“OK accept it's hard to see the exact hours when choosing appointments without clicking into the appointment before and after to offer the surround appointments to the client. Also clients only get a general reminder and not for the pet specifically so sadly some clients space and and either call to ask which pet or only bring one pet if two were scheduled. This was a real disappointment to learn that names were not included in the emails and text reminders. I may not continue with the service is this is the main reason I switched away from square for more pet specific features.”

“Pet Software gets the job done but can get extremely laggy even with a good computer and internet connection, but if you can look past that its a wonderful tool for any animal service business while not being overpriced.”

AWFUL. There is no other word to describe it. The amounts don't match, fees are too high, customer service is rude. Their reports are not clear and their app is not use friendly. This company is not trustful.
