It definitely does a nice job of allowing everyone to communicate on a single platform. Very user friendly and the features are great.
The only flaw in the software I have found is that I sometimes have trouble accessing the app from my phone.
I love how intuitive it is, I love that it is free for under 10 employees, I think everyone who has to do scheduling for any size of company or any industry should use this software.
The absolute worst part about this software has to do with the roles that employees can be assigned: there is no "training" option under the roles that I created.
I love how easy everything is to use. I love being notified when my schedule has been posted and as someone who used to make the schedule each week, making and publishing schedules is easy as well.
Also, the wage predictions are hit or miss. I also only get half of the notifications I should, and sometimes that app refuses to post pictures to the log.

Their product & services are superb. The Connecteam platform has been a perfect addition to our small business that is headed for a rapid growth.
My only complaint as of right now is the reliability of the GPS coordinates, which is something I was just told will no longer be a problem with the new update that's soon to release.
They are also willing to listen to ideas that would make this software better. They have been improving this app dramatically and I thank them for their continued effort in doing so.
Unless like competitors we also KNOW what we pay for and no ridiculous add-on costs coming on afterwards.
My experience with Connecteam has been very positive. I love the fact that the message box is on the screen so you can click on it and get help immediately.
The updating, which I understand has to happen. We have had few instances where the program would stop working for an hour or so.
I love that this solution is easy to use, is aesthetically pleasing, and is a great value for the cost.
Our job costing is coming out more accurate due to the time clock function. Guys are no longer guessing how long of a lunch they took, when they got to the job site, etc.
Our experience has been great. I am not very tech savvy, but with the help of the connecteam staff I am now able to navigate the app and dashboard with ease and teach others.

I like the ease of scheduling and the ease of accessibility. My employees enjoy having their schedule at their fingertips at all times.
I did not realize this when signing up, and find it a maddening waste of time when you have a real problem to solve (and you will have problems!).
It utilizes all of my employees' availabilities and I love having the ability to see that my employee has acknowledged their schedules.
My only bad experience is that I had to restart my phone a few times because of the GPS problems when I was trying to clock in, which was annoying and time-consuming.
We loved all of the features and integrations. With the new law that was supposed to go into effect for salary overtime, this was the perfect software to choose.
If you make a mistake and accidentally alter the availability for one day you have to go back to that day and fix it before adjusting your availability.
I liked that at a user we have the ability to view a months worth of scheduled shifts on one easy to view interface.
It's really hard to troubleshoot because WhenIWork hides all the integration details. For instance you can not see the mapping of employees and their roles/jobs between the two companies.
Their customer service team is always there to help and are super friendly.
Overall, I would highly recommend this app. For management, it is a lifesaver.
My overall experience was pleasant with When I Work, I would definitely recommend to any other Business Owners.

The user interface improved while I used it and I liked the visualization to help with scheduling. It allowed for you to paint the different priorities which was very helpful.
It randomly signs me out frequently and it's a bit annoying to have to log back in.

The ease of and accessibility of reporting and the self-service features for employees, including the always-expanding app, is wonderful.
Mgr was always complaining that she didn't find our notes. It was frustrating and caused ill feelings.
It is user friendly and real time tracking which is awesome!!! Super easy to learn and teach.
Too difficult to use and understand its set-up and costly, poor customer support to solve problems.
I really like how robust the system is -there is so much that you can do to help drive efficiency and accuracy. I also like that is relatively intuitive to use for employee side.
Implementation struggles and lack of cohesion between product team and implementation team.
I have had some of my best experiences with customer service through Ceridian and they always help me modify the system quickly to make it work effectively for me.
We are now a year into this project and 6 months post-live and are STILL trying to cleanup the mess caused during implementation. My time and my team's time is dominated by this cleanup process.
I enjoy how you can onboard new employees with benefit selections and payroll. It is useful to keep all these managerial aspects to my job on one location.
Lastly - we are currently have a major struggle with funding our 401K.
Our employees are very happy with how user friendly the system is. I think we have more employees engaged now than ever.

It has been an amazing upgrade from paper. The employees also enjoy the power to control their options of picking up open shifts because they can see them on their own.

We are pleased that what we thought we were buying is what we ended up with as our end product. Overall we are very pleased.
While it is a good thing, so an outsider/average user it can be confusing or intimidating.
Overall, a great experience with Visual Planning. From implementation, to customization, training, support - it's all great and the platform helps us run much more efficiently than we were previously.
Initial setup and customization require a bit of time and effort which can be a hurdle for small businesses or teams with limited resources.
Visual Planning is a perfect project management platform which helps to improve collaboration.
It isn't a 2 minute setup, which won't work too well for small businesses, as it front loads some of the costs.
During the development and implementation phases , we had superb customer service from Oakfield Software. They were always on hand , either via email or on the phone We could not fault them.
Very friendly for dev/admin teams. Technical product Support is very good.
The flexibility is the best feature. We can easily create views and displays and customize the software.
It is now easier to 'see' the key data, manage it and share it, making it highly valuable for the business and allowing us to operate efficiently and effectively.

Excellent scheduling tool that improves productivity.
Snapschedule is somewhat difficult to read as all its characters are not divided by space, so identifying a particular unit is difficult.
A positive feature is; once you have programmed your work schedule for a period of time the rotation mechanism is fine so there is little effort to change one or two anomalies.
The price on this software was a little high. Also a little confusing to explain to others that use it.
I use daily shift assignments a lot and would love to pick which columns to use (add employee code, remove notes). I would also really appreciate a log/history on the shifts.
After changing a shift I can no longer see what it used to be.
There are many excellent features such as emailing, reporting, customization, and employees being able to manage their own schedule under supervision by requesting days off and/or trading shifts.

Best thing is that the WEB HR team is very helpful, friendly, cooperative and supportive. Their response time to any of my queries is quick and they never leave you hanging.
This softwards mobile compatibilty is very weak and Also i am unable to see which days I have worked.

Some of the terminology is more british, which is silly to complain about.
Simplicity, and the low price are strong reasons to consider the app. The additional features like payroll and performance are good reasons for considering this app.

We have recommended it to many other business groups that we work with and would love a referral code or discount system to encourage their sign-ups.
The inability to simply click & drag an allocated block of time to move it back and forth along the timeline or up and down between team members. The inability to "split" blocks of time.
Lot less email/communicator noise. Also I am very happy with the customer support - they are very responsive and always willing to help.
Also, I have trouble with Chrome when accessing it sometimes.
The customer support is excellent and they are open to development suggestions, but these suggestions are scaled to the developer's ability and prioritization.
No place for a draft no one can see, then publish.
Easy to get to learn works great. Provides a great visual of how to schedule upcoming tasks very easy to make changes and updates.
Restricted options in views to see technicians workloads together.

The features of Jira are very useful, help track multiple projects with ease. Helps a ton in collaborating with other team members efficiently.
It has limited number of software integrations. Error notifications can be annoying sometimes.
Jira is pretty straight forward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira, and subscribe to notifications it works on auto-pilot helps to get track of complex issues, resolution and monitor progress.
If you accidentally click on the wrong name, the submitter gets a notification when it is assigned, and then another notification when you fix this by assigning it to the correct name.
Slack integration is super useful and the ability to write JQL and integrating with Google sheet is immensely useful.
Sometimes Jira does not work for some time and that makes it hard to track work. It has server problems often.

What I like most about the software is the ability to add your appointments quickly to your google calendar. Its been very helpful with managing which appointments I have up for the week.
I am fuming when I block off appointments. People can still book in may have to book appointments in to stop this.
What I like most about the software is the ease of use and simplicity. It works extremely well to schedule clients and then takes some automation out of the followup process which is helpful.
Some of the functions are hidden in weird spots - it may make more sense for larger orgs but for small and single traders, managing preferences out of the 'calendar' section is a bit weird.
This is a super powerful platform to get up and running with and there are lots of awesome tutorials on YouTube for nearly any configuration you can imagine.
At this point in my usage, I am unable to make negative comments.
I love everything about the software so far. From setting up my schedule to having clients book themselves and using the zoom integration for creating automatic calls is awesome.
I don’t like that it is difficult to use with two different websites. I basically have to pay for two subscriptions because it can be difficult to plug in if it has to be used this way.
I liked that I can give special discounts and how user friendly it is to set up, even more non techies like myself. Love how easy it is to link to my website.
My overall experience has been great, I liked the idea of a free trial. I had tried the trial and like how simple the site made booking to my clients.
I am overall very pleased and love how I can update my availability so easily. The integration to all my calendars is so helpful.
The ability for our customization from offerings, to schedules has made this a perfect and economical solution.
Honestly, this was the most seamless and easy program to use. I have been incredibly impressed and have recommended it highly to others in my business network.
I like using it and love that you have a free version for does off you that are just starting out.

The only thing I don't like about the software is its tendency to "stall out. Occasionally, perhaps twice in a full day of use, I will try to stop a line of time-tracking and receive an error.
Clockify is easy to use, inexpensive, and is simple set up. It has a robust API and also provides a lot of great reports that you can customize to be as granular as you'd like.
Other tools have become problematic in the past, but it's hard to miss the on/off switch with Clockify.
Simple but very useful, for teamwork, monitoring the time of each task and each employee is excellent ... it helps the team and myself in my organization of the day.
It can be glitchy when the internet connection is weak, requiring you to log back in.
I recommend this for the staff who work for me so they can ensure they're accounting for their correct number of hours worked. Have had a great experience with it so far.

The setup and launching of The Shark (my nickname for it) was super easy. The customer support is fantastic.
I wish there was a way to track the phone usage of the employees while clocked in. I find a lot of lost productivity die to employees being on the phone during work hours.
I love the GPS tracking feature, it has been so helpful in keeping track of man hours. Having a foreman able to clock employees in from their phone is great, too.
Staff inadvertently selects the wrong one which causes downstream work for Admin personnel. We've chosen not to utilize the "Mobile" function as all of our hourly employees must report to the plant.
The software is reliable, user friendly and affordable. We love ClockShark and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a scheduling or time tracking software.
So they can cheat on working hours and get away with it.

Doesn't always work well if the service is bad.

Aside from all the wonderful time-saving features of ClockShark...my favorite part is the incredible customer service. Every question is answered quickly, pleasantly, professionally, and correctly.

Brilliant, they really seem to focus on customer care as it was always helpful and there straight away.
The preconstruction bidding tool is horrible and the development team is more concerned with increasing their market share than fixing problems with the tool.
Many great features but the best feature by far is its ability to organize drawings. Additionally the RFI, RFQ, and Change Event features are all great.
Awful - horrible program that you cant even stop the stupid emails even after you tell them you want nothing to do with their program any longer. I would pay to get rid of this program.
Was very kind, honest, and helpful when giving us information and even other options outside of Procore to help suit our needs. Easy to access and navigate.
The interface is bad for GC’s, but horrendous for subcontractors.
Integration with DocuSign is great. Overall use is pretty easy and very user friendly.
Sometimes difficult using the admin tools but that is probably more due to a lack of experience than anything else.
Good tool for managing workflows and collaborate between disciplines. Clean, simple and easy to use web interface.
Procore is an excellent program overall. Their cloud-based platform works well for compiling big data among many users, and its ease of use is also very beneficial for users.
The most impactful feature that the new and improved Procore has to offer, would be its robust library of technical and training information.

The ability to segment users and managers is essential to our company's structure. Being the administrator and having the ability to go in and fix any user's time sheet is also great.
Sometimes we get synchronizing problems. Not sure if we can easily edit erroneous of incomplete entries after saving.
I love especially that this software integrates with Concur, and has a mobile app that has a very friendly UI. The easier it is for employees to enter information, the better.
At times my entries seem to magically disappear from the description section which can be frustrating if I can't track what I did on a particular day and time.
This is super easy to use. I mostly use it to report hours worked and it's better than any of the other programs we used before.
Adding and deleting employees is confusing. They make it difficult to keep the customer base out of the tracking.
Once set up, easy to use; great for multiple users who are in various locations; customer service is very good.
It can take a lot of clicks to do time entry or edit time entries. And there are obnoxious bugs in primary workflows.
The best parts about time tracker are its speed, ease of use, and auto save. Ve never had issues and the reports are intuitive to generate.
It was a wonderful and beneficial experience for me and my business.
