Still it can be confusing and I am unhappy that there is no way to call and talk with someone. Emails back and forth are cumbersome when you're trying to fix something in the moment.

This may be more user problem, sometimes my employee mistakenly logs in twice so when she checks out it is on the wrong one. By no means is this a problem with the software but more user mistake.
