Pros

Overall a very good and intuitive rental program at an affordable price with great support.
Useful and super helpful product for organizing the rental services we offer in our shop.
The backend calendar and inventory management is a delight to work with and the payment integration with Stripe is seamless.

Pros

System is very user friendly and the help line is great to work with.
Great customer service when help is needed in a timely manner.
Having well-trained trainers will help your customers tremendously.

Cons

We hate losing a small piece that may cost $1000 or more and we didn't have it barcoded in separately on a check out. Also it has a hard time integrating with Quickbooks and other accounting software.
So far that is my main complaint. It is only designs for a brick and mortar shop when so many rental shops are online now.
It runs next to our online store, so you see 2 shopping baskets on the page which is sometimes confusing.

Cons

Having to create a new PO for recurring charges every month without the option of it automatically generating on its own is ludicrous for us.
I have been largely frustrated with the platform and the support.
Too bad this software can't have an embedded CRM feature that functions like Salesforce and integrates with ZoomInfo.

the worst experience. I'm a new business trying to get started and you are taking almost 400 from me and i've only used the software for a month at the most. I could not get it to work right with my wix website.

Pros

Nothing. I cant get anyone on the phone and you seem to think you can take advantage of people that choose not to use your service if it wont work for them.

Cons

the fact that it does not work! and i wasted time trying to get it to work by hiring people and pay for training.

The almost perfect renting plateforme for audiovisual equipments

My experience was very good, the handling is relatively simple if you have some notions of backend and the team is nice and reactive. On the other hand, concerning the API, for those who want to take 100% advantage of any Booqable feature, you are on your own and the Discord is not much active.

Pros

For the rental of audiovisual equipment, Booqable is a great overall solution. From order taking to invoicing, including stock management, all steps are easy to implement and use. Personally, I use the API a lot, and even if it is not well documented, it is extremely powerful.

Cons

I don't much like the order view which doesn't keep in mind the sorting by Status or Pick-up... it can be improved. The invoicing workflow is not perfectly done yet, and the user can't retrieve his invoice on his account for instance. For those who use the host version of the store, javascript integration is missing to offer even more possibilities and SEO optimisations...

A-LOT of software for the money!

Best bang for your buck rental software. Easily used by me and my customers, once you're familiar. Significantly reduced my workload and increased the legitimacy of my business.

Pros

Booqable is a life-saver. Being a small business that isnt available 24/7, I was missing out on rental orders that came in at times we were not available. Having a free online webstore that allows my customers to book orders 24/7/365 has reduced our work load, and increased our sales. This has put us on the map.

Cons

I wish there was a way customers could upload documents - i.e, a picture of their driver's license. Or, a way that they could sign a contract prior to booking an order as opposed to just Accepting the Terms and Conditions.
