I purchased a software cs6 disc 8 years ago. It's been working for 8 years. Now I get a pop up that it will be disabled unless I upgrade. This company is a scam. I have been in contact with them 7 times to resolve this issue. It has now become a form of harassment. Their customer support people are ignorant. Then they send you to self help. Not only have they wasted much of my time, but my websites...
nothing. the company has terrible ignorant customer service
They will disable your software unless you pay a monthly fee

I have had a highly positive overall experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
