Rippling did not file my quarterly taxes and failed to pay federal taxes on payroll for a few staffers. I have been financially penalized by the government.
I love that Rippling makes payroll fun, with easy to use features to download documents, see paystubs, and fun design quirks that always bring a smile to my face.
At this moment there are no aspects of this software that I dislike.
Great product at a great value. Our transition from our previous product was seamless and changes are easy to make within program.
I have since transitioned to a new payroll provider that has had zero issue doing both those things correctly. Yet, I'm still being charged for Rippling despite them not doing their job correctly.
Finding important documents is easy and straightforward, like it should be. I love receiving the fun emails every time I get paid.
I have to beg for responses and escalate emails to additional staffers to get a response. Horrid customer service and completely lacking to do their job correctly.

The Document Locator product stays up with technology and is simple to implement and utilize. Best of all their Customer and Tech support is fabulous.

The indexing is the best part, training was good. The employees in OR are calm and very nice to work with.
As the software is so powerful it requires a decent amount of training to become proficient. Also the inability to link to the folders in the software is inconvenient at times.
The best feature we like about Document locator is the email management using my favorite software "outlook. It helps with a number of other features including PDF conversion, Document preview etc.
Meta data being returned from a Unix ERP system was not the easiest to change, constant testing.

My overall experience with Workable has been great. It's easy to use and has a lot of amazing functions to help with our recruiting process.
I don't like how it seems so easy to accidentally bulk email the wrong candidates, or email a candidate when you intended to leave an internal note.
It was easy to understand, has many useful features, super simple to integrate, fast to implement and is very cost effective.
Customer service so far has been a bit hard to communicate. It maybe a rare occurrence, no more after more usage.
Workable customer service is very prompt and polite, and always resolve our questions and inquiries quickly and with great advice and support.
Its basic, wasn't able to schedule send emails and in app emailing function was a bit confusing sometimes.
I totally recommend this platform to anyone (from small teams to large companies) looking for a sophisticated hiring platform at great value for money.

The strength of the product lies not only in the layout and comprehensive solution it offers but in the exceptional online support offered by competent and extremely well-informed staff.
User Management and permissions between Users and Administrators can be complicated / unclear.
On top, fantastic support from the developer, quick and precise to reply effectively to any request we ever made.
I have trouble with the main part of the software (but know how to work around it)... that being the leave balances.
It is super easy to onboard and use and I highly recommend. It provides a simple yet customizable platform for you to leverage to provide a strong and professional HR presence.
If you have a lot of team members, the organizational chart cuts off and doesn't show the whole organization unless you change it to another view.
We are happy to have implemented this software into our company. The support team have been great and are very knowledgeable.
As a side effect of having a lot of features and customizability, the onboarding and getting buy-in from the users, especially the less tech-savvy managers, is a bit tricky.
