Pros

We have had a pretty good experience so far. The support team is super responsive and tries hard to get the answers and takes our feedback as well.
I love the fact that the Good ShufflePro team is always there to answer questions and train on new features that will help the business become more efficient.
The customer service has been excellent. The invoices are professional looking and our clients seem to like their ease of use and payment options.

Cons

Both of those are to be expected with large data systems so really there is no downside.
It's subject to user error and I can supply plenty of that.
It's much easier to determine inventory and scheduling overlaps now and we are avoiding many more conflicts since seeing everything in one place.
