It definitely does a nice job of allowing everyone to communicate on a single platform. Very user friendly and the features are great.
The only flaw in the software I have found is that I sometimes have trouble accessing the app from my phone.
I love how intuitive it is, I love that it is free for under 10 employees, I think everyone who has to do scheduling for any size of company or any industry should use this software.
The absolute worst part about this software has to do with the roles that employees can be assigned: there is no "training" option under the roles that I created.

Also, the wage predictions are hit or miss. I also only get half of the notifications I should, and sometimes that app refuses to post pictures to the log.

Their product & services are superb. The Connecteam platform has been a perfect addition to our small business that is headed for a rapid growth.
My only complaint as of right now is the reliability of the GPS coordinates, which is something I was just told will no longer be a problem with the new update that's soon to release.
They are also willing to listen to ideas that would make this software better. They have been improving this app dramatically and I thank them for their continued effort in doing so.
Unless like competitors we also KNOW what we pay for and no ridiculous add-on costs coming on afterwards.

The updating, which I understand has to happen. We have had few instances where the program would stop working for an hour or so.
I love that this solution is easy to use, is aesthetically pleasing, and is a great value for the cost.
Our job costing is coming out more accurate due to the time clock function. Guys are no longer guessing how long of a lunch they took, when they got to the job site, etc.

I like the ease of scheduling and the ease of accessibility. My employees enjoy having their schedule at their fingertips at all times.
I did not realize this when signing up, and find it a maddening waste of time when you have a real problem to solve (and you will have problems!).
It utilizes all of my employees' availabilities and I love having the ability to see that my employee has acknowledged their schedules.
My only bad experience is that I had to restart my phone a few times because of the GPS problems when I was trying to clock in, which was annoying and time-consuming.
We loved all of the features and integrations. With the new law that was supposed to go into effect for salary overtime, this was the perfect software to choose.
If you make a mistake and accidentally alter the availability for one day you have to go back to that day and fix it before adjusting your availability.
I liked that at a user we have the ability to view a months worth of scheduled shifts on one easy to view interface.
It's really hard to troubleshoot because WhenIWork hides all the integration details. For instance you can not see the mapping of employees and their roles/jobs between the two companies.
Their customer service team is always there to help and are super friendly.
Overall, I would highly recommend this app. For management, it is a lifesaver.
My overall experience was pleasant with When I Work, I would definitely recommend to any other Business Owners.

Resource Guru is extremely easy to use and effective at managing a team. It loads quickly, is super reliable and is our go-to software for managing any project.
It's unfortunate that this tool doesn't link up with our PM tool, Asana. There's no 'undo' button if you accidentally click and drag a booking unknowingly.
Resource Guru is easy to use, and is updated to continue to make the product better for the customer. The repeatable booking function is fantastic.

It's a bit confusing the transition between the normal software and the Beta one.

The ease of and accessibility of reporting and the self-service features for employees, including the always-expanding app, is wonderful.
Mgr was always complaining that she didn't find our notes. It was frustrating and caused ill feelings.

I really like how robust the system is -there is so much that you can do to help drive efficiency and accuracy. I also like that is relatively intuitive to use for employee side.

I have had some of my best experiences with customer service through Ceridian and they always help me modify the system quickly to make it work effectively for me.
We are now a year into this project and 6 months post-live and are STILL trying to cleanup the mess caused during implementation. My time and my team's time is dominated by this cleanup process.
I enjoy how you can onboard new employees with benefit selections and payroll. It is useful to keep all these managerial aspects to my job on one location.
Lastly - we are currently have a major struggle with funding our 401K.
Our employees are very happy with how user friendly the system is. I think we have more employees engaged now than ever.

Overall Dayforce is the best workforce management software in the industry. If you have to do anything HR related, Dayforce will definitely help you get the job done.
It's software that makes interaction with HR seamless and effective, I believe it saves a lot of time of going back and forth via email or other means of communication.
The integration between HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Benefits is the main reason we went with Dayforce. It gave us an all inclusive solution to our needs.
The scalability of this software made it easy to implement across multiple offices and divisions. It integrates with our existing payroll solution.
Of course you always feel good about the payroll software as it gives you money,but apart from this there is option of benefits ,pay slips and gives you a graph of all parts.

Overall Dayforce is the best workforce management software in the industry. If you have to do anything HR related, Dayforce will definitely help you get the job done.
It's software that makes interaction with HR seamless and effective, I believe it saves a lot of time of going back and forth via email or other means of communication.
The integration between HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Benefits is the main reason we went with Dayforce. It gave us an all inclusive solution to our needs.
The scalability of this software made it easy to implement across multiple offices and divisions. It integrates with our existing payroll solution.
Of course you always feel good about the payroll software as it gives you money,but apart from this there is option of benefits ,pay slips and gives you a graph of all parts.
The ease of and accessibility of reporting and the self-service features for employees, including the always-expanding app, is wonderful.
Mgr was always complaining that she didn't find our notes. It was frustrating and caused ill feelings.
It is user friendly and real time tracking which is awesome!!! Super easy to learn and teach.
Too difficult to use and understand its set-up and costly, poor customer support to solve problems.
I really like how robust the system is -there is so much that you can do to help drive efficiency and accuracy. I also like that is relatively intuitive to use for employee side.
Implementation struggles and lack of cohesion between product team and implementation team.
I have had some of my best experiences with customer service through Ceridian and they always help me modify the system quickly to make it work effectively for me.
We are now a year into this project and 6 months post-live and are STILL trying to cleanup the mess caused during implementation. My time and my team's time is dominated by this cleanup process.
I enjoy how you can onboard new employees with benefit selections and payroll. It is useful to keep all these managerial aspects to my job on one location.
Lastly - we are currently have a major struggle with funding our 401K.
Our employees are very happy with how user friendly the system is. I think we have more employees engaged now than ever.

I love how user friendly and easy to use it it. The customer service is great-- shout out to Aimee.
When an event cancels or postpones, it is difficult to remove it from the system. I've had the software reinstate staff when I went through and deleted them.
It has made that we can increase our volume tenfold whilst maintaining superb quality. It has reduced some tedious tasks like payroll into easy to use functions.
There have been periods of wicked bugginess that blocked use on a number of peoples devices.

We are pleased that what we thought we were buying is what we ended up with as our end product. Overall we are very pleased.
While it is a good thing, so an outsider/average user it can be confusing or intimidating.
Overall, a great experience with Visual Planning. From implementation, to customization, training, support - it's all great and the platform helps us run much more efficiently than we were previously.
Initial setup and customization require a bit of time and effort which can be a hurdle for small businesses or teams with limited resources.
Visual Planning is a perfect project management platform which helps to improve collaboration.
It isn't a 2 minute setup, which won't work too well for small businesses, as it front loads some of the costs.
During the development and implementation phases , we had superb customer service from Oakfield Software. They were always on hand , either via email or on the phone We could not fault them.
Very friendly for dev/admin teams. Technical product Support is very good.
The flexibility is the best feature. We can easily create views and displays and customize the software.

Best thing is that the WEB HR team is very helpful, friendly, cooperative and supportive. Their response time to any of my queries is quick and they never leave you hanging.
This softwards mobile compatibilty is very weak and Also i am unable to see which days I have worked.
It's very good software is very good and the support team is very supportive at all ends.
Some of the terminology is more british, which is silly to complain about.
Simplicity, and the low price are strong reasons to consider the app. The additional features like payroll and performance are good reasons for considering this app.
Bad organization on the website. For example, there is no a link that is created when I would love to check all employees, also you can't open some specific profiles on the new tab which is bad.
Really good and reliable software with a lot of flexibilty and great support. If something is not working properly, the support team is helping out quickly.
It was hard to tryst the system, and took a few months of contemplating going outside the norm.
The integration of several things by making and using our own templates for internal online system if wonderful. The control mechanism is improved at our end after using its google app.
The tutorials made this software very easy to use and adapt to for new users, to a certain degree. It was an advantage administratively as our business was growing and so to was our staff count.
The software has Value for Money, its ease of use and has simple user interface. Its approval matrix is very simple and hence highly effective.

We have recommended it to many other business groups that we work with and would love a referral code or discount system to encourage their sign-ups.
The inability to simply click & drag an allocated block of time to move it back and forth along the timeline or up and down between team members. The inability to "split" blocks of time.
Lot less email/communicator noise. Also I am very happy with the customer support - they are very responsive and always willing to help.
Also, I have trouble with Chrome when accessing it sometimes.
The customer support is excellent and they are open to development suggestions, but these suggestions are scaled to the developer's ability and prioritization.
No place for a draft no one can see, then publish.
Easy to get to learn works great. Provides a great visual of how to schedule upcoming tasks very easy to make changes and updates.
Restricted options in views to see technicians workloads together.
I love the flexibility in how I can view the data, and that it all fits in my screen so I can see the whole picture at once. Extremely helpful for planning and team coordination.

Perfect price for much software with a good usability and a really perfect personal support.
Limited Space/Admins (more only with extra pay). No interaction with RFID/NFC.
Very easy to use and a great support team that helps very quickly.
Missing Economic implementation and can be a little timeconsuming/difficult to use.
We use Rentman a lot of years and its a great software, flexible and innovative.
No offline version or option to work offline then sync with server. You can't add items via your phone app quickly, only if item has barcode.
Implementation support and daily support is fast and helps our processes moving forward adequately. Data maintenance is very friendly and fast (Items, crew, contacts).
The only negative I have is the UI on mobile devices, but that's fairly prevalent in most management softwares, as there is a lot of data needing to be displayed on the screen at one time.
On top we got some really nice planning modules that no accounting software developer could ever think of for our industry needs.
The price structure makes sense and is is easy to add users. Rentman has better customer support and includes an integrated Teamviewer for live support.

We use Rentman a lot of years and its a great software, flexible and innovative.
No offline version or option to work offline then sync with server. You can't add items via your phone app quickly, only if item has barcode.
Implementation support and daily support is fast and helps our processes moving forward adequately. Data maintenance is very friendly and fast (Items, crew, contacts).
The only negative I have is the UI on mobile devices, but that's fairly prevalent in most management softwares, as there is a lot of data needing to be displayed on the screen at one time.
On top we got some really nice planning modules that no accounting software developer could ever think of for our industry needs.
The price structure makes sense and is is easy to add users. Rentman has better customer support and includes an integrated Teamviewer for live support.

Way better organized equipment than we had before with a Google Calender.
After starting using the software, the tremendous customer support is also worth mentioning as one of the pros of the whole Rentman "experience.
Rentman helps me make things more efficient by saving time on resource planning, equipment management and sales. A real "multitool" for an Event production company.
Due to its simplest CSV data transfer possibilities, it is very easy to integrate it with other software and also bring information from one software to another.

The features of Jira are very useful, help track multiple projects with ease. Helps a ton in collaborating with other team members efficiently.
It has limited number of software integrations. Error notifications can be annoying sometimes.
Jira is pretty straight forward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira, and subscribe to notifications it works on auto-pilot helps to get track of complex issues, resolution and monitor progress.
If you accidentally click on the wrong name, the submitter gets a notification when it is assigned, and then another notification when you fix this by assigning it to the correct name.
Slack integration is super useful and the ability to write JQL and integrating with Google sheet is immensely useful.
Sometimes Jira does not work for some time and that makes it hard to track work. It has server problems often.
It is so easy to get started with Jira. They have awesome integrations into other atlassian products as well (we were using Trello before) so switching to Jira was almost seamless.
Some of the staff have had trouble understanding how to use and onboard the system. It could definitely be more intuitive- training staff on the system has been a bit of a struggle.
Atlassian is known for making good products with good value for money, and Jira is part of this good suite.
The fluidness of the software while using it is the best thing. The interface and ease of use is very high quality.
Option to picture of any size and re-size it is fantastic, also option to attach documents in your comment or tag people to increase visibility is great.

The preconstruction bidding tool is horrible and the development team is more concerned with increasing their market share than fixing problems with the tool.
Many great features but the best feature by far is its ability to organize drawings. Additionally the RFI, RFQ, and Change Event features are all great.
Awful - horrible program that you cant even stop the stupid emails even after you tell them you want nothing to do with their program any longer. I would pay to get rid of this program.

The interface is bad for GC’s, but horrendous for subcontractors.
Integration with DocuSign is great. Overall use is pretty easy and very user friendly.

Logging the bugs was very easy and I liked how I got automated messages back when the dev team took care of my tickets so I could keep up with progress.
If you have someone who is super organized and sets a good example for what to put in each task, it can go a long way. It makes a manageable and organized to-do list for everyone in your org.

With applicant messages, there's no way to end the communications/block disqualified applicants so I've had former applicants continually message and harass with no solution from Homebase.
We are using the free features of home base and couldn’t not be happier. It is reliable, accessible, and just plain awesome.

The buttons are sometimes confusing. For example, submitting a request for vacation seems cumbersome as there are different buttons that seem to do the same thing displayed at the same time.
Workday provides a great array of features for every employee in an organization from tracking their time to managing their benefits like leave.
The user experience while booking vacation is awkward. Exporting historical data sometimes just generates incorrect data.
Having access to each requisition, understanding where the candidate's are at in terms of application status, and progressing candidates with clear communication/notes is great.
Workday Compensation is a great product & there support is great.

Sometimes I have trouble because it is so simplified that I'm not looking in the right places for options. When they are right in front of me, I just don't realize it.
It is very user friendly, has a good asthetic, and is easy to educate company employees on the functionality, benefits, and accessibility.
There is little that is missing from this software and they are always making updates. I would say if you have a lot of employees it takes some time to set them all up initially.

I had previously used TruPay before coming to this company, so I found the transition to be extremely comfortable for me. I like the ease of use and ability to pull a variety of reports with ease.
Another inconvenience is the lack of fingerprint login feature on phones. I also found it inconvenient that the website password has to be changed every 60 days.
The customer service for resolving issues is excellent as I am one of the individuals responsible for maintaining our system.
We really have very few problems with it. There are a lot of options that we won't need or use so the Kronos Community site is a bit confusing.
How easy we can run reports. There are a few more features that we like and user friendly.
During implementation, we were constantly told 'the system does not do that', or 'that can't be done. Out implementation process was terrible, and we still don't have everything working.

My overall experience with this software is very good and highly recommend.
There seem to be a lot of communication problems. Things you would expect to be linked aren't and it is designed by software developers and not end users.
Workforce Ready is a very robust time and labor application that can integrate seamlessly with your payroll solution.
As with all things, most people will not be wanting to pay the costs associated with using this product.
I appreciate the ease of use from an administrator standpoint. Reports are easy to design and build.
I like that you can conform the program to do even the most complicated needs of the company. The ease for the employees to use and see what they have invested in the company they work for.
I love the ability to now be able to use an electronic system for time keeping and time off requests. It's much easier to track and approve requests.
The reporting features are great. You can auto schedule reports to send and navigating through the software is easy.
I like the ease of being able to clock in from anywhere as well as seeing all of your past punches.
Good customer service, multiple sites throughout the workplace and easy to use interface.
I use this for my work schedule. It is easy to navigate and very user friendly.

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.

I am extremely happy with Kickserv. There is a bit of a learning curve but I am very pleased.
The APP has always been very poor and its so hard to use, we've never been able to use it the past 2-3 years because of how poor it is.
They have excellent customer service that we have found to be responsive and personal. I would recommend Kickserve to anyone looking for a cost effective and well designed customer management system.
Editing estimates does not work correctly. There are problems with payment capturing in Kickserv.
If you need help or have questions, tech support is always there ready to help. Actually, a rep called me after signing up to see if I needed help or had any questions and right then, I thought WOW.
The company has horrible customer support took over a month to correct their error and after multiple calls no response, cannot not recommend to anyone.
My records are stored in the cloud and the best part was it synced with Quickbooks immediately. I absolutely love it and would recommend to a small start up to a Fortune 500.

I have lost thousands on missed gas Certs since leaving. No help at all to find data on clients.
We use Commusoft at across all 3 companies, Pure Heating & Plumbing, Pure Alarms and Pure Electrical. The system is easy to navigate and the support from Commusoft is great.
Poor washed out colour for engineer diary columns and for general text. Very unclear compared to version3.
Estimating/invoicing great too. Also great integration with accounting software.
The system can lag which can make tasks longer.
Love this software, we upgraded to commusoft from cheaper alternatives and will stick with commusoft. All engineers love the app, Far easier for everyone to use.
Call handling, real time information to our commercial customers, no more phone calls/e mails to see status of jobs.

Superb Customer Service and Support Staff: Throughout both the pre- and post-implementation phases, I received assistance that was competent, fast, and effective.
There are many many many many really poor user experience pieces wasting considerable user time and the answer when saying that is poor is "Unfortunately, this is the expected behaviour of the system.
I think the system albeit in its infancy allows great connections across the organisation. It also allows our staff to take advantage of great discounts.
The course building application is woefully restricting and dated. We don't use it anymore, and create eLearning modules in a different program to upload into ELMO.
Ease of use - clarity of information. Good reminder of what is required in serving the public and interacting with staff.
The program doesnt have the items in alphabetical order making it sometimes difficult to find something in a hurry.
Great overall quality of platform for money spent with good customer service and support throughout.
Something a little bit confusing sometimes is the days when you request leave but just for a few hours instead of the entire day.
For the learning side of the system I think it is great. You can track all the modules you have done in the past and find new ones that you are interested in.
Overall the Training Material is good. The latest package "indigenous Awareness" is excellent.
I like the integration to my employer's systems and the ease it provided to get there as and when needed.
The library has provided a good base and saved us a lot of time, effort and costs in the creation of basic courses as we did not have to start from scratch.

We love everything about gymaster, it is cost effective, user friendly and the support is great.
My only complaint would be that the with everything you get it doesn’t come with the door strike.
Overall experience with Gymmaster is great and i would recommend it to other users that need a software program for their fitness facilities. Its a great program for member base collection.
Seem to have regular faults and errors across all areas of the software.
The service provided during the data migration was outstanding and the ongoing help desk support is excellent.
Option settings are extensive and sometimes difficult to comprehend the full impact of the change.
Developers are very good at helping with custom needs. They did a custom project for me in the beginning - the price was very reasonable and it has turned out better than I had hoped for.
Certain features are hard to learn and there's no manual.
Integrated billing is easy to use and works great - makes life easy. There are a ton of options in the settings that allow me to set everything up in a way that works best for my specific club.
We have found it easy to train new team members, as well as upskill existing team as required. The customisable options are great, as is the ability to get support when we need it.
GymMaster provide us to all in one solution. Super easy, simple and very user friendly.
The customer service/help team is very nice, responsive, and helpful.
They had quickly came up with a solution to what the gym would need within hours of us having to close the doors. So far this option they set up has been flawless, and has saved me several headaches.
The efficiency of them fixing any issue, and most recently their compassion toward supporting us through the Pandemic as best they could while the facility struggled.
Having the ability to go paperless at work now that members can sign up online is great. Stream lines the entire process.
Our members love being able to use their apps to monitor their memberships and buy products on their own after hours.
