It's been perfect so far.
The Pros are more or less everything. First of all you don't need to send an email to get started. You can just register yourself and start your free trail. Once you start your trail they assign you an agent that is there for you at all times to help you with any questions. They also give you a personalized demo.
There is nothing that I can say I didn't like.

I have used several cloud based Applicant Tracking Systems such as Oracle-Taleo, Workaday and PC Recruiter. By far Zoho Recruit is the most cost effective and easy to use. The collaboration features are helpful and I am able to easily integrate the job board with our website without the use of a programmer or implementation support.

There are some features I would hope for. Such as the ability to export jobs based on categories of jobs. There is no social media share button on the job postings. This is a big miss that hopefully Zoho can include in future updates.

To date it has been a positive experience, I have only used the trial account and look forward to accessing the paid version.
It integrates with all other necessary software add ins
maybe the setting up process of the rule and module functions could be a little more clearly explained.

This product has a very low cost only per user per month. Other than that, there is no other reason to recommend this product.
The free job sites that they post ads to are sites no one has heard of. The reporting is inaccurate and though several attempts were made over the course of months, customer service has yet to resolve. Overall this is one of the worst Applicant Tracking Systems I have ever come across.

I own a work site benefits company in Louisiana. I've been using ZOHO CRM for over a year and love it. We do a lot of recruiting for 100% commission agents and at times it can be hard to find and manage what agent is in what part of the process when we hire them. Zoho Recruit is by far one of the most affordable and easy online / mobile software applications for recruiting as a agency owner. I highly recommend Zoho Recruiter
I'm solving the problem of wondering who all I have in my pipeline of applicants. Also, those candidates who schedule interviews, confirm that are coming and then NO SHOW can now be transferred to the naughty list of applicants I'm not willing to hire. Problems solved on repeat applicants that are undesirable.
I haven't been in it for a long time but I know the customization portion can be a little overwhelming at times.

For the cost of the enterprise level you can find a much better system with better support.
It’s a very basic system.
There is no implementation specialist to assist in getting the system started or learning the features of the system. Most ATS supporters provide some sort of training on how to use the system. Zoho does not provide that. All support is off-shores and extremely difficult to get a response from in a timely manner.

Fully customized system with lots of futures. Great TO DO system and also Linked-in plugin

Recruit has a lot of customisations. I have customised to my companies requirements. The app is also decent.
UI is not that great. Also, app is decent but it lacks few features.

Its versatility and compatibility with the latest video based selection tools. It can be integrated with online supervised test and selection systems.
It should try integrating with the best selection platforms . We are using a platform for online supervised tests for selection- DigiProctor... we were having problem intergrating it with the online supervised tests for selection.

I am now able to track and manage applicants, as well as staffing pipelines. These new metrics and processes will aid business planning in the future.
I enjoy being able to import job openings and candidates with ease. I like that you can create custom forms and attributes that are better suited for your organizations needs. It's incredibly easy to learn and build out a functioning ATS system.
The only thing that would have made Zoho Recruit better was the ability to import unstructured data without required data fields. Coming from a small company who previously used Excel sheets as an ATS, we did not have all the data field that Zoho Recruit required, so we had to do some upfront data management to make the ingest more compatible.

We love automating processes. Applicant engagement is also important. Most applicants are not use to communication at every stage of the process. Recruit allows us to automate the communication process which is great!
We can communicate with applicants efficiently at every phase of the recruiting process. No one falls through the crack.
We don't have the ability to schedule emails like other Zoho products.

I have used Zoho in a previous organization. We liked the product there and were extremely happy with the price. As I moved to a different organization I again found a need for a good recruitment product that would connect with different programs for billing, marketing, sales and job postings. I am again testing Zoho for use at the new company.
Zoho seems to be simply laid out and allows for customization of fields as well. It also appears to parse well and I am hopeful that it will help create better work flow once we have it implemented.
given what is offered, even at the lower rate per user per month - it's priced at the top of where it should be (given my latest experience). That being said I have just started using it (today) and am looking forward to what I discover new about the product.

benefits include, Resume Parsing, Formatted Resumes. submitting candidates to clients. job posting. again enhanced training can uplift this software. I appreciate that the customer support is available but to be honest they don't give proper time, they just want to finish quickly whatever your question is. most of the time your question is unanswered and you feel frustrated.
Resume Parsing and Formatted Resume Feature. you can parse resumes through your Outlook. however, overall software is good but training should be enhanced for using the actual software.
to be honest, its not user friendly things can be much easier such as in The Feature Client, you have to add the Contact Details going into Contacts Module. it is such a lengthy process and takes time. it could be much easier and simpler.

Our team needed to quickly automate our human capital acquisition process and we decided on Zoho after evaluating other tools. It was easy to sign up and the Zoho team was quite helpful in making our transition very smooth. Setting up the initial training for our staff took slightly longer than planned but we walked away from the training learning all the features the software has to offer.
Ease of use, cost effective.

it was really easy to understand and implement zoho recruit in our company. Almost all the options are customisable and we were able to set a very simple and easy to use layout and form. We were able to embed zoho into our career page very easily and the customer/technical support was really prompt and helpful
