Pros and Cons from BambooHR users

The software is clean and simple and serves as a great resource for company information, coworker contacts, and a comprehensive company calendar outlining anniversaries, birthdays, and days off.
Some of the updates would cause havoc on the system and delay some of our onboarding.
I hadn't used it until my current company and I am really happy to be able to utilize it. There are so many great features and I love it.
The only con I have noticed is from guys in HR complaining that it does not provide in-house payroll management.
BambooHR has some great integrations (Slack, for instance) that allow me to see when my co-workers are out of the office or even celebrating an anniversary or birthday.
At times I struggle with the signing portion of documents.
Great customer service, easy to navigate user platform and mobile app, love that it includes things like ENPS scores.
When we first got it, I would say its lack of payroll integration, but it's since integrated TRAX payroll with the software, which our accounting team is now switching to.
We have become very dependent on this, the mobile app and the website are both great benefits to our employees.
BambooHR is incredibly user friendly, super easy to set up and navigate and easily customizable - for FREE.
It is an amazing experience and i am felling good with using it everyday.
The look and feel of the software. Great organization charts with clear view to all people in the company with employee pictures, (which are extremely helpful for new staff).
So I highly appreciate it whenever a service focuses on simplicity and a great user experience.
For organisations implementing their first HRIS this is one of the best choices in terms of cost, ease of implementation and customer support.
Having used it from the user side the software has an easy to use and beautiful interface.
Easy to integrate with other ATS & Payroll tools. Employee asset management is also fairly decent and does the job.
BambooHR is a cost-effective, relatively easy-to-use tool. Just be careful that you like the product as-is because getting in product feedback doesn't always work well.

There are tutorials available with examples to onboard my team onto the platform. The support team is awesome and are responsive to guide you with best practices while setting up the OKRs.
Some visualization is not ok check in process is difficult.
They make the overall experience user friendly and provide great support in case you need help. It's a very intuitive product and is a complete solution.
Task management is limited when managing a heavy workload.
I have the feeling that working with Profit makes it gives you great chances to succeed into finally implementing the methodology and not to give up.
Many option i can setup but confused sometime.
Also, their customer service is amazing. They are very committed to provided a great product and great service.
That i cant lock goal creation after closing date.
Their dedication to their product and customers was the big differentiator when making our decision. The rollout of OKRs into our organization has been a positive experience because of their support.
Reports and dashboards are amazing and help managers and executives to track progress, spot problem areas and drill down easily.
Ease of use, quick implementation and very responsive customer success team.
The customer support team is always there to help and guide you whenever and wherever required. Extremely pleased with the experience provided.
We love the software and appreciate the white-glove support.
The integration with MS Teams also makes it really easy for people to check-in and update their KRs. The customer onboarding and ongoing service is amazing.
Again, Profit will be the best OKR system in my opinion with a relatively low price tag instead of using Excel and Emails.
It could facilitate all teams(small to a large group, fully customizable and scalable features). Profit OKR included all - full and always with new features, great price along with dependable teams.
Very good, solid support, guidance, and availability.
Very simple to deploy and roll out to users. Ability to integrate with Teams and Salesforce.

Pros and Cons from BRIDGE users

It's a great place to track your progress within your role and what you hope to accomplish within the company. This is a great way to track your ambitions with your manager.
Sometimes the classes on my bridge account are not offered. This is more of a personal work problem than the software itself because my company hasn't paid for that particular subscription.
Overall, I'm very happy with the software and it seems like a good move for our company. Our staff have an easy time navigating the system, which is the largest part of the battle.
At times I would be asked to repeat a step in a course that was already passed. This may have been a user error on my part.
My very favorite part about Bridge is that they have excellent customer service. They are always available to help me when needed and are great at following up.
There are something that my company needs that are not included with Bridge and are hard to get changed.
I enjoyed the functionality and control the software provides. It is very user friendly and the integrations are pretty useful.
It seemed difficult and manual to group people. They didn't have a direct integration to BambooHR.
Great product as it is, with new features coming online regularly - fantastic value for money and ease of use.
The users enjoy it, and it has been simple for them to learn. They like having the information at their fingertips, and it is so easy to use that they have adopted very quickly.
The software is easy to use and very intuitive. It bridge's a gap for employees to help them become smarter, better informed and more productive.
Ease of use, integration, simplicity, robust reporting.
Excellent learning software, I'm a really big fan.
Bridge, Canvas and Catalog are excellent products. Instructure (the parent company) has invested a lot into finding out just what online educators want.
Overall our experience is positive but with room for improvement. I think Bridge knows what needs to be improved but they're not moving as quickly as we'd like.
The pre-sales experience and implementation was frictionless -- our user adoption has steadily grown over time, and the support teams are top notch.
My favorite part about Bridge is that we are hard pressed to find features that were not well thought through and not fully baked.
We use Bridge to track our personal goals within our roles, our 1 on 1 discussion topics with our managers and company wide learning programs. It has a wide range of possibilities and is easy to use.

We also appreciate that they are always moving forward with additions and improvements. This company is truly innovative and the best option out there today.
Rippling did not file my quarterly taxes and failed to pay federal taxes on payroll for a few staffers. I have been financially penalized by the government.
I love that Rippling makes payroll fun, with easy to use features to download documents, see paystubs, and fun design quirks that always bring a smile to my face.
At this moment there are no aspects of this software that I dislike.
Great product at a great value. Our transition from our previous product was seamless and changes are easy to make within program.
I have since transitioned to a new payroll provider that has had zero issue doing both those things correctly. Yet, I'm still being charged for Rippling despite them not doing their job correctly.
Finding important documents is easy and straightforward, like it should be. I love receiving the fun emails every time I get paid.
I have to beg for responses and escalate emails to additional staffers to get a response. Horrid customer service and completely lacking to do their job correctly.
I Love the design and interface of Rippling. The easy of use and functionality is amazing.
I am thrilled, from the demos to onboarding to use every piece has been seamless, helpful and simple.
I love how user-friendly it is, and how it can connect payroll information but also other important dates like PTO and anniversaries and birthdays.
Onboarding is very important to me when trying to hire top talent. Offering a seamless onboarding experience is a a sign that we are truly invested in your well being.
My experience with Rippling has been fantastic and I do not think I have ever used comparable software as intuitive or helpful.
Overall, Rippling is a great tool if you are looking to streamline your processes and want a great support team at your side.
The ability to integrate other apps seems like a powerful feature that has the potential to greatly simplify the onboarding process for new hires.
Our everyday feature is time off tracking, and delivery of W2s, and 1099 for vested investors. There's a benefits roll up, and it's just got great UI/UX that make finding what I need simple.
Rippling is overall a great application that is easy to use and the integration was also straightforward.
We reviewed a lot of options for our small company and this was the best fit for us in terms of pricing, implementation time and customer service.

Pros and Cons from AssessTEAM users

User friendly and very good price. Like the fact that you can customize it up to certain level.
Hard to make adjustments to result areas/team members.
Very responsive, always available, and pleasant attitude is the true definitions of great customer service and he exceeds everytime.
No real cons that we have found that the assess team didn't address immediately. The software has much more potential than we are currently using.
There is no doubt that these tough times are starting to affect everyone. Thus, if I can help improve employee quality of life, then it’s a win-win both for the employee and the business.
No capability to duplicate a set of evaluations, no capability to define which user has access to which evaluation record (either they can see all the evaluations regarding themselves or none).
Love the simplicity of the software, yet the high level of functionality. The system is easy to use, has a fantastic layout and provides all of the functions we need to manage team performance.
Too many bugs at the moment. The scores are not accurate as well at the moment.
The product is easy to use and that was important in our search for the perfect product.
Positive - mostly because of [SENSITIVE CONTENT] availability and support. He is informative, relatable, understanding, friendly and very helpful with step by step guidelines.
So far, I am very happy with the AssessTeams product. We will be going through our first set of Performance Reviews very soon and will share more then.
Easy to use/ quality vs investment is quite good. Once you get the platform is quite flexible.
We are continuing to investigate all of the tools to make sure getting the biggest benefit possible. Customer service has been very helpful in terms of answering questions and providing workarounds.
My overall experience has been great. The customer service team is phenomenal and has quickly assisted with any questions or issues that I had.
He has been SO patient (and kind) with me & did a lot of the set up on his end after explaining what I wanted to happen.
They are always eager to help us anytime we ask. This alone would make me not want to use any other product.

Best thing is that the WEB HR team is very helpful, friendly, cooperative and supportive. Their response time to any of my queries is quick and they never leave you hanging.
This softwards mobile compatibilty is very weak and Also i am unable to see which days I have worked.
It's very good software is very good and the support team is very supportive at all ends.
Some of the terminology is more british, which is silly to complain about.
Simplicity, and the low price are strong reasons to consider the app. The additional features like payroll and performance are good reasons for considering this app.
Bad organization on the website. For example, there is no a link that is created when I would love to check all employees, also you can't open some specific profiles on the new tab which is bad.
Really good and reliable software with a lot of flexibilty and great support. If something is not working properly, the support team is helping out quickly.
It was hard to tryst the system, and took a few months of contemplating going outside the norm.
The integration of several things by making and using our own templates for internal online system if wonderful. The control mechanism is improved at our end after using its google app.
The tutorials made this software very easy to use and adapt to for new users, to a certain degree. It was an advantage administratively as our business was growing and so to was our staff count.
The software has Value for Money, its ease of use and has simple user interface. Its approval matrix is very simple and hence highly effective.
Web HR is a solid tool for HR Professionals, cloud based, and a great software to use. We use it across the board and have turned several of our clients to this platform.
Very good software for small companies, helps in many features.
Integrations with other systems is plus. I love the interface, and specially your Performance and Forms Module.
Its rather good then presently giving it to a third party provider, here we can give our requirements and get what profiles we wanted.
I like having a portal for tracking timesheets and time off requests. This makes it easy to maintain everything in one location.
It is Very Simple and Easy Tool to use, Hassle-free experience in managing employees' credentials. Easily accessible from Mobile phones also.
Payroll, discipline, and performance reviews have all been a breeze, and frankly it makes some difficult things a lot easier to handle. The free version is fairly limited, but the features were great.

The platform is very friendly, fast, intuitive, and keeps updating. I love how everything is saved automatically and also the fact we can access it from any device.
There are some missing features for our use case, particularly around feedback and one-on-one check-ins.
Our experience with Koan overall has been positive. As an organization, we are better prepared to identify focused goals and provide transparency and strengthen our communication.
UX can be a bit confusing, due to similarities between team and company views.
It helps our team to be focused on the tasks that matter the most for achieving results. The weekly reflection feature helps our team to prioritise and to support others.
We used to send weekly updates using email and word docs with no structure.
The software is visually stunning, intuitively pleasing, but most of all crucial for organizational success. The ease of use encourages me to submit my weekly Koan reflections, rather than daunt them.
I wouldn't necessarily recommend this change, as the value is there. It's just a particular pain point for us at enterprise scale.
That's THE most important activity in OKRs and Koan really encourages them to both happen and be of great quality given the questions it prompts you to reflect on.
Its simplicity makes a lot of sense if you want your team to adopt and integrate OKRs in their daily routine. Their weekly emails and Slack notifications for reflections are amazing.
Weekly cadence and OKR format is great. We used to use spreadsheets to manage our OKRs, and this is such a better interface, plus provides detail and progress updates in a way that's easy to monitor.
When I think about the relative cost vs. clear ROI - it made me look a bit like a hero finding such a powerful tool at such a low price point.
The easy to attach key results help organize what tasks helped complete the goals each week. This is very user friendly to navigate and use.
Easy to use and understand the product, great price. We ended up moving our whole start-up to Koan, to create and track company, team and individual OKRs.
Best OKR software encountered so far, period. Unmatched customer service as well.
Great customer service, insights and blogs to support you.
Their integrations to Jira and Slack were important for us. Quite cheap considering what you get.
Gtmhub help me to have better organization and traceability of our ideas.

Pros and Cons from Motivosity users

I love the recognition portion of Motivosity. This allows employees to give shout outs and recognition more than just verbally.
There are little to no parameters as to what is allowed to be commented on and this opened the door to futile and irrelevant comments to be passed.
I love how quick and easy it is to give a shout out to another colleague. It’s fun to see what everyone is sharing as well.
I dislike not being able to edit my posts, if I make a mistake.
Motivosity is a great way for me to recognize my direct reports, my peers, and my leaders. It is easy to use and fun.
The check-in function is very basic and can lead to misunderstanding if comments are not fully utilized.
The best part is that it makes recognition easy, and keeps it relevant and fresh. It also makes it public, so everyone in the company can hear about the great stuff my employees are doing.
We haven't started the feedback feature yet but we will soon and it sounds a bit intimidating.
Its been absolutely lovely. I love how easy it is for everyone to share money with each other and because it's so easy, it actually gets used.
I love the feed that allows you to see what others are doing and are being appreciated for, also the fact that you can "like" another person's appreciation.
I often scroll through the feed to feel good about the company I work with and how awesome our people are.
The idea is brilliant for getting employees to share and give to others based on performance and help. The gift card options are great and the slack integration to see who got praised is nice too.
The ease of administration, the ease of use (for the staff) and the genuine excitement and peer recognition that I have witnessed with the staff. It is well worth the investment.
Everyone perceives themselves as busy . . . though its ease of use enables, in only seconds, us to thank our circle of influence for their contributions to our success.
This tool is very easy to use and a great way to quickly recognize the great work of coworkers.
It has helped to build a strong community and recognizing great work.
It has brought value to peer-recognition and fosters a work community of recognizing your colleagues and giving thanks.
The integration into Slack made a huge difference as well, and created more use of the software for everyone. Getting the software up and going for the company was very easy and quick.

It's awesome to see staff being publicly recognized for things that might have gone unnoticed prior to implementing Kazoo, and they are encouraged since they're being rewarded for it.
We remain disappointed with analytics. There have been improvements, but reports are not intuitive or customizable.
The customer service I get from them is awesome, they are always eager to help me use the tool better, introduce new features, and make sure I'm getting the most out of my subscription.
The reports & dashboard options appear to be basic and limited.
I like that it's super easy to use and everyone's profiles are super easy to grab. When you want to reward a lot of people at once it's super easy to grab their names and reward them quickly.
The only downside to YouEarnedIt would be an internal one.
I absolutely love this software. I enjoy being able to give points to my coworkers when they've really helped me. I think it is a great way to boost morale around the company.
No one's voice is left behind. Work Tango provides us with analytics to measure ,track and action.
Our experience with High Ground has been one of excellent customer service. Trisha who represents our account has been terrific throughout.
We are very excited about how we can expand our use of High Ground products to help our people improve their performance everyday and recognize their success.
It's easy and intuitive to follow to set up and administer surveys. Customer service is friendly and the company vision is inspiring.
Excellent product, easy to manage, at an affordable pricing and with an incredible client support.
Pre-populated reports/charts based on classification/segment selection was key. The ability to generate the information so quickly was extremely useful given our expedited timeline.
They will surprise you by providing a different customer experience and adding value way beyond the platform. I love WorkTango's mission, and how it is integrated in the experience they provide.
We also use Kiosk mode and stream it to TV screens set up on our production facilities, linking our entire multistate company together in ways we did not anticipate but are extremely excited about.
Very easy to use for both admins and end-users. Gives managers ownership of feedback to drive positive change.

Leave management is awesome. The tax and payroll module is also nice and integration with clear tax is great.
The only thing I didn't like in keka is, it's not working and I'm facing the problem at least once a week.
Overall, Keka is good and affordable. You have lots of quite good features that help you to ease your work.
Integrations - there are still a lot of product integrations which are missing in our case - slack for instance.
Keka makes this super easy and is very reliable with great 7zip compression among other multi-part file splitting formats.
No self serve set up and onboarding is extremely time consuming. Further there's no way to use parts of the product before wider rollout.
Love the way their software resolve lot of our pen and paper work and main delight was working with their support team, They had helped me a lot while migrating to cloud payroll.
No such cons but the mobile app should be given the facility to clock in - out for convenience.
With a very competitive price range, it gives a great deal of features to work with. Here are few things I like about Keka.
Keka can be a good HRMS software for small and budding enterprises. It helps employees with daily tasks like Attendance Management, Work time calculation, Leave application and approval.
Its simple user interface makes it easy for us to use. Although we have only been trying the software, we can see how it can benefit our business by making payroll management work like a breeze.
The Remote logging and attendance tracking is done in a more accurate manner. The leave approval and request feature is very easy and seamless to mange and use.
I get updates of latest polls being conducted in the company easily. I can recommend this product to make Monday mornings of employee cheerful on work.
Ease of use, providing the required features in a simple and user friendly UX.
Overall i am happy to use keka for my company, it is easy to use and simple also provide mobile app for smooth working.
Their support team helps you whenever you need them.
Gives breakdown and calculation logic behind tax calculation. Easy interface to input investment declarations.
Can be integrated with other 3rd party software to sync logs of the time.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.
Portfolios are great for keeping an eye on multiple projects. Having the ability to add tasks to multiple projects is a big plus and very helpful so that tasks can be seen from various perspectives.
I find this incredibly easy to use and helpful to plan future projects and tasks for each. It has a nice structure, which helps.
It’s nice to look at the tasks I have for the day or week in a manner that doesn’t have me scrolling so much or doing a lot to gain access to a task. The templates for projects help immensely too.
I love Asana because of the easy to navigate interface, visual organization, and ability to create custom fields that allow my agency to get the most out of our project setups.
This software program is great for our smaller team and cost effective as well. We are able to manage team projects and I like that we can set it up for recurring monthly projects.
I love how many other programs integrate with this software. It is a great project management tool for freelancers or agencies.
Easy to use, great customer service, and fun (yes a software can be fun).
Overall experience with Asana is good. Its easy to use and worth the money.

The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.
I really like the beautiful, intuitive and easy-to-use interface, if you used similiar tools before you will be at ease with monday.com.
Sometimes the information gets lost on each ticket, especially on larger teams.
I love its ease of use, the ability to track by project, and the ability to customize the templates to fit your needs.
I also appreciate the ease with which participants can be added in order to follow progress of tasks. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to manipulate tasks.
IT's one of those tools you enjoy using aesthetically. For general project or product management, it works great and is super easy to figure out.
Monday is very easy to use, has excellent help and tutorials, and extremely responsive tech support. They regularly add new features and improvements.
The clarity of which you can identify the tasks necessary and the way the tasks roll up to completion. I like that it has clear large status bars that you can customize for ease of viewing.
I love how flexible and powerful Monday.com is. It is very easy to build out tracking sheets that interact with Aeschylus other and dynamically update.
And customer support/community around the platform is great, the folks at monday.com are quick to respond and help out with getting you up and running with specific needs and requirements.
I like that there are templates for a variety of project types available, and that there are many integration opportunities.
I am also a big fan of the customization available on the grids and with the premium subscription, you have a whole lot of integration and automation options available.
Easy to use interface, good user community, one tool that can make the work of 4 (planning, customers, testing, budgeting) and anything else you turn it into.

Super easy to use, powerful features, ability to invite guests for FREE, Great technical support, lots of video tutorials available.
Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
ClickUp has some truly inspired design and feels lighter and more fun to use than many other management tools. It's easy to learn and new, useful features are consistently rolled out.
After a few months I still get confused about the sapce/folder/list/task hierarchy and use the wrong terms when describing my "location" in the software.
Great experience with the product initially I was a bit hesitant to use and recommend it because I did not know about the product at all but once I started using it I fell in love with it.
Sometimes had an error when trying to make a new list and could not find any documentation about the error online.
I understand that this a way to monetize the platform and am grateful that there are those that can contribute. The integration for time tracking tool such a Togl or it's own time tracker is great.
Bad support - no quick reply from the team on the chat.
This product is fantastic. I love that I can have multiple projects and tasks going on at once and I can view it all however I would like (sort).
However, once you get past that point, it is worth it as the platform does a great job and is very robust.
Functionality is great, customer service is awesome, updates are great, and works for what we do very well.
It is graphically very appealing - which really is a big deal when trying to be very clear on assigning important tasks to a big group of people.
The large amount of tools, coupled with the possibility of customizing are the strengths of this tool. The cost-benefit is very good and provides much more functionality than the competitors.
Very impressed at the ease of use and can't wait to explore it more and utilize more of the features it has.
I like the integrations that this tool offers and its easy of access on mobile. It is a great way to keep track of yours and others projects.
It makes management easy and simple - a great interface, great mobile apps too.
Super easy to use and can be as hard or as easy as you want it to be.
Clickup is constantly updating their app with relevant and useful improvements. Especially love that their price is much lower than many their competiting apps.

It is a very stable system with useful features. Easy to implement with good technical support.
The site itself is hard to navigate to as ADP has a few other portals. There are also a number of features and views that are not utilized by our company so the robustness of the software is lost.
The flexibility of being able to use the app and website. Super easy to use and fun navigation on the website.
I hate to be negative however my experiences using this program on behalf of my client have been excruciating.
The ease as an employee was wonderful. Also added benefit you get your tax forms earlier than by mail which is a super plus.
There really isn't much aside from the lack of error messages. When something goes wrong it doesn't really tell you what is going wrong so it's hard to know what to fix.
The expanded benefits section is great and a tool that is valuable for employees. Having the ability to look forward toward your retirement is nice.
We have implemented a system where if you will take off a particular day due to illness, we request the next day off - but this is a very poor workaround that often leads to confusion.
Love the ease of the mobile app, it is very user friendly. The payroll feature for our office is great.
There are major benefits to having this. The ability to pull payroll reports without having to contact someone is great.
ADP is really a great app. The customer service is also wonderful, any time our company has had to call to request help or changes, they are their immediately to help.
I like how easy this software is to find information about my employment and links to my benefits. It is a great place to have all of this together.
I like the ease of use with ADP Workforce Now. All employees caught on quickly to the program and really enjoyed the ease of use.
ADP is expanding who they will integrate with which is wonderful because you can have several other systems integrated to the payroll system which makes for seamless processes.
Overall a good program and super user friendly. I've had people tell me they enjoy this more then the previous program we used.
I like that I can have easy access to money I earned and where taxes have been taken out. It’s also great in that it allows you to punchin even if Working offsite.
You can go from keeping it really basic, to adding all different bells and whistle. The team that sets you up is also super helpful and you can reach them by phone or email with a rapid response.
I like how I can manage a teams time and payrool. I love it as an employee to check my time & money.

You can build incredibly amazing customer relationship with the most popular and favorite Zoho CRM Software. You can convert extra leads and you can easily increase your revenue.
The workflow piece is awful and not intuitive at all. Where all other platforms use actual workflows, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century in its interface.
I like the most about the collaborative easy to use tools with any type of function like customer service, marketing and creating automated responses which are very helpful.
Really clunky, looks terrible (in terms of UI), and generally a bad CRM tool. I guess you get what you pay for.
ZOHO CRM is very easy to use, particularly, it offers you the ability to customize its features to fit business goals. It has a great user-friendly interface and easy to navigate.
It was a mistake and I immediately corrected myself by ignoring Zoho apps. Though I wasted 2 months learning the modules.
It is easy to use, it works perfectly fine and integrates easily with other software so it is a complete solution for the business.
The functionality is a bit awkward and customization is limited.
I am very happy with the features that are now offered by Zoho. They are as good or better than any other CRM out there and less expensive.
Zoho CRM is very effective in helping you manage your day to day businesses. The ease of integration is amazing.
As we have Zoho Mail for our business account, the ability to seamlessly integrate from mail to CRM is very helpful. As other CRMs usually only easily support Gmail or Outlook, this is a benefit.
Overall its a good application to be invested on if you want good maintenance of your records. AlsoThe customer support is very supportive and almost always available.
The powerful email tools are one of the best for marketing and are included at a very competitive price point for small to medium-sized businesses.
I would totally recommend Zoho as a solid good CRM to anyone looking for a CRM that is powerful and has a great team supporting it.
They have a great help section with useful videos and their support also helped us implement things very smoothly. Its easy to create tasks and the reminder system is excellent.
My experience with Zoho has been fantastic, another thing I love about their software is the support. They support is unparalleled in the industry, fast and responsive with solutions.
I love the add-ons in the Zoho Suite because it's a very easy and powerful way to broaden the possibilites of the software.
Their customer support is awesome and they have one of the quickest turnaround for resolving service tickets.

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff.
It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.
I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.
There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.
Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.
Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.
Super easy to use from the non-creative/briefer side and I hear the same from the creative side. Easy to see version histories and follow up with edits.
For a private venture, this is the main problem in my view. This is likewise the situation for extra highlights, a considerable lot of which are just utilized by Admin yet are invoiced for each seat.
Logging the bugs was very easy and I liked how I got automated messages back when the dev team took care of my tickets so I could keep up with progress.
If you have someone who is super organized and sets a good example for what to put in each task, it can go a long way. It makes a manageable and organized to-do list for everyone in your org.
A great project management tool, with lots of features and a great interface.
The support staff was very pleased, who, when using Wrike, helped us quickly configure the interface and create an individual and appropriate workflow for my team.
The thing that I like most about this software is that it is pretty easy to use and set up for projects.
It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.
I've use ripe software for over 5 years collaborated on multiple projects with multiple end users and vendors and can only say that is phenomenal software with a very good price in the market.
Overall, I think it is a solid tool. I have heard from champions that it is costly, and that most integrations come at an incremental additional cost.
Very complete project management tool. I like the direct integration with the calendar, which ensures everyone is aligned on the relevant tasks.
Looks amazing, hard to use in practice, with unresponsive community support.

Pros and Cons from Workday HCM users

Overall very positive experience with a good balance between ease of use and customizability.
More cons that pros, I'm afraid. The training was long, extensive and confusing.
My overall experience was very positive. As I mentioned above it is one of the better benefits software I have used in my career.
Because of how much functionality is in the platform, I did get lost sometimes not knowing where to go.
From what I’ve observed, Workday is a robust tool and is often considered the industry standard because it is effective at what it does, even though its usability could be improved.
The buttons are sometimes confusing. For example, submitting a request for vacation seems cumbersome as there are different buttons that seem to do the same thing displayed at the same time.
Workday provides a great array of features for every employee in an organization from tracking their time to managing their benefits like leave.
The user experience while booking vacation is awkward. Exporting historical data sometimes just generates incorrect data.
Having access to each requisition, understanding where the candidate's are at in terms of application status, and progressing candidates with clear communication/notes is great.
Workday Compensation is a great product & there support is great.
Great integration features. Great software for applicant tracking, storing employee information and pulling my day to day reports for payroll and employee job details.
As an employee I find it very useful to be up to date on all of my benefits. The amount of information available is vast.
Incredible program, great for a large company that has employees in multiple provinces and countries. Customer service and project management is top notch.
I like how the main page with show the current cost of your monthly benefits. It's also easy to add dependents or beneficiaries and make changes.
Compared to other similar products, it has a nice design and has been relatively easy to use.
The workday community sessions they help to gain knowledge.
Workday is probably the best human capital management too in the world right now.
It provides the basics in a stable platform, but it's still very basic due to our need to control costs and not customize it for our needs as much.

The ease of and accessibility of reporting and the self-service features for employees, including the always-expanding app, is wonderful.
Mgr was always complaining that she didn't find our notes. It was frustrating and caused ill feelings.
It is user friendly and real time tracking which is awesome!!! Super easy to learn and teach.
Too difficult to use and understand its set-up and costly, poor customer support to solve problems.
I really like how robust the system is -there is so much that you can do to help drive efficiency and accuracy. I also like that is relatively intuitive to use for employee side.
Implementation struggles and lack of cohesion between product team and implementation team.
I have had some of my best experiences with customer service through Ceridian and they always help me modify the system quickly to make it work effectively for me.
We are now a year into this project and 6 months post-live and are STILL trying to cleanup the mess caused during implementation. My time and my team's time is dominated by this cleanup process.
I enjoy how you can onboard new employees with benefit selections and payroll. It is useful to keep all these managerial aspects to my job on one location.
Lastly - we are currently have a major struggle with funding our 401K.
Our employees are very happy with how user friendly the system is. I think we have more employees engaged now than ever.
One system provides for a seamless user experience and will allow us to maximize the functionality, especially with all the great changes coming in 2020.
Great HCM product that will save your company labor costs and help you in every aspect of HR & Payroll.
Overall Dayforce is the best workforce management software in the industry. If you have to do anything HR related, Dayforce will definitely help you get the job done.
It's software that makes interaction with HR seamless and effective, I believe it saves a lot of time of going back and forth via email or other means of communication.
The integration between HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Benefits is the main reason we went with Dayforce. It gave us an all inclusive solution to our needs.
The scalability of this software made it easy to implement across multiple offices and divisions. It integrates with our existing payroll solution.
Of course you always feel good about the payroll software as it gives you money, but apart from this there is option of benefits ,pay slips and gives you a graph of all parts.

Overall experience, sprout is user friendly. Best use for tracking my overtime, payroll and what I love the most it's pretty convenient.
Sprout would have downtimes which makes it difficult for our team to clock in and out on time. Schedule adjustments can also be confusing especially for 24/7 shifts.
It is packed with useful features like leave and attendance tracking, online 201 file management, employee data bulk upload, and asset tracking. The leave tracking is very useful in our workplace.
Creating a new employee profile and bulk upload function sometimes do not work. There is no calendar view or summary to see who is out of the office or who has filed a leave.
Good Experience in Using Sprout for work and tracking attendance and a very easy to use and user-friendly interface.
I'm unsure if our Sprout/Payroll team does have full access to this software as there are times the changes need to be done by the frontliners instead of them.
I liked the overall features of this software its very easy to understand and navigate.
Sometimes we encounter error but it's manageable.
User friendly anyone can use it! the log helped us a lot in supporting all staff who worked from home during the pandemic.
It's a helpful tool to keep track of employees information where one could upload and download documents related to ones employment - an easy file.
Ease of use and the support team is very accommodating.
Easily can see information about an myself as an employee, track my leaves and ease of use.
I like this application for hr payroll system. You can easily pull out your records and payslip on the go.
Integration of the software is easy; all of the employees can use it immediately.
It is easy to use and efficient. Cost-friendly to the management.
The fast and easy usage of instacash for those people who are in need of money in an instant.
Easy to navigate, fast customer service and TAT.
Its easily integrated to our work, but the tabs for more there are certain terminologies that need rebranding for it to be understandable.

It was nice that there were PPP reports created to help with the application as well as the forgiveness. They were very helpful while going through those processes.
If it weren't a hassle to switch systems, I would switch in a heartbeat. This is a terrible platform and I am unimpressed with the company as a whole.
I like that there are a variety of solutions to help with all of our HR processes. The system is user friendly and common sensical.
It is hard to give negative feedback about a product that does more than one can fully comprehend. The report writer can be tricky if you are not familiar with how to use it.
Our of the 4 payroll companies that we have used over the last 10 yrs, Paylocity is my favorite. The program is the easiest to use and the employees like it the best.
The interface is terrible and they are making changes all the time. I have a rotating door of "account managers" and never get ahold of the same person twice.
Most of the features are easy to use and intuitive. The best part is the customer service and the dedicated representative to help with everything we need.
This is very very frustrating because I can only navigate and let the employees know where to do and provide resources but not see what they are seeing and work from the back end for them.
This company had excellent rollout of the product into the work environment with the most amazing customer support I've ever received.
We also use it to great benefit to track pay and paid time off. Other than some qualms with the ease of use, Paylocity has been a great success at our company.
Integration was super easy and support was great throughout the entire process. Onboarding with employees was also very easy.
The best part of this software is how user friendly it is. I also really like the customer service. Having my own designated representative is very important to me and saves a lot of time.
This product is great for providing schedules, but it's also engaging to the employees, allows for colleagues to commend each other, and provides a lot of additional benefits.
I love that the system is easy to use and there are so many helpful resources. Everything is very easy to find.
Overall very good, easy to use, easy to navigate just have a couple of hurdles that I would love to discuss.
The ease of processing is what I like most about the software. It is functional to our needs, especially the tracking of hours, wages, and benefits which make reporting and budgeting easier.
The best benefit of using Paylocity was pricing.
The integration with Principal, our 401K vendor, is very helpful.

I had previously used TruPay before coming to this company, so I found the transition to be extremely comfortable for me. I like the ease of use and ability to pull a variety of reports with ease.
Another inconvenience is the lack of fingerprint login feature on phones. I also found it inconvenient that the website password has to be changed every 60 days.
The customer service for resolving issues is excellent as I am one of the individuals responsible for maintaining our system.
We really have very few problems with it. There are a lot of options that we won't need or use so the Kronos Community site is a bit confusing.
How easy we can run reports. There are a few more features that we like and user friendly.
During implementation, we were constantly told 'the system does not do that', or 'that can't be done. Out implementation process was terrible, and we still don't have everything working.
My overall experience with this software is very good and highly recommend.
There seem to be a lot of communication problems. Things you would expect to be linked aren't and it is designed by software developers and not end users.
Workforce Ready is a very robust time and labor application that can integrate seamlessly with your payroll solution.
As with all things, most people will not be wanting to pay the costs associated with using this product.
I appreciate the ease of use from an administrator standpoint. Reports are easy to design and build.
I like that you can conform the program to do even the most complicated needs of the company. The ease for the employees to use and see what they have invested in the company they work for.
I love the ability to now be able to use an electronic system for time keeping and time off requests. It's much easier to track and approve requests.
The reporting features are great. You can auto schedule reports to send and navigating through the software is easy.
I like the ease of being able to clock in from anywhere as well as seeing all of your past punches.
Good customer service, multiple sites throughout the workplace and easy to use interface.
I use this for my work schedule. It is easy to navigate and very user friendly.

I love the ease of use with this software, and the navigation of different employees' schedules. Its easy to insert times and easy to post once it is completed.
I have never had such a bad experience with a company. This is the first bad review I've written in my life.
The accountability of Jolt and ease of use is amazing. The support team is always there is the best!!! I am thankful for Jolt.
And availability is set as "unavailable to work. It should really be changed to when the employee is available to work, or call it "Unavailability" or something, it's just confusing.
I like jolt because Jolt is easy to use and cost effective. It makes team communication better and secured.
Customer service is horrible; they promise to get back to you but don't.
Found the instructions and support functions excellent and made it easy to navigate awesome support.
I have cut my time that is spent making the schedule down from the previous program I used.
Every time I call for questions, or concerns they are amazing to walk me through it. Customer service is amazing.
The expansion and organization of all our company's departments lists will benefit tremendously from Jolt. Jolt is very user friendly and has a seamless interface.
The task management is amazing. We've used it for real-estate property management in the past and it's great.
Anyone can complete this the assignment, you can even assign that they are supposed to take pictures of the area or assignments. Very useful and great for the restaurant industry.
This application is great for accountability. It is very organized and easy to use.
Once we did get implemented - she was AMAZING in providing training and support.
Jolt made the initial setup and content migration for our test account simple. Store level integration was seamless and the team loves using the platform.
You are able to assign the checklist to the employees with a deadline that your able to assign to each individual. This is great for accountability for each person in different departments.
It's been a huge time saver. It's saved us time, and time equals money, in various areas of our business.
I have a rapidly growing food business and have been looking for a solution that would work well with our team ensuring that nothing goes astray.

It is a great software for posting the Jobs, Announcements, Easy to navigate, Great Customer Service. It is great for applicants to use the same profile for multiple jobs.
When entering a hire, with the last OHC update, a tab for approvers now exists. This is confusing for managers as they enter some random name.
I love the ease of use and diversity of what we can do for our recruiting department with this software.
If multiple people review the same applications there is no option to keep individual reviews answers.
The best part of the software is -- it supports Oracle standard version, which saves us must more supported expense.
Difficult to change some required programming when necessary. Not always to quickly change programming rules due to legislation.
Overall our experience with Neogov was very good - they were timely in their customer support during setup and promptly answer any of our questions or concerns.
Master Record Merge function can be very confusing to new users.
The ePersonality/NextGen software product line is solid and a much better economic fit for us compared to the competitors in the enterprise HR/Payroll space.
We love the simplicity of the software. It's easy to navigate and learn for first time users.
The BI Tool has also allowed a great visibility into one of our major cost center and has been instrumental in gain of efficiency over time.
Happy with the flexibility in the product that is all setup and not customization.
Good app and is recommended for use in all offices.
I have worked with many companies with implementation, and I was impressed by the assistance and setup NeoGOV had for working with their API.
Ease of use and integrated products really give us a good customer experience.
NEOGOV customer service reps are easily accessible and very helpful. The software is easy to use and run reports to view or track applicants and employees.
It provided the ability to continue recruiting and provided hiring managers the ability to view/screen applications remotely. We are looking into adding onboarding, position control and eforms.
Value for money depends on how you choose to customize. If a complicated and/or lengthy implementation, it can get pricey but for a more straightforward implementation, it is very cost effective.

Pros and Cons from Proliant users

Proliant was the best decision for our organization in 2014 because they were by far the industry leader in understanding the Affordable Care Act.
The customer service provided was always terrible, so much so that we had several phone calls with upper management because of the poor treatment that we received.
The whole team has been a pleasure to work with. They made implementing the software super easy and even when I have minor changes to settings they are more than willing to accomodate.
The functionality between Proliant and their Time and Labor system is terrible.
The software is user friendly for the most part and has a lot of great features such as Time and Labor, PTO tracking, Performance Management, Benefits Administration etc.
The worst thing about Proliant is its software.
If that is all you are using it for, you will love its ease of use and functionality. At the price point offered, it is a very economical choice for basic functionality.
It can be difficult to navigate the menus and find what you need. Time management is a little hard to use.
Operations Manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is awesome and is knowledgeable and is always helpful.
They system is always on the most recent version. I like that is integrates with our benefits system and our ERP solution.
Great support, smart people who are good that this make my life easier. I don't have to learn or stay up on payroll rules, taxes, etc.
The support team is superb. They are most helpful, always available.
Ease of use and navigation, affordable, great customer service.
I like that Proliant is easy to use, loaded with reports that are critical to understanding expenses associated with Labor, and very easy to communicate with account managers when questions come up.
Proliant is an excellent company and their customer service reps are excellent. IF we have problems, our assigned reps are always quick to assist us and correct any issues.
Ease of use, PTO tracking, low cost, great customer service.
Easy navigation and reports section. I can always find what I need or create a report for it.
The full integration of the various modules and ability to make processes all electronic in a 70 site de-centralized clinic environment.

The ease of use and the wonderful customer support. The software is always helpful and if I don't find the way on how to do something, customer support is always there to help.
No warning given if approving a request for time off for an employee who is over their accrued time off entitlement.
Due to the great Slack integration, the chatbot informs us about absent employees every morning and makes it easy to plan our resources. Costumer support is amazing.
Doesn't have a recruitment module at all and that's very disappointing no value for money.
CakeHR is a wonderful and handy tool for a small business to keep employee information stored. It integrates with Google Calendar, Slack, and a few others so it is great for us.
It has some bad translations in German e.g. Sometimes the holidays from other dep.
I like the most customer support (it's fast, helpful, plus, some things which I have mentioned, later I see in the soft which is great and let's the customer feel special :).
There are so many features in Sage that it can get confusing. You also have to really pay attention to permission settings as well.
What I liked about this software is the ease to automate internal processes. This software will allow a complete electronic profile to be created for all employees.
It's worth every penny- a really financially comfortable software for smaller companies, that usually have less useful options.
Overall, CakeHR is a great HRIS system. The integration between timesheets and attendance is seamless.
Sage is a great software, you get to capture and manage your payments very well and organized.
Great tool, easy to use, sync with Slack possible.
My favorite feature of Sage is being able to run total expense reports based on a particular project.
Certainly cakeHR solves part of the management of my company's talent department, but it is still far from being a suitable software for companies with more than 50 employees.
This software suite will allow managment to automate internal human resource processes, that were previously completed manually. This has improved our internal efficiencies.
It would be a good thing if they published the roadmap so that we could know how they are going to develop the product.
It is easy to use by employees for absence requests. The calendar view is very convenient to see at a glance the planned absences.
