Its super simple to use and easy to get around to the information i'm looking for. I really like the fun things they send when you get paid.
Tax calculations and deductions for each employee is difficult to achieve with the software. Leave management is restricted to admininistrator alone.
We use it for payroll and benefits and its simple and effective. The customer service is also great as they are "human" because they actually listen and answer questions.
I now use a different service because I was tired of the lack of organization in this regard, and the implication that by expecting more, I was being unreasonable.
Not only do they make it easy to use the platform, the dashboard and overall experience with their tool is pleasant and truly great.
My biggest frustration is inability to sign documents. I still have to use Docusign then upload the documentation into the individual profiles instead of kicking it off directly during onboarding.
Hands down the best and most cost-effective payroll bureau I have ever had the pleasure to do business with.
The onboarding is painful and only do it at the end of the year, unless there is an emergency. Porting the weekly information back into quick Books can get tricky.
It is very clear what is included and choosing plans is a breeze. The UI is great and their customer service is outstanding.
Gusto has a great interface that is easy and intuitive to use and they also have fantastic support.
Overall the software has been great and is a lifesaver at tax time. We have been very pleased.

I love that it allows employees the ability to access and change their profiles and be responsible for their timecards.
We have been very frustrated with our implementation and ongoing service. They push to go live in a very short amount of time but did a terrible job of working to make sure the set up was right.
I love how user friendly this product is for everyone. Everything is very self explanatory and if you have any questions, customer service is very helpful and patient.
I have had several daily timecards messed up because of this.
Overall our rapidly growing business was due for a professional, easy, and affordable tool to manager payroll, benefits, HR related things, etc. and this was perfect.
When researching Paycom the only negative review I seemed to come across was difficulty with the software.
Paycom is very easy to use. Not only is it a great site for clocking in / out it has many features such as document storage, Time Off, Benefits information, and so on.
I don't know if it is a glitch, or user error, but when I try to add an in/out punch for a lunch break if an employee forgets to clock out, it sets it as an in/out punch for the day.
I like the benefit feature, very clear to see what my choices are, update my benefits package.
I like the quality of the payroll functions better than ADP and Paychex hands down.
Overall, I am very pleased with the functionality, ease of use and customer service.
Her work ethic was always professional and positive. Trainings were easy because she always took time to explain why each step was important as opposed to just click here and move on.
It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Very intuitive and easy to do bulk approvals specially when you manage 150+ employees.
Overall, the experience was great. It was easy to use and the platform was simple.

Best option for the price- I have looked all over and Paycor was by far the most affordable. I wanted as simple as possible and this was perfect.
Tracking and paying our Contractors/Consultants/1099NEC’s is still not working after several weeks and has cost us much money, stress, confusion, frustration and time.
Overall I think it is a great business solution and time saver. The information captured and stored is very helpful for reporting and I am able to instantly generate useful information.
Lack of customer service, lack of follow-through from support staff to set up system, missing major components of software, lack of response when requesting assistance.
I like having the ability to customize reports, this saves me a lot of time. I also like the ease of the software and the great customer service Paycor provides.
Our "senior" implementation specialist was awful and did not fully set our system up.
Great information to help streamline HR. Webinars are always up to date and have the latest information to help HR with regulations and compliance.
Terrible customer service. Emailed a time-sensitive document 4 times, called 3 times, and did not receive ANY communication for 2 months.
Like Paycor, no system is perfect and we have had to evaluate and make changes to our internal processes. With this, HR and Payroll have been satisfied and the processes simplified due to Paycor.
Great product and great customer service that that is more than helpful.
There are also some new modules which will be launched soon. This will go a long way to improve the product and give a good user experience.
And the best part is that it integrates seamlessly with DocuSign.

I like how I can copy and paste shifts so I don't have to constantly be putting in exact hours, which can get monotonous. I also like that I can see who is in and out of the office at a quick glance.

It definitely does a nice job of allowing everyone to communicate on a single platform. Very user friendly and the features are great.
The only flaw in the software I have found is that I sometimes have trouble accessing the app from my phone.
I love how intuitive it is, I love that it is free for under 10 employees, I think everyone who has to do scheduling for any size of company or any industry should use this software.
The absolute worst part about this software has to do with the roles that employees can be assigned: there is no "training" option under the roles that I created.
I love how easy everything is to use. I love being notified when my schedule has been posted and as someone who used to make the schedule each week, making and publishing schedules is easy as well.
Also, the wage predictions are hit or miss. I also only get half of the notifications I should, and sometimes that app refuses to post pictures to the log.
We love this app it helps connect our staff and allows us to see who's working at which location when. Its great for time off requests as well.
I find it hard to mark someone sick in the mobile version of this.
The ease of scheduling with the interface gave me an excellent overview. Adding new employees and getting them connected and receiving updates was extremely user friendly.

It was nice that there were PPP reports created to help with the application as well as the forgiveness. They were very helpful while going through those processes.
If it weren't a hassle to switch systems, I would switch in a heartbeat. This is a terrible platform and I am unimpressed with the company as a whole.
I like that there are a variety of solutions to help with all of our HR processes. The system is user friendly and common sensical.
It is hard to give negative feedback about a product that does more than one can fully comprehend. The report writer can be tricky if you are not familiar with how to use it.
Our of the 4 payroll companies that we have used over the last 10 yrs, Paylocity is my favorite. The program is the easiest to use and the employees like it the best.
The interface is terrible and they are making changes all the time. I have a rotating door of "account managers" and never get ahold of the same person twice.
Most of the features are easy to use and intuitive. The best part is the customer service and the dedicated representative to help with everything we need.
This is very very frustrating because I can only navigate and let the employees know where to do and provide resources but not see what they are seeing and work from the back end for them.
This company had excellent rollout of the product into the work environment with the most amazing customer support I've ever received.
We also use it to great benefit to track pay and paid time off. Other than some qualms with the ease of use, Paylocity has been a great success at our company.

Overall, I really loved my experience with HotSchedules. It was a great program for me to know when and what shifts I was working.
Customer service is terrible. I have emailed and called about 3 open tickets and no one will call me back or respond.
Hotschedules won our business by having the best Aloha POS integration of all the companies we spoke with.
The most annoying thing about is the notifications. I think everyone gets all the notifications.
It's a great way to communicate between coworkers, on top of scheduling, time off, etc. It's well organized and easy to navigate.
Overall, every restaurant should seriously look into an app like HotSchedules. It saves time and stress on all, avoiding hand written notes that get lost.

HotSchedules is the perfect scheduling software for restaurants. Integrates things such as weather forecasts into scheduling so you know if you need to have more staff available.
Overtime is already tracked so accepting a new shift is fine as long as the dining room is covered. I like that I can see my paycheck too great way to budget.
