The customer service has been nothing short of amazing. They continue to help me perfect my business and take it just as seriously as I do, for each individual client of theirs.
Big shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who went above and beyond to ensure my partner and I loved our new logo, she changed and tweaked it until we were totally in love with it.
I love the MOST is the customer service. EVERYONE that I have talked to has been nice and helpful with a smile heard through the phone.

Cons

Having to create a new PO for recurring charges every month without the option of it automatically generating on its own is ludicrous for us.
I have been largely frustrated with the platform and the support.
Too bad this software can't have an embedded CRM feature that functions like Salesforce and integrates with ZoomInfo.

Cons

There's no magic button though. Now that I'm fully migrated and familiar with the software, my business has grown (even during a pandemic).
Learning any new software package can be daunting and BCN is no exception. It is a feature-rich package, with many settings to personalise, some of which won't be applicable to you.
I haven't found anything that I don't like about this company.
