It is continuously improving, both in usability and new features.

I would like to be able to use it for my other business - and I'm sure I will in future if the feature set keeps growing!

Especially made for bookings, giving you all necessary options like booking management, invoices, mailing, good tracking and basically everything you need for this kind of businesses (we own a little bouncy castle renting in germany). All of that for a more than fair price!

Development and integration of new features could be better/faster, but in general nothing really to complain about.

It's nice to have an online store, but it would be nicer if it all worked right.

There is no way to contact a person when you need help. Customer Service is definitely lacking and could use some improvements.

I love the ease of use, all the way from integrating the rental "shop" in your website to the back office where everything is laid out clearly.

The Booqable administrative interface is easy to understand, and each feature has a useful instructional guide. I can configure Booqable and verify the results immediately. Booqable customer support responds quickly with accurate information and advice.

Booqable still does not have API integration to Stripe "test mode". I had to test my final integrated business platforms with a live credit card and pay some Stripe commissions for some dummy orders.

I love the way you can see and monitor all you inventory with ease, the instant website updates is awesome. Ease of use is fantastic, also the setup was very easy

I feel that it should have the capability of attaching photos to bookings like pre and post hire photos. Can’t really fault anything else

I think it would be better if we could see more products, so more rows/columns would be ideal, 4 is not much. Same on a phone, 1 is not ideal.

Booqable has the best pricing available for a rental business. Whenever I need help with the booking site or anything the service team goes over and beyond to help.

The only con is the time difference for customers support im in the United States and i believe the service team is over seas but to compensate for that they will send emails and videos of how to solve the issue

Booqable ensures that we never double book canoes, shuttles, guides or gear. It lets us see the everything very clearly as well as apply specific items to clients. For example, we can say canoe #12 will be rented to John Doe. We need this feature because our gear is constantly being pulled out of use for maintenance so we need to be able to apply specific units to customers. Booqable was the only software that allowed us to do this.

The App for tablets and phones is not usable.

I think this is the simplest, most user-friendly product you can use. What I love the most is that this software doesn't take up too much time or effort to use. They make everything plug and play and in lots of situations, turnkey. I work as a cinematographer and use the software for tracking my equipment, building quotes, and some small rentals to colleagues, but I don't want the mess of running a rental house. Booqable makes it easy to do all I need without the major time investment. If you want to get into the details, go for it, but if you want simple item tracking/webshop/inventory, it's great. Also, the customer service has always been top notch, and I have been a user for years and never had an issue.

I would say my only con is there could be a cleaner calendar view, and the app needs a little work, I wish I could send quotes from the app itself instead of having to go to the desktop site.

I liked that our company could manage every single thing that we need on this one site. There was no need for us to integrate into another site. The ease of functioning on one system/site makes running the business easier and less frustrating.

The only complaint that I have is that there is only one website template. As the options grow I am sure it will bring Booqable to the next level!

As a web developer I appreciate how refined, well-designed, and easy-to-use Booqable's website dashboard system is. They thought of everything. There are settings to control every aspect of equipment rental that we could ever need. The system is intuitive to use out-of-the-box, I could figure out most of it on my own. And when I needed help, their support team has been responsive and helpful.

Promo code functionality is not offered on their basic pricing tier.

Looks good, easy to use, fast and to the point. At the moment it is by far the best and cleanest solution for digital inventory and rental management. It is cloud based and you can access it in every moment. The support of Booqable is incredible fast and very helpfull!

The fact that the layouting and customisation of the invoices and other documents still feel a bit behind compared to other features.

How complete it is. You can really start-up a rental business completely using booqable - it's not just an add-in.Big PLUS: the service is extraordinary. Within 4hours, I get exactly what I need from a HUMAN. That's awesome.

The web-site builder is nothing compared to Wix or Shopify, there is only 1 template, I can't be very creative since I have to follow the structure of Booqable. The Traductions parameter (I work in French, Canada) is not 100% effective (there are still words that won't translate, even if the parameter is set).

What I love most about this software. The ease of use. It is easy to navigate where all the orders and invoices are. It's all neatly organized by order numbers and invoice numbers. Setting up a Quote/invoice was never this easy before just punch in your goods and done you can make a quote and or invoice. If you ever do encounter a issue, The live chat is a great option response time is fast and helpfull.

What did I not like? When setting up it's a lot of work putting all your goods into the software. Sometimes there are minor glitches but the Live chat has helped with these glitches.

Booqable is incredibly easy to setup with an amazing user interface, along with virtually every feature I could possibly need to start my online rental company.

My only concern, which is really specific to me and not so much an issue with Booqable itself is that with only allowing for Stripe and PayPal integration, I've struggled a bit as a South African (with Stripe not being immediately accessible, and having to jump through a few hoops to get this going). The only thing I would add to the platform which really is quite specific to me would be to allow for the integration of alternative payment gateways, but I understand why this is a bit of a hurdle and probably not a high priority.

I tried a different rental booking software first and was surprised by how difficult it was to use. Switching to Booqable was a great relief. It's very user-friendly, and it accomplishes all the necessary tasks without over-complicating anything. It's easy to input inventory, easy for the customer to browse and make reservations, and easy on the back end to track the rental stages. I really appreciate that they will pause the subscription during the off-season, while still allowing customers to browse and book.

Equipment rentals are a very small part of my retail business, and I technically could handle the tracking with a spreadsheet. I use Booqable because it keeps my time spent on rentals to a minimum. I would prefer to pay a percentage of sales to use the software, or some combination of a small monthly fee and percent of sales. The currently monthly fee is do-able, and will be fine if I grow that part of the business.

The software is extremely easy to use and I was able to build it directly into my website. I loved how easy it was to setup with stripe payments and get started. It only took me about a half of a day to get fully implemented and have a fully functioning website up and running.

User interface for the customers is extremely bulky and non-customizable. After the customers are redirected to the booqable interface to add to card, checkout, pictures, checkout dates, etc. just seemed like a bulky and hard to use the first time I used it. affordability, easy to use, the help system with instruction videos, support

I don't want it to become more complex, but would like more pricing flexibility,

1. It just works and is easy/intuitive to use 2. Integrates seamlessly with Weebly website 3. The customer service is best in class, the chat is right there, and it's a handful of knowledgeable and helpful team members who are there often instantly or within a few hours with a personalised response. you're really chatting with someone with a vested interest in the business and get to know them by name. Oh and they actually help fixing the issue too, most of the time :) 4. Regular software updates that actually make a difference, based on customer feedback

There are some glitches and business rules that doesn't quite suit how we work, especially around quoting and invoice creation. I'd like a bit more flexibility here. Would like to see integration with other website providers too, as I picked Weebly only because it worked so well with Booqable (and it really does), but now I'm subject to the functionality in Weebly. It would also be good with add on packs for reporting, analytics or other functionality for smaller businesses without needing to upgrade to fullblown corporate membership. I'm a small business but have a lot going on, but can't justify going to the upper pricing to get the bundles and other extras.

Ability to do both sales and rentals. Easy to import inventory and client base from previous program. Back end admin, quotes, invoice processing looks very simple to use, intuitive generating of reports and other paperwork. Able to create account-locked access to services.

Website design a bit limited compared to others. Cannot design website like in Squarespace, like adding versatile blocks in any spot on the pages (gallery, charts and tables). Cannot pick and choose block item sizes (images, text). Font selection is limited within the same page to only what is chosen in themes). Website theme templates are limited to only one choice. However, support team is very responsive and able to offer alternate solutions.

Easy to implement, use, and keep current with our changing inventory. Extremely easy rental inventory management.

Mobile App can be a bit cumbersome, but overall works.
