also, I need to do more research on how best to leverage the provided Zoho Mail and understand how to manage auto-responses, interview schedules, etc.

good system even for small businesses, less scattered emails and easier cooperation in hiring.

Reviewed 4 years ago

100es of resumes in email, different positions all in the same inbox! Going through candidates for each specific job is awesome.

Pros

easy to go through candidates, very user friendly, less scattered emails and easier cooperation in hiring.

Cons

I had to translate to arabic on some tabs only, I wasn't able to modify all the pages though. I needed to connect to my g suit email so all previous emails will be included in the candidates pool but couldn't

The most feature-filled applicant tracking system out there!

Reviewed 5 years ago

Before having an ATS like zoho we had did all of our recruitment manually (We hire hundreds of people each year) and this took so many people so much time. However, since we've had Zoho recruit we've been able to automate so much of the process which not only has helped us filter the better candidates through, but has also allowed us to do other things apart from recruitment.

Pros

Zoho recruit is so customizeable! It is so filled with features and functionality, but at the same time gives you so much scope compared to some of the other ATS out there.

Cons

It does take a while to set up the way you want it.

Tons of features and integrations at a great value!

Reviewed 2 years ago

Very smooth. We implemented this almost a year ago and it has been a great experience so far.

Pros

It is great at being able to import data from multiple sources without issues. I can import candidate details from Google Sheets, Excel and sourcing solutions without ever worrying about format errors. It is also pretty fast and responsive. It supports a ton of integrations (every tool we use can and is hooked into Zoho Recruit) and it also has a decent number of automation options. Their chat support team is really great too.

Cons

It has a learning curve. Whenever we have a new user joining that is put on the system, it takes them a while to catch up. Even something as simple as pulling reports and tasks is a little complicated to execute for a new users.

Used to be a good product

Reviewed 8 years ago
Pros

They used to be a really good solution for the amount you pay but the recent platform change has been problematic at best by taking away features that used to make it a really good value and easy to work with. Its still a great price.

Cons

They did an "update" to their platform that completely blindsided us as a company. We were used to the old platform and many of the good features within the system they took away. We can no longer send out text messages to the group of candidates even though it still shows as an option the button hasn't worked since the migration around Feb 1. You can't edit templates when you send them to a group of people. The templates you have to work with are sealed and not able to be edited as they were before. This is a pain. The customer service is many times lacking not because of a desire to help but because they are unprepared and many times tough to understand since they are in India.

What a Fantastic System

Reviewed 4 years ago

I have loved the experience so far with Zoho although I am still learning the ropes - everything seems to be there and full support is at hand to answer any questions you have rather than having to wait on hold every time you call.

Pros

I like the way everything is organised and its a proper system that everyone can access whether it be through Zoho themselves or even if you embed it in your website.

Cons

The only dislike I have is the fact when you add your email to the Zoho email it doesn't synchronise all of your existing folder so you either use just Zoho as your main email or keep updating two separate apps.

Zoho recruit is great tool to have for every recruiter

Reviewed 4 years ago

During our recruitment process, we need a lot of documents from the candidates and Zoho recruit is able to receive these documents form candidates and update their file as well

Pros

Zoho recruit is very slick and is very intuitive. There are lots of training videos available on the Zoho sites and also on Youtube. It has good integrations with existing google systems. The resume parsing feature is good. The integrations of directly importing the resume form the email is also fab.

Cons

I am still using the trial version and found that there was no integration with dropbox. I may be wrong and might know more when I explore a bit more.

Great Tool For Recruitment With Excellent Customer Support

Reviewed 2 years ago

It helps me to deal with the large volume of candidates' information. We can organize candidates' resumes with notes and actions.

Cons

I don't find anything to dislike. It is an excellent tool and very user-friendly. Its support team is fantastic and helps to answer our questions.

So far so good

Reviewed 5 years ago

We used Zoho invoicing for our last start up and it worked flawlessly. So we are excited to dig in with Zoho Recruit. It is a much more complex system than the invoicing module, but the same quality and ease of use is there.

Pros

Its feature rich, user friendly and best bang for your buck if you are a start up.

Cons

This is to be determined as we are still ramping up with the system.

Most robust ATS on the market.

Reviewed 5 years ago
Pros

There is nothing else on the market with this many features and customizations. Truly let's you build the tool around your recruiting process, not the other way around like most other ATS systems (I've used almost all of them).

Cons

Can be a little tricky to learn, and can have the occasional glitch from constant updates, but they have 24/5 live chat and phone support and they will work with you to configure what you need if you ask ask them for help.

Application tracking system for recruitment firm

Reviewed 7 years ago

Complete and Convenient Application Tracking System for a small startup. this is definitely a very good one. I recommend to try out this zoho recruit software. Itz definitely worth trying

Pros

some of the features that I would like use are still under construction. for example, to have employers to log into the system and view the profiles of shortlisted candidates. it is involving for Zoho recruit system to be customized further by creating more modules. I think if your recruitment involves a lot of industries you may have to create more modules to accommodate what you do

Cons

The Parsing tool is not that great when It comes to LinkedIn. If we try to click the parsing button. Itz copying only very limited lines, and we will have to type in the rest which is a little annoying. We will have to get a separate parsing tool for the parsing.

Just the platform you need for Human Resources

Reviewed 6 years ago

Organization, you can have all your registries in one place and the Zoho integrations with other platforms is really helpful.

Pros

With Zoho Recruit you can organize all the talent attraction in one place: from creating the profile descriptions to publishing directly on job offers. Every candidate can be registered including files as CV and comments, notes, data and more. You can configure stages, requirements, departments, reports, dashboards and more. Everything you need to keep you HR area organized.

Cons

Some fields during configuration can not be removed so maybe you'll have just additional fields that you don't need.

Very good recruitment tool for small or middle-sized companies

Reviewed 5 years ago

While I was at COTRI, I had to replace our HR member for the short term since she was on vacation. In that term, I had a chance to get acquainted with the Zoho Recruit software. If your company is a startup or small size, this software is very useful for recruitment processes such as tracking resumes, scheduling interviews, and job posting on Linkedin or the other famous portals.

Pros

1) No complicated functions and easy to go through resumes in the relevant job applications 2) Price for a premium version is very reasonable which brings you additional helpful features 3) Possibility to monitor all the procedures of recruitment through the pipeline structure 4) Very organized data security system which ignores cheating and fraud attempts 5) Exporting and importing resumes within different portals

Cons

1) Low quality of the customer service. As I mentioned before in my reviews, overall the customer service of Zoho lack quality 2) The design of the software seems a bit weak and old-fashioned in comparison with the other tools. Can be more colored and attractive 3) There is always a problem in the integration of this software with Microsoft Office 365 Outlook.

Excellent Platform For Start Up To Make Recruitment Quick

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

What I like most about this software is that We can check the entire recruitment pipeline in a single consolidated view. It saves me time by knowing how many CVs has screened and how many are left to screen. It can be customized as per the needs. It is pretty much easy to post jobs to a multitude of free and paid job boards.

Cons

It has lots of features so for the new user, it can be a little bit complicated and overwhelming. Parsing resumes need some improvement. More automation can be possible.

Awesome value for the money - Best recruiting software out there

Reviewed 8 years ago

Great value for the money. Very comprehensive product offering. We switched from Bullhorn to Zoho Recruit - no comparison. Zoho recruit is a far superior platform. Our teams would highly recommend Zoho Recruit!

Pros

Highly customizable, easy to use, loaded with features, fully integrated with Google Apps along with wide variety of other Zoho integrated products - many of which we use and love! Super easy to post positions. Tech support has come a long way over the past few months - they are very responsive and have prompt and thorough resolutions! And the pricing structure is AMAZING!!!

Cons

A few of the search features could use a bit of work (they're minor in return for all the other features that you get) and we're told they will be addressed in the next update due out soon.

Bringing Applicant Tracking Systems to the Masses

Reviewed 5 years ago
Pros

Most companies between 2 - 50 employees are never going to sniff an applicant tracking system (too expensive, takes too long to set up, not REALLY a need). Zoho Recruit comes bundled with Zoho One, and gives us everything we need to drive more applicants to our positions. Quick posting to job boards Solid assessments Powerful workflow automations (it's built like Zoho CRM)

Cons

The job board connections can be a little finicky sometimes. I wish the iFrame options were a little more straightforward for embedding your job listings on your site.

Zoho Recruit evaluation

Reviewed 5 years ago

Fantastic. I have tried many ATS and CRM before, and this one is robust, and come with virtually all the applications you need to run a business.

Pros

I enjoy the large number of functionalities (that actually works), including the automation, multi-lingual, portal for Vendor, Candidate and Client. Robust product.

Cons

There could be more video tutorials, and the language of those tutorials could be in US/UK English instead of Indian English, that is sometime hard to follow.

Effective Recruitment Tool

Reviewed a month ago
Pros

Zoho Recruit's user-friendly interface and seamless integration with other Zoho applications make it an excellent tool for managing the entire recruitment process efficiently. The customizable workflows and automated features save a significant amount of time, allowing us to focus more on candidate engagement and less on administrative tasks. Additionally, the reporting and analytics tools provide valuable insights that help in making informed hiring decisions.

Cons

While Zoho Recruit is a powerful tool, the initial setup and customization process can be a bit complex and time-consuming, especially for those who are not familiar with the Zoho ecosystem. Additionally, some of the advanced features may require a steep learning curve, and occasional updates can temporarily disrupt workflows
