Pros

The Zoho Recruit support are very eager to help. They are very friendly and easy to talk to about problems we encounter with this platform.

Cons

It is quite expensive compared to other Online Recruit platforms. It should be less than per month.

Excellent ATS for smaller or solo businesses

Great choice especially for smaller recruiting firm and without having to spend a lot of money to get a fully functional system to meet your needs.

Pros

After spending more money on another applicant tracking system (ATS) I regret not using Zoho sooner. Zoho Recruit has an excellent resume parsing system for resume and easier to manage than even other more expensive ATS systems. The software also picks up the important skill sets listed on the resume without you having to enter it. The pricing is extremely reasonable for a smaller business. I can spend $ a year or $ a month for the standard version. It also integrates easily with Indeed.com if you would like to find potential candidates (you still need an Indeed membership). Their customer service team is very responsive.

Cons

I would like the software to more easily integrate with other web content such as copying contact information from websites.

Great way to find and manage applicants

Great software to help centralize and organize your hiring process.

Pros

Zoho has helped me organize and track my applicants. Previously, I had to pull and review resumes, create a spread sheet of applicants, when their interview is, what level of interviewing they are at, whether I have called or email them yet. Zoho has all these features and makes it so easy to stay organized and track my hiring activities.

Cons

The only issue I have had is the one time I needed to contact them, I did have a hefty wait to actually talk to someone.

Over all, it is great to use and the team is always very helpful.

Pros

Easy to use when it is all set up and running.

Cons

Some limitations to the signing in of contacts/clients/candidates and the constant having to reload due to new updates.

Direct integration with other Zoho applications Easy to follow, intuitive design and layout Frequently adding new features and making new integration's available

Cons

Zoho's customer support can be finicky, although they do offer the flexibility of both phone and email support New Zoho users will find there is a bit of a learning curve to navigating the Zoho interface design and layout

Best Software for to Manage all my Recruitment needs

Pros

the best feature of the software is that you can customise it according to your requirements. few features I want to mention here are: 1. You can attach all the documentations from Client and Candidates (such as Contract Agreement and all other documents which are legally required for Client. For Candidates, you can add from their CVs to their offer letter. 2. Attachment Category is a very helpful tool for each Module. 3. CV Parsing feature is amazing list will go on and on - - if you want to see the real difference in your organisation try Zoho Recruit.

Cons

the only issue is that the customer service is not up to the standards, you have to make changes yourself and sometimes it take so long (especially if you are not a technical person) to figure out ways to amend the software to your requirements. If Zoho improves the Customer Support that would be Dust on Gold.

We have been using Zoho People for quite some time and Zoho Recruit is logical extension to us. We always liked the level of Customization that the entire suite provides.

Pros

Customization options are immense. UI and UX like all the other Zoho suite of products is also impressive.

Cons

Candidate ID format that we maintain to track application is the focal point for us and Zoho Recruit does now allow us to maintain the same format.

Pros

Recruit has helped our team find great candidates and stay organized during the hiring process. Having access to Recruit's network of job boards means that our job posts get more exposure in the cities where we post, so we have a lot of candidates to choose from. Recruit helps with filtering those candidates down to the best mach and stay organized throughout every step of the hiring process from hiring, to interviewing, to taking notes.

Cons

We often hire for remote workers, so it doesn't matter where they live as long as they're qualified. We need to post jobs in many cities and recruit doesn't easily allow its users to post a job in multiple cities. You need to create a job post for each city.

Very good, it makes recruitment management much easier for us to analyse applications and shortlist them right through to interview invites, meeting struture and offer letters.

Pros

It is fairly easy to use and offers a full multistage recruitment solution. Email tracking allows us to see if emails have been received, opened and clicked so that we can monitor response to assessment / interview invites.

Cons

We do get 2-3 candidates a month who seem to have issues logging back into the portal so it can be glitchy at times with log in.

Best Solution For Low Budget Businesses.

If you are in startup stage, then this is the right choice.

Pros

Good price, most needed functions are available, don't take too much time for setup. You can access from anywhere with just an internet connection. I think it is one of the top recommended apps for startups.

Cons

Maybe one thing i hate about it is the interface design is old and there is little innovation in design.

Zoho Recruit offers all sorts of features to set-up an efficient recruitment process. Easy integration with your website, everything is customizable: application forms, workflows, feedback forms, etc.

Cons

Cons

Not to much is wrong with this product. One thing on our wish list is more functionality on the calendar feature, specifically to be able to add more than one hiring manager to the interview within Zoho.

Recruiting across multiple sites in one platform and pulling in the information into one system has really helped us.

Pros

Ease of setup, Customer support, pricing, and integration.

Cons

trial limits is what I did not like most. Only because we did not get to test it to our full capabilities. However, once we signed up and get to experience it completely we knew we made the right decision.

Great Experience With Zoho Recruit

Pros

Zoho Recruit is a great time saving software that is excellent and logical application for appropriate applicant management. Zoho Recruit in particular allows you to import candidates and applicants direct from their CV where the database information such as name, contact number, qualifications and expeirence is populated directly from the candidate CV. This is a significant time saving feature. Zoho Recruit also allows you to post jobs directly to popular job posting sites such as Indeed plus it also allows you to import applicants to those jobs back into your database. The analytics are also useful in establishing how effective you and your adverts are performing.

Cons

Some of the email customisation I struggled with mainly because I was not familiar with coding. However I have pushed myself to learn the requirements.

Zoho Recruit is so easy to set up a career page through which you can get applications that can be integrated with other platforms

Inability to customize the recruiting system. If there are a lot of industries involved, more modules can be created to accommodate what a user does.
