The software is clean and simple and serves as a great resource for company information, coworker contacts, and a comprehensive company calendar outlining anniversaries, birthdays, and days off.
Some of the updates would cause havoc on the system and delay some of our onboarding.
I hadn't used it until my current company and I am really happy to be able to utilize it. There are so many great features and I love it.
The only con I have noticed is from guys in HR complaining that it does not provide in-house payroll management.
BambooHR has some great integrations (Slack, for instance) that allow me to see when my co-workers are out of the office or even celebrating an anniversary or birthday.
At times I struggle with the signing portion of documents.
Great customer service, easy to navigate user platform and mobile app, love that it includes things like ENPS scores.
When we first got it, I would say its lack of payroll integration, but it's since integrated TRAX payroll with the software, which our accounting team is now switching to.
We have become very dependent on this, the mobile app and the website are both great benefits to our employees.

Rippling did not file my quarterly taxes and failed to pay federal taxes on payroll for a few staffers. I have been financially penalized by the government.
I love that Rippling makes payroll fun, with easy to use features to download documents, see paystubs, and fun design quirks that always bring a smile to my face.
At this moment there are no aspects of this software that I dislike.
Great product at a great value. Our transition from our previous product was seamless and changes are easy to make within program.
I have since transitioned to a new payroll provider that has had zero issue doing both those things correctly. Yet, I'm still being charged for Rippling despite them not doing their job correctly.
Finding important documents is easy and straightforward, like it should be. I love receiving the fun emails every time I get paid.
I have to beg for responses and escalate emails to additional staffers to get a response. Horrid customer service and completely lacking to do their job correctly.

IT was great experience. Customer service was great and was ready and happy to answer any question I had.
Data entry is prone to human error, and validation rules are critical for preventing bad data being captured. Unfortunately, this tool is limited in terms of what you can control in that regard.
I like it's flexibility and it's ease of use. For us, the software is multi functional and it has been a great value add that we can do more than 1 thing with 1 piece of software.
I dislike the lack of ability to export data. I realize the data lives in SF but being an admin and not a developer I find it difficult to export data from a form individually.
This solution have a great amount of diverse fields so you can use them no matter the industry; health care (that was my case), finance, forms, legal (my case also).
Vital contacts need to be configured in advance if they will be on the form, which can be hard when your sales team is lazy on providing this.
More time to focus on sales because it was very easy to set up so i didn't spend time on that. I tried a lot of solutions but this is by far the best.
I could not follow up all the required steps for initialize this. Got stuck in the middle.
I enjoyed the ease of form creating, as well as how well easy it was to plug and play with Salesforce.
The Youreka team are very innovative and helpful to deal with.
The principal pro I found is the super easy integration with Salesforce and the versatility of the forms you can create with Youreka.

I love how user friendly and easy to use it it. The customer service is great-- shout out to Aimee.
When an event cancels or postpones, it is difficult to remove it from the system. I've had the software reinstate staff when I went through and deleted them.
It has made that we can increase our volume tenfold whilst maintaining superb quality. It has reduced some tedious tasks like payroll into easy to use functions.
There have been periods of wicked bugginess that blocked use on a number of peoples devices.
Our Ops Director loves the ease of forecasting and entering scheduling details and the seamless way it communicates to our staff.
It took me forever to do. With Nowsta, everything is right in the app and it cuts the time in half.
Really like how you're able to have templates for shifts and I can plan out my schedule ahead of time. I also enjoy the layout of the sidebar, and the nice colour scheme a lot.
Not much, really, but if I had to pick something ... no two way communication - staff can't reply to announcements.
We love how Nowsta integrates with our Curate software. We appreciate all of the information that we are able to plug-into each event.

The ease of and accessibility of reporting and the self-service features for employees, including the always-expanding app, is wonderful.
Mgr was always complaining that she didn't find our notes. It was frustrating and caused ill feelings.
It is user friendly and real time tracking which is awesome!!! Super easy to learn and teach.
Too difficult to use and understand its set-up and costly, poor customer support to solve problems.
I really like how robust the system is -there is so much that you can do to help drive efficiency and accuracy. I also like that is relatively intuitive to use for employee side.
Implementation struggles and lack of cohesion between product team and implementation team.
I have had some of my best experiences with customer service through Ceridian and they always help me modify the system quickly to make it work effectively for me.
We are now a year into this project and 6 months post-live and are STILL trying to cleanup the mess caused during implementation. My time and my team's time is dominated by this cleanup process.
I enjoy how you can onboard new employees with benefit selections and payroll. It is useful to keep all these managerial aspects to my job on one location.
Lastly - we are currently have a major struggle with funding our 401K.
Our employees are very happy with how user friendly the system is. I think we have more employees engaged now than ever.
One system provides for a seamless user experience and will allow us to maximize the functionality, especially with all the great changes coming in 2020.

Overall Dayforce is the best workforce management software in the industry. If you have to do anything HR related, Dayforce will definitely help you get the job done.
It's software that makes interaction with HR seamless and effective, I believe it saves a lot of time of going back and forth via email or other means of communication.
The integration between HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Benefits is the main reason we went with Dayforce. It gave us an all inclusive solution to our needs.
The scalability of this software made it easy to implement across multiple offices and divisions. It integrates with our existing payroll solution.
Of course you always feel good about the payroll software as it gives you money,but apart from this there is option of benefits ,pay slips and gives you a graph of all parts.

Overall Dayforce is the best workforce management software in the industry. If you have to do anything HR related, Dayforce will definitely help you get the job done.
It's software that makes interaction with HR seamless and effective, I believe it saves a lot of time of going back and forth via email or other means of communication.
The integration between HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Benefits is the main reason we went with Dayforce. It gave us an all inclusive solution to our needs.
The scalability of this software made it easy to implement across multiple offices and divisions. It integrates with our existing payroll solution.
Of course you always feel good about the payroll software as it gives you money,but apart from this there is option of benefits ,pay slips and gives you a graph of all parts.
The ease of and accessibility of reporting and the self-service features for employees, including the always-expanding app, is wonderful.
Mgr was always complaining that she didn't find our notes. It was frustrating and caused ill feelings.
It is user friendly and real time tracking which is awesome!!! Super easy to learn and teach.
Too difficult to use and understand its set-up and costly, poor customer support to solve problems.
I really like how robust the system is -there is so much that you can do to help drive efficiency and accuracy. I also like that is relatively intuitive to use for employee side.
Implementation struggles and lack of cohesion between product team and implementation team.
I have had some of my best experiences with customer service through Ceridian and they always help me modify the system quickly to make it work effectively for me.
We are now a year into this project and 6 months post-live and are STILL trying to cleanup the mess caused during implementation. My time and my team's time is dominated by this cleanup process.
I enjoy how you can onboard new employees with benefit selections and payroll. It is useful to keep all these managerial aspects to my job on one location.
Lastly - we are currently have a major struggle with funding our 401K.
Our employees are very happy with how user friendly the system is. I think we have more employees engaged now than ever.
One system provides for a seamless user experience and will allow us to maximize the functionality, especially with all the great changes coming in 2020.

Checking the kind of job it helps me do within the shortest possible time, i think the price has been awesome for me.
The only downside that I have seen is that there is no "forgot password" option. I was locked out of my account because I forgot my password.
We became more impressed with the Software and their Customer Service as we went along, they took care of us, they took the long view from the start.
When you forget your password, that is it. It doesn't remember password incase you forget yours.
The after sales support has been amazing. I am in Australia and have been communicating with the tech team in Canada on a regular bases and I have been guided though the whole set up process.
I was having problems with our parts downloading too long but AI promptly fixed that.
This program is very easy for my employee's to use with older demographic users they too have found it easy to use. The visional layout of the dispatch board has been helpful.
It's not well designed for mobile and remote workers; the management tool need a PC to work on, etc.
Scheduling and checking the progress is super convenient and make my life so much easier. The support team always respond fast, the product keeps updating.

The user interface improved while I used it and I liked the visualization to help with scheduling. It allowed for you to paint the different priorities which was very helpful.
It randomly signs me out frequently and it's a bit annoying to have to log back in.

I like the ease of use of the software, very user friendly, and best of all it has an app that you can use on your phone should you be away from your desktop computer.
I cannot edit time off requests if I make an error. It is also very difficult to view the calendar with so many people on it.
I like the ease at which I can view PTO/Vacation. It is great for accounting for my personal schedule.
It is a little confusing if you need to change a request.
The customer service is great and the overall value of the software is fantastic.
I would say the only negative of the website is the calendar it is slightly confusing.
The demo was great and all follow-up conversation was responsive and helpful.
The problems was that anyone could edit the calendar so we had no idea if the time off was approved by management or not. We also had no easy way to track the total time off an employee was taking.
I like the simplicity of requesting and approving time off. I also like how you can link to your Outlook Calendar so you can see who will be out.
Many reporting features are available as well. The support staff was always more than happy to help me with any questions I had or any additional requirements I had for the software.
If you are lookingfor software that's easy to use and helps you to manage your people's time, builtforteams is a great product.

Navigation - There are to many drop downs and this does confuse a person somewhat. It does get a bit confusing, navigating around the system at times.
Adding of templates is easy to setup, would like a help screen with some functions. Price very competitive to similar products.
Devices dont all work on the same mobile network and get disconnected a lot, we had problems on site with most of our devices not working because of signal issues.
Very enjoyable to use and the interface is good the system is easy to use and can easily check on patrols etc.
Customer service is very poor and completely unacceptable. We would request customer support to fix issues with registering tags but the team will not return our calls.
It is a smart and easy to manage toy that can make your work experience more fun.
My only con would be the billing for invoices, only because the previous company charged on a monthly basis as opposed to a weekly basis.

Devices dont all work on the same mobile network and get disconnected a lot, we had problems on site with most of our devices not working because of signal issues.

Customer service is very poor and completely unacceptable. We would request customer support to fix issues with registering tags but the team will not return our calls.
It is a smart and easy to manage toy that can make your work experience more fun.
My only con would be the billing for invoices, only because the previous company charged on a monthly basis as opposed to a weekly basis.

We have had a positive experience with Ubeya and the team over the years. Its a great product that just needs a bit of refining in areas to be perfect.
Also, the date layout starts on Monday rather than Sunday, so it gets confusing when using other programs with a calendar. I've tended to put an event on the wrong day by accident.
The team are super helpful and came at at time when another similar systwm we were using ceased trading commercally … we love ubeya and have ended up with a superior product.
Also, the Chat feature on the Ubeya App has never worked for my iphone 6. When I click on "chat" it simply says {"status": "Failed", "msg": "Invalid arguments.

After changing a shift I can no longer see what it used to be.

Not able to remove employees from the list if they leave the company.

It's awesome to see staff being publicly recognized for things that might have gone unnoticed prior to implementing Kazoo, and they are encouraged since they're being rewarded for it.
We remain disappointed with analytics. There have been improvements, but reports are not intuitive or customizable.
The customer service I get from them is awesome, they are always eager to help me use the tool better, introduce new features, and make sure I'm getting the most out of my subscription.
The reports & dashboard options appear to be basic and limited.
I like that it's super easy to use and everyone's profiles are super easy to grab. When you want to reward a lot of people at once it's super easy to grab their names and reward them quickly.
The only downside to YouEarnedIt would be an internal one.
I absolutely love this software. I enjoy being able to give points to my coworkers when they've really helped me. I think it is a great way to boost morale around the company.

He continues to check in and make sure that my experience is nothing but the best. The product is amazing, but the customer service is even better.
Takes 2-3 weeks to process and with holidays can delay payments longer. Customer services is UNREACHABLE at times, only a chat function with NO phone number to contact.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.

The only thing I don't like about the software is its tendency to "stall out. Occasionally, perhaps twice in a full day of use, I will try to stop a line of time-tracking and receive an error.
Clockify is easy to use, inexpensive, and is simple set up. It has a robust API and also provides a lot of great reports that you can customize to be as granular as you'd like.
Other tools have become problematic in the past, but it's hard to miss the on/off switch with Clockify.
Simple but very useful, for teamwork, monitoring the time of each task and each employee is excellent ... it helps the team and myself in my organization of the day.
It can be glitchy when the internet connection is weak, requiring you to log back in.
I recommend this for the staff who work for me so they can ensure they're accounting for their correct number of hours worked. Have had a great experience with it so far.

This product is fantastic. I love that I can have multiple projects and tasks going on at once and I can view it all however I would like (sort).
However, once you get past that point, it is worth it as the platform does a great job and is very robust.
Functionality is great, customer service is awesome, updates are great, and works for what we do very well.
It is graphically very appealing - which really is a big deal when trying to be very clear on assigning important tasks to a big group of people.
The large amount of tools, coupled with the possibility of customizing are the strengths of this tool. The cost-benefit is very good and provides much more functionality than the competitors.
Very impressed at the ease of use and can't wait to explore it more and utilize more of the features it has.
I like the integrations that this tool offers and its easy of access on mobile. It is a great way to keep track of yours and others projects.
It makes management easy and simple - a great interface, great mobile apps too.
Super easy to use and can be as hard or as easy as you want it to be.
Clickup is constantly updating their app with relevant and useful improvements. Especially love that their price is much lower than many their competiting apps.

Pros and Cons from ADP Workforce Now users

It is a very stable system with useful features. Easy to implement with good technical support.
The site itself is hard to navigate to as ADP has a few other portals. There are also a number of features and views that are not utilized by our company so the robustness of the software is lost.
The flexibility of being able to use the app and website. Super easy to use and fun navigation on the website.
I hate to be negative however my experiences using this program on behalf of my client have been excruciating.
The ease as an employee was wonderful. Also added benefit you get your tax forms earlier than by mail which is a super plus.
There really isn't much aside from the lack of error messages. When something goes wrong it doesn't really tell you what is going wrong so it's hard to know what to fix.
The expanded benefits section is great and a tool that is valuable for employees. Having the ability to look forward toward your retirement is nice.
We have implemented a system where if you will take off a particular day due to illness, we request the next day off - but this is a very poor workaround that often leads to confusion.
Love the ease of the mobile app, it is very user friendly. The payroll feature for our office is great.
