Overall for the cost we’re satisfied, great for documentation.
Ease of use, overall usability with basic functions is good. Also like the mobile functionality, gets the job done.
Reporting capabilities definitely leave room for improvement. It’s possible the features are there, but it’s difficult to customize and run routine reports.

Overall it is good software and worthy software. Person need to understand the software and then they can use it very simply. It's user interface is good.
Zoho Recruit is a must have software on every recruiter's computer. As this software gives us ease to search the profiles and also to track the profile as it works as an applicant tracking system. Which is very beneficial to check out the status of the candidate, to know about the interview and other activities.
This software is fabulous and only faces some issues with the weak network. Also you have to check everytime the status of candidate because it may be changed before you see that.

We've been using Zoho for over a year and all seemed well. We just need a basic ATS as we're in search and do not advertise at all. Then we noticed that candidates, clients and companies are MISSING from the database! When we emailed support (you can't call them) they said it was "a technical hitch and they'll be in touch in due course". We just noticed an entire company (client and all contacts, notes etc) has gone missing too! This has been outstanding for 7 mths now and we've leaving. If you can't get the most basic elements right, then what can you get right?

The best think about zoho is the user interface combined with the database flexibility, you can basically set up the system in any configuration you like, and you can do it on the fly, so if you later realised you missed a field or table at the initial setup you just add to the platform and it still work, brilliant.

It was the right tool for us, an information repository basically, a stepping stone until our company needed a real CRM that could track activity.
At the given price/month, you won't find anything comparable in terms of features. It is highly customizable, probably the rarest trait among low-cost softwares.
The customer service is so poor it might as well be non-existent. If I had a problem, I would usually just give up rather than embark on the several-week trial of fighting with the reps.

This is ATS software It’s priced very inexpensively, the customer service was nice and helpful and the on boarding process, it’s great for someone starting on recruiting who needs to have affordable software
Visually the platform does not pop out at you, the functionality of the software is not very easy to use, you do not have full access to indeed like I do with other platforms without having to sponsor on indeed.

We were happy that we managed to easily post jobs and get candidates on board easily.
The solution auto posted our rectrutiment requests on major recrutimens websites thereby reducing the need for us to manual post.
It becaomes a challenge with the employment cycle since when it comes to inergrating with the HR system, option for payrol is not avaiblble for non-us and non-indian compaies hence need for third party payrol .

Great product overall. Easy to use. Great features consistent with most brand name apps... for about half the price. I use Recruit as a sole practitioner. The startup time from from signup to data entry was about 10 minutes. Very simple and easy to configure, yet highly customizable. No long term commitment.
Easy to configure and access via cloud services. Very happy with the monthly investment although a close contender is bullhorn. However, there is more third party app integration with Zoho under the standard plan whereas Bullhorn requires a premium package.
If you are a larger agency requiring serious customization or integration, you may need to consider a more robust, stand alone application. Moreover, you will inevitably require some degree of support and therefore a larger, more singular application might be your best bet.

Benefits of Zoho Recruit, it is a very modern system, saves a lot of time when you can bulk process and update. Being able to prevent duplicate records. Being able to publish to portals worldwide. The email templates are great building your company brand.
Everything is customizable. Once you understand the Modules and how everything links together it is easy to set up your own fields and processes how your company works. I can export all our data myself and not of the Data is lost. You can Merge companies and Candidates. You can track the communication send to Candidates and clients. Candidates can update their own profiles and track their applications. Clients can review the Profiles and easily give feedback.
I don't have any cons at this stage. The online support and training from our support consultant has been amazing.

It is very flexible and can be created to fit your business needs. Zoho Recruit is AWESOME. By far the best software on the market. Their customer service team is A++ Excellent. Great company, great products, good mission.

My overall experience with Zoho Recruit has always been very productive and constructive, The ATS of Zoho Recruit is very strong and it has always helped me in finding the perfect candidate for the right job.
Zoho Recruit has a lot of features that have always helped in making the process of recruiting very organized and efficient by adding the automated process. The Job posting feature to attract more applicants, the Filter feature for reaching out to the best candidate, applicant tracking system, all these features make Zoho Recruit a great platform for recruiting.
Zoho Recruit has lots of features it requires an initial training to the users which can be time consuming, Also, the feature available in the mobile has limited feature.

The experience is great, It is easy to use, make recruitment process easy, help us to complete the entire process as per the requirement and need.
It is very easy to use and have great tracking features to simplify the recruitment process. It helps the recruitment process more easier and efficient. It help in the selection process of the new candidates and help us to save the time in completing the entire recruitment process.
There is nothing that I dislike about this software. But if I find anything that can be improve I will share it with the team.

As far as I am concerned it is an outstanding platform. It helps us a lot in tracking of applicants. It provides easy ways of managing resumes as well as scheduling interviews perfectly.
I have been using Zoho Recruit for many years. I love its ease of use and a very excellent interface. It is really intuitive. It helps me a lot in expanding my business. It is no doubt the perfect choice for running small business. In order to start working on this, a person just need to have little bit computer knowledge. Another advantage is that there is no need to send email in order to start working on it but it let us have free trial simply by registering ourselves.
There are not as such cons in using this tool. It is fulfilling all my business needs and requirements in a best way. I have no complaint with this.

It is very easy to use. configuration of workflow automation is extremely easy. We have employees working all over, and with zoho, everything just seems so seamless. We have used this product for over 2 years now, and are very happy with it. It has saved us so much time.

Zoho Recruit is a great product and provides a clean and easy to use design to navigate the software. Despite a couple of shortcomings (daily bulk email allowance and time consuming CV parsing) the overall experience provided me with the much needed organisation of roles and their matched candidates.
Clean de-cluttered menus and analytical data
Daily bulk email allowance (20) and max 10 CV parsing at a time can be very time consuming after a large resourcing session.

1. Managing and tracking the scores of candidates that apply for a job, and not missing out the nitty gritties so as not to miss the perfect candidate that you are looking for 2. Tracking the whole recruitment process to identify the inefficiencies in the process, and pin point improvement areas
1. Its flexibility to let the user configure and add/edit delete fields associated with the modules 2. Its quite well thought, it has covered even the smallest of steps that are involved in tracking a candidate's complete flow
