Pros

Many options for judging of awards and can include different rounds as well. Good branding opportunities within the system, whether it be for your own awards program or your sponsors & partners.
Even better, the vast online guides and reference materials are awesome. They're a huge resource when you're onboarding Award Force for your organization.
Award Force is extremely user friendly, while also providing a robust and feature filled platform. The system walks you through every step of what you need to run your custom award program.

Pros

The process is intuitive and straightforward. M happy when our instructors are happy.
We discussed this with the Exponent team, and they immediately jumped in to help us craft a re-integration strategy, with terrific support from their management and development teams.
Fully customizable, excellent customer service, responsive to needs, lightning vs. classic views, value for cost is unbelievably good.

Cons

In all honesty I have very little bad to say about the whole experience.
The setup can be confusing. It took us some time to realize what we needed to do and how to do it.
Not being able to use the fields in all areas of the application. Not being able to do negative selections in the search windows.

Cons

I administrate it but I wasn't around for when we installed it, so I have no comparison at this organization.
The learning curve has been steep for me (system administrator) since I didn't have previous Salesforce experience. There is so much to learn it can be hard to know where to start.
Runs very slow (especially in lightning view), Salesforce functions are not intuitive, pulling reports was very difficult at first.
