Easy to use, powerful, 24/7 tech support very helpful


I love the transaction log for what I've done, the reporting system can do practically anything, I'm in control, and when I don't know how to do something, I just call support anytime of day or night and they will walk me through solutions.

Fairly intuitive navigation and easy scan and go cataloging.


I find that adding subject headings is a bit confusing. As often as not I end up duplicating terms and I never can figure out why.
