Pros

I have been with Brilliant Directories for several years. Their platform is the absolute best for running a powerful directory.
Overall very happy with the end result, the high level of ongoing support and outstanding customer service by the BD team, highly recommend their services.
The best part of Brilliant Directory is it complete integrated solution looking at almost all aspects needed by the business group, associations or community.

Pros

Awesome user experience. It is the best software of its kind to really link teams together.
As a team Blink are brilliant. They are extremely proactive in all aspects of our relationship, from concept stage through to BAU.
Generally a good, easy to use app that allows good interaction with colleagues as well as getting news and updates out quickly.

Cons

However, when you receive an email from someone who you have just spoken to on the phone that has no relation to the phone call, it comes across as a little fake.
I am not that knowledgeable in programming languages and I'm finding it difficult to go in and make some of the changes I need to make. The term 'widget' is also misleading.
Customer support is below average with no customer orientation. One of the incidences where they did not accept a bug that led to a loss.

Cons

My only criticism is that when on boarding you have to them re enter the employee to add there details such as payroll information.
M looking forward to the getting an update to enable messages to be sent after being offline, this would enable. Me to use offline and keep up to date with chats.
However, we would rather use Blink for messaging and sharing than go to product that was a unified platform but a poorer experience.
