Rippling did not file my quarterly taxes and failed to pay federal taxes on payroll for a few staffers. I have been financially penalized by the government.
I love that Rippling makes payroll fun, with easy to use features to download documents, see paystubs, and fun design quirks that always bring a smile to my face.
At this moment there are no aspects of this software that I dislike.

The software is clean and simple and serves as a great resource for company information, coworker contacts, and a comprehensive company calendar outlining anniversaries, birthdays, and days off.
Some of the updates would cause havoc on the system and delay some of our onboarding.
I hadn't used it until my current company and I am really happy to be able to utilize it. There are so many great features and I love it.
The only con I have noticed is from guys in HR complaining that it does not provide in-house payroll management.
BambooHR has some great integrations (Slack, for instance) that allow me to see when my co-workers are out of the office or even celebrating an anniversary or birthday.
At times I struggle with the signing portion of documents.
Great customer service, easy to navigate user platform and mobile app, love that it includes things like ENPS scores.
When we first got it, I would say its lack of payroll integration, but it's since integrated TRAX payroll with the software, which our accounting team is now switching to.
We have become very dependent on this, the mobile app and the website are both great benefits to our employees.

It is an amazing experience and i am felling good with using it everyday.

I love that it integrates with our ATS (Jazz HR) so flowing hired over is super easy. Our employees have a lot of documents to sign upon hire and having it all done electronically makes life so easy.
The reports sometimes freeze - I have close out the browser and reopen, or refresh. It can be frustrating, especially if it takes 10+ minutes to pull a reports.
Our employees also find GoCo to be very user friendly. They also have wonderful customer service.
We've not come across anything we're unhappy with so far.
I think it is very user friendly and the look itself is up to date and appealing.
I may have limited access but every time I would click on the Calendar nothing would come up.
Very affordable and has a lot of features that other platforms nickel and dime you on. The support team is extremely responsive and you know that issues are not just going in the queue.
Disappointed that GoCo has gone to up-charging for functionality when they swore they wouldn't do that like Zenefits did in the sales cycle.

It is a very stable system with useful features. Easy to implement with good technical support.
The site itself is hard to navigate to as ADP has a few other portals. There are also a number of features and views that are not utilized by our company so the robustness of the software is lost.
The flexibility of being able to use the app and website. Super easy to use and fun navigation on the website.
I hate to be negative however my experiences using this program on behalf of my client have been excruciating.
The ease as an employee was wonderful. Also added benefit you get your tax forms earlier than by mail which is a super plus.
There really isn't much aside from the lack of error messages. When something goes wrong it doesn't really tell you what is going wrong so it's hard to know what to fix.
The expanded benefits section is great and a tool that is valuable for employees. Having the ability to look forward toward your retirement is nice.
We have implemented a system where if you will take off a particular day due to illness, we request the next day off - but this is a very poor workaround that often leads to confusion.
Love the ease of the mobile app, it is very user friendly. The payroll feature for our office is great.

ADP is really a great app. The customer service is also wonderful, any time our company has had to call to request help or changes, they are their immediately to help.

Best option for the price- I have looked all over and Paycor was by far the most affordable. I wanted as simple as possible and this was perfect.
Tracking and paying our Contractors/Consultants/1099NEC’s is still not working after several weeks and has cost us much money, stress, confusion, frustration and time.
Overall I think it is a great business solution and time saver. The information captured and stored is very helpful for reporting and I am able to instantly generate useful information.
Lack of customer service, lack of follow-through from support staff to set up system, missing major components of software, lack of response when requesting assistance.
I like having the ability to customize reports, this saves me a lot of time. I also like the ease of the software and the great customer service Paycor provides.
Our "senior" implementation specialist was awful and did not fully set our system up.
Great information to help streamline HR. Webinars are always up to date and have the latest information to help HR with regulations and compliance.
Terrible customer service. Emailed a time-sensitive document 4 times, called 3 times, and did not receive ANY communication for 2 months.
Like Paycor, no system is perfect and we have had to evaluate and make changes to our internal processes. With this, HR and Payroll have been satisfied and the processes simplified due to Paycor.

There are also some new modules which will be launched soon. This will go a long way to improve the product and give a good user experience.
And the best part is that it integrates seamlessly with DocuSign.
I love how all the employees are automatically added into paycor once they are hired on. It’s easy to use and navigate, as well as changing information for each employee.
I like how I can copy and paste shifts so I don't have to constantly be putting in exact hours, which can get monotonous. I also like that I can see who is in and out of the office at a quick glance.
Paycor helps us manage core HR functions well. Looking forward to better benefits integration.

Terrible customer service. Emailed a time-sensitive document 4 times, called 3 times, and did not receive ANY communication for 2 months.
Like Paycor, no system is perfect and we have had to evaluate and make changes to our internal processes. With this, HR and Payroll have been satisfied and the processes simplified due to Paycor.

I loved that the platform has a directory that is separated by department. It's super easy to check my paystub as well.
Customer Support-after informing the Justworks team that I attempted to change my address to a new state, they denied that I did and said that there was no proof that I attempted to do so.
Easy to use, my employees like it, options of medical benefits, customer service was good, pricing is very affordable.
The only weird feature that I've experienced is their Time Off calculations. The system doesn't include your future time-off days in its calculation of how many days you have left to take off.
The software is easy to use for members who need help in where to start. Building the employees in the system was easy and the help desk is always there to help.
I've had to follow up with our account manager on different issues and once actually insisted on getting a new rep due to a series problem they created for us.
Easy to use and good integration with Gusto payroll software. Interface is user-friendly and pleasant to the eye.
I could see the lack of in-depth docs being an issue, but when getting answers to questions is as easy as a Slack message it's hard to be upset.

This software is a lifesaver and it helps you stay on track with your finances. It also helps for the times in between with needing extra funds.
There’s not anything that I particularly disliked. Maybe having to use my FaceID anytime I exited the app or when there was an interruption.
I like the overall idea of the software and it helps connect employees together for scheduling issues and to communicate. It’s also good to keep up with my schedule and finances all in the same place.
It reads the schedule wrong sometimes because it reads the picture posted wrong depends on how fuzzy the picture is taken.
I like how easy and fast it is to set up and has good tracking of all the money transfers.
Not the worst feature but having to remember to log out every time I use it so no one else can just open it up is a little bit of a hassle. All my other financial apps automatically log me out.

The inability to schedule same day payments, but there isn't really a Payroll software that does this quite right.

The implementation team was great when we were getting this started as they were very helpful and answered all of our questions.
I never criticize publicly about an organization but this one was so very unprofessional and even made worse by the outrageous fees they charge.
This product was recommended by our CPA who uses it for his own office. That recommendation was good enough for us and it has proven to be an invaluable asset to our business.
It can be a problem to login to the work site which is frustrating when trying to clock in or clock out on time.
Great service, great app, great website. User friendly, leaves me with no questions after checking my breakdowns every pay period.
Just about everything else. Its not user-friendly, its customer service is terrible and we get so many complaints for employees, as the admin I have limited resources to help.
We are a month into the implementation process with Paychex and just processed our very first payroll. So far the experience with Paychex and their implementation team has been outstanding.

I love that it allows employees the ability to access and change their profiles and be responsible for their timecards.
We have been very frustrated with our implementation and ongoing service. They push to go live in a very short amount of time but did a terrible job of working to make sure the set up was right.
I love how user friendly this product is for everyone. Everything is very self explanatory and if you have any questions, customer service is very helpful and patient.
I have had several daily timecards messed up because of this.
Overall our rapidly growing business was due for a professional, easy, and affordable tool to manager payroll, benefits, HR related things, etc. and this was perfect.

I like the quality of the payroll functions better than ADP and Paychex hands down.
Overall, I am very pleased with the functionality, ease of use and customer service.

Mgr was always complaining that she didn't find our notes. It was frustrating and caused ill feelings.
It is user friendly and real time tracking which is awesome!!! Super easy to learn and teach.
Too difficult to use and understand its set-up and costly, poor customer support to solve problems.
I really like how robust the system is -there is so much that you can do to help drive efficiency and accuracy. I also like that is relatively intuitive to use for employee side.
Implementation struggles and lack of cohesion between product team and implementation team.
I have had some of my best experiences with customer service through Ceridian and they always help me modify the system quickly to make it work effectively for me.
We are now a year into this project and 6 months post-live and are STILL trying to cleanup the mess caused during implementation. My time and my team's time is dominated by this cleanup process.
I enjoy how you can onboard new employees with benefit selections and payroll. It is useful to keep all these managerial aspects to my job on one location.
Lastly - we are currently have a major struggle with funding our 401K.
Our employees are very happy with how user friendly the system is. I think we have more employees engaged now than ever.
One system provides for a seamless user experience and will allow us to maximize the functionality, especially with all the great changes coming in 2020.

It is packed with useful features like leave and attendance tracking, online 201 file management, employee data bulk upload, and asset tracking. The leave tracking is very useful in our workplace.
Creating a new employee profile and bulk upload function sometimes do not work. There is no calendar view or summary to see who is out of the office or who has filed a leave.

It was nice that there were PPP reports created to help with the application as well as the forgiveness. They were very helpful while going through those processes.
If it weren't a hassle to switch systems, I would switch in a heartbeat. This is a terrible platform and I am unimpressed with the company as a whole.
I like that there are a variety of solutions to help with all of our HR processes. The system is user friendly and common sensical.
It is hard to give negative feedback about a product that does more than one can fully comprehend. The report writer can be tricky if you are not familiar with how to use it.
Our of the 4 payroll companies that we have used over the last 10 yrs, Paylocity is my favorite. The program is the easiest to use and the employees like it the best.
The interface is terrible and they are making changes all the time. I have a rotating door of "account managers" and never get ahold of the same person twice.

I like that there are a variety of solutions to help with all of our HR processes. The system is user friendly and common sensical.
It is hard to give negative feedback about a product that does more than one can fully comprehend. The report writer can be tricky if you are not familiar with how to use it.
Our of the 4 payroll companies that we have used over the last 10 yrs, Paylocity is my favorite. The program is the easiest to use and the employees like it the best.
The interface is terrible and they are making changes all the time. I have a rotating door of "account managers" and never get ahold of the same person twice.
Most of the features are easy to use and intuitive. The best part is the customer service and the dedicated representative to help with everything we need.
This is very very frustrating because I can only navigate and let the employees know where to do and provide resources but not see what they are seeing and work from the back end for them.
This company had excellent rollout of the product into the work environment with the most amazing customer support I've ever received.
We also use it to great benefit to track pay and paid time off. Other than some qualms with the ease of use, Paylocity has been a great success at our company.
Integration was super easy and support was great throughout the entire process. Onboarding with employees was also very easy.
The best part of this software is how user friendly it is. I also really like the customer service. Having my own designated representative is very important to me and saves a lot of time.
This product is great for providing schedules, but it's also engaging to the employees, allows for colleagues to commend each other, and provides a lot of additional benefits.
I love that the system is easy to use and there are so many helpful resources. Everything is very easy to find.
Overall very good, easy to use, easy to navigate just have a couple of hurdles that I would love to discuss.
The ease of processing is what I like most about the software. It is functional to our needs, especially the tracking of hours, wages, and benefits which make reporting and budgeting easier.
The best benefit of using Paylocity was pricing.
The integration with Principal, our 401K vendor, is very helpful.

Another inconvenience is the lack of fingerprint login feature on phones. I also found it inconvenient that the website password has to be changed every 60 days.
The customer service for resolving issues is excellent as I am one of the individuals responsible for maintaining our system.
We really have very few problems with it. There are a lot of options that we won't need or use so the Kronos Community site is a bit confusing.

Proliant was the best decision for our organization in 2014 because they were by far the industry leader in understanding the Affordable Care Act.
The customer service provided was always terrible, so much so that we had several phone calls with upper management because of the poor treatment that we received.
The whole team has been a pleasure to work with. They made implementing the software super easy and even when I have minor changes to settings they are more than willing to accomodate.
The functionality between Proliant and their Time and Labor system is terrible.
The software is user friendly for the most part and has a lot of great features such as Time and Labor, PTO tracking, Performance Management, Benefits Administration etc.
The worst thing about Proliant is its software.
If that is all you are using it for, you will love its ease of use and functionality. At the price point offered, it is a very economical choice for basic functionality.
It can be difficult to navigate the menus and find what you need. Time management is a little hard to use.
Operations Manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is awesome and is knowledgeable and is always helpful.

In this software I really liked its pleasant design and its simplicity, and it is also easy to use and administer.
We use to make the payrolls with a company and for me this process was terrible, was that time of the month when i really not wanted to be on.
Some of the great features you can enjoy using these apps are Goals, reviews, surveys, training and etc. Another superb plus point is users can integrate the mailboxes, including outlook.
I ran into occasional lag in the interface which can be frustrating when I need to get a task done quickly. Also, the performance reviews section could be more robust.
I'm super satisfied, Factorial cover everything we need for our HR processes and we can save a lot of time by not doing manual tasks.
I think it is necessary to find another way to control attendance, either by synchronizing with a work tool to avoid forgetting to record worker attendance.

Inability and restriction on scheduling report, announcement etc means you cannot customise this.
Even the free version is excellent. The ability to send electronic employment contracts is fantastic.
The cons we are facing at the moment is missing out on some of the payroll functions as we are running payroll through another system.
The team at Employment Hero are extremely capable from sales to integrations, they listen carefully and ensure the best available options are applied to meet your operational needs.
Occasionally when I email employment contracts to staff they have difficulty with finding this email in their junk mail / spam / inbox. Some are not able to find this at all.
We have enjoyed employment hero as it has allowed us to have the ability to manage leave more effectively and store our policy documents in the one place.
This makes mapping out long term leave (such as Parental leave) time consuming.
Employment Hero is the whole 'kitchen sink' and more. The ease at which you get things done is impressive.
The system is great, economical and we are not even using it to its full potential yet. I strongly recommend Employment hero as an electronic alternative to a paper based H.R. system.

Occasionally when I email employment contracts to staff they have difficulty with finding this email in their junk mail / spam / inbox. Some are not able to find this at all.
We have enjoyed employment hero as it has allowed us to have the ability to manage leave more effectively and store our policy documents in the one place.
This makes mapping out long term leave (such as Parental leave) time consuming.
Employment Hero is the whole 'kitchen sink' and more. The ease at which you get things done is impressive.
The system is great, economical and we are not even using it to its full potential yet. I strongly recommend Employment hero as an electronic alternative to a paper based H.R. system.
Customer service is excellent, quick response and helpful, friendly team.
Reporting features is great too, to find out staff insights such as headcount numbers etc. Any queries I have or issues with the system the support team is very helpful too.
Amazingly fast to set new employees up. Brilliant in keeping requirements specific to your need in addition to ensuring they are up to date, whilst reminding you in time to book in for training.
Employment hero is user friendly and so easy to use. With the click of a button you can automate a variety of Human Resources and Payroll process within you company.
I love it, great benefits with reward dollars for everyone.
The HR and Payroll platforms are very easy to navigate. We very much benefited from the Cost Centre Reporting and integrating that with our Bookkeeping software made our reporting very easy.

Overall experience has been extremely good - best is the Support team - approachable and resolve issues or clarify at the minimal time.
This is the most pathetic Payroll system anyone can get.
Overall experience has been great. Easy to set up, excellent user interface, and a fantastic support team.
Paying month on month is a pain. If provide a recurring subscription that would be cool.
Very user friendly, easy to adopt for organisation on the word go. Good reports availabe hands free and some can be geneated instantly.
No additional modules are developed. For Example : ATS, PMS, Onboarding, Exit.
The UI/UX is very friendly, has good features and report building capacity. The team keeps adding benefit to users at the existing cost.
Even we can not see the full year tax projection in advance. I feel they do not value their customers.

The customization and ability to make their software work for me is the best part of this. They are super responsive to issues I have and the cost is excellent.
Customer service blamed THEIR in-house mistakes on us. Just a MISERABLE experience at every turn.
I love that this software is constantly being developed to offer greater benefits to organizations. I am looking forward to the improved scheduling features.
One of my biggest problems has been billing. I was charged 800.00 in one month for two payroll runs.
It has been very good and has resolved many issues from streamline the payroll process, data entry and eliminating errors. We are excited about adding iHire to our platform.
Their support structure is VERY poor. No continuity of service.
Easy to use software if you are comfortable with benefits and hr admin. Easy layout and without unnecessary frills.

System is very user friendly. When help is needed, the support staff is very responsive and helpful.
One little mistake can cost the employee or employer grief if they pull payroll deduction reports.
It is also great that when we note something that could be improved the development team takes it seriously. We have been on the system for about 4 years and it continues to improve monthly.
I feel stuck and in a holding pattern right now, maybe that will change when I am able to begin working in it full time.
Affordable, great support, ease of use/functionality, easy for employees to understand. It also offers more than just a benefit admin system, but also other HR functions such as PTO and HRIS.
The time off feature never worked--the number of hours came out wrong for almost all employees & requried a 14 day waiting period from policy creation to activation.
We have really been impressed with the flexibility of the system. It can handle most any type of benefit situation that we have going on.
And last it is strange to have one system administrator - or what they call prime user for an agency.

We have had clients that are super happy to have benefit management all online with easy online tools to help manage their benefits and all of their employees. It is worth the monthly cost.
Finding out why issues are happening can be extremely frustrating.
Ease is a great system, learning and adapting with input from brokers and end users. It's got a great look and feel to it and the ever growing 3rd party connections and integrations are awesome.
Things were not accurate, most likely a user error in our HR department. I only went in a few times but never really saw a use for it.
We use Ease to enroll in our benefits each year. It's always something I procrastinate because I expect it to be difficult but then Ease ends up making it super quick and easy.
Mapping errors have sometimes caused bigger issues with the company as a whole.
Having all of my group's vital information at my fingertips is what is most exciting. The Ease of employee enrollment is extremely exciting to me.
It counts how many employees have ever been added to the system (even terminated employees). The real 'gotcha' is when you leave.
I love the User experience of the software compared to other competitors in the marketplace. The overall system is wonderful, works like a charm, super easy to administer benefits.
