It's a really complete solution that handles all the requirements for a bussiness like us, the schedulling is very complete and the control fo the employee's timesheets is awesome.
Many glitches when it comes to connecting with RUN or scheduling, but the biggest problem is the inefficiency of the sales team whether the chat or phone. They are simply HORRIBLE.
Customer support was amazing through the whole process. I find they tried their best to keep in touch EVERY week to see how we were doing with the app and what we needed help learning.
As a team, we find ourselves frustrated with Deputy on the daily.
I also enjoy the ease of inputting employees into the system and the ease of placing employees into shifts. Its quite easy to use and its functionality is great throughout all levels of use.
The product messed up or payroll month after month.
Like the ease of using and that it integrates well with Quick Books Online (QBO). I also like the phone app and that is great for when we are in the field.
Cannot filter locations, can be slow to load, Supervisor notifications go to the wrong person.

The client portal is wonderful, and I love how the accounting features are organized. Customer service is amazing.
Wasted hours trying to make it integrated with QuickBooks, only to have PP blame Quickbooks for PP inability to integrate. I spent at least 12 hours and gave up the integration.
I continue to be very impressed and happy with the software. They are constantly updating it with new useful features.
Since they have grown, they have lost some of their customer service.
There are simple reports and a great dashboard to see how much is outstanding, to be billed, and the amount in my trust account.
Technical Support and Correction of Problems - Discovered a serious problem with the partial payment of invoices that does not allow a Client to make a partial payment to an invoice.
Ease of use, great customer service and tutorials, countless helpful features to help me run my practice (i.e. calendar, billing/invoices, time management).
I don't know if they really have an IT department to fix any problem that is presented them. I have serious concerns that they don't know how to fix the bugs in their own system.
Also, the interface is extremely user-friendly -- the customer service is excellent, but I very rarely need it because the interface is natural and the tutorials are great.
We love Practice Panther Software for its ease of use and full capability to administer the cases, maintain and generate billing and keep us responsive to our clients' needs.
Helps me manage my solo practice all by myself. My clients are satisfied with their client portal and ability to send me messages.

It has been really good, customer services are amazing and get back to me so quickly which I think is such a positive.
Sometimes doesn't automate simple things but this may be more my lack of technological no how.
The Support team is always at hand by phone or email and has been an excellent service to me personally, adding greater confidence with the software and my daily usage.
The system can be confusing to use if staff have a varying weekly work pattern.
Good features (nhs update is great) easy to use, updates and videos are helpful.
I do find the reporting function is not as intuitive. When trying to run a report for the first time it is sometime difficult to select the correct filters.
Very easy to set up and use and good value for money. We had more of a manual process in place previously and edays has improved services a lot.
The admin end can feel a little clunky, and there are occasionally glitches with how much leave people have taken.
The product is easy to use for all from users to administrators. The set up was also easy with great support from the days team.
It allows me as an Administrator the ability to add and/or remove information appropriately associated with our company.
Lots of features available , user friendly and very good customer support.
I can produce a very accurate account of staff movement and create reports with confidence, making my role more effective.

TANDA has tons of great features and support is fantastic. Several of the features I'd requested were implemented quickly which shows the effort going into continual improvement.
The reports are one dimensional rather than being multi-dimensional. This is not to say that these reports are terrible or don't provide insights.
The improvements in staff timekeeping, reduction in wage costs and the improved accuracy of our payroll and HR records have been superb.
This makes it very inconvenient especially when I need to have a quick review of the roster for the month.
Love the support the Tanda Team provide. So far the system is proving to be a great asset to our businesses.
I wsa led to believe by their sales guys that the intergatons would be No integration with my pos so couldnt view live labour cost percentages by location. The mobile app had very limited use also.

Better records of absentee, sick leave, annual leave and time keeping.

The easy access and hands on component. Now we have updated to using the Humanforce App this has been a great addition and in particular for our staff.
We have a general lack of understanding of the reporting and analytics of the program and it is not the easiest to self teach.
Very easy to integrate into and with other financial software. Live costing and award bonus calculating is very handy.
Difficult to open on your phone, and hard to minimize.
Humanforce ticked most boxes that we required and was the best fit for us at the time of implementation.
Their support team can sometimes be great but most of the time terrible.
I have actually implemented Time Target years ago in an aged care environment and I have seen the product improve immensely.
Great experience, has helped with our rostering system.
We have undergone substantial growth and change the past 4 years and TT has been able to facilitate this change and helped us integrate with new systems along the way.
Ease of use and integration with payroll software is essential.
We have seen huge improvements in staff clocking in correctly. Admin costs have been slashed.
New staff are able to download and use the app quickly. Humanforce allows roster changes to be communicated quickly and easily with all the staff.

Overall, quite easy and good to use. Everything is in the one spot which makes it easy to do multiple things at once in a quick time frame.
I have found it difficult to add in penalty rates for weekends and public holidays which means my budget is not correct.
I like the easy functions and pissibility to plan my weeks ahead. It's very easy to work on rosters and have all employees use the functions they need to.
Ento is meeting all of our enquiries. There is no con to be mentioned.
Always knowing availability and able to communicate last minute changes efficiently. On going support is fantastic, I have never been left in the dark when I have questions.
Unfortunately where it lacks in everywhere else, the HR component does not integrate with other apps, is constricting and does not play well with employees when updating or creating new contracts.

The recent update has made ENTO easier to use and visually pleasing.
Overall, quite easy and good to use. Everything is in the one spot which makes it easy to do multiple things at once in a quick time frame.
I have found it difficult to add in penalty rates for weekends and public holidays which means my budget is not correct.
I like the easy functions and pissibility to plan my weeks ahead. It's very easy to work on rosters and have all employees use the functions they need to.
