Pros

They are professional and have excellent technology that fits my needs. Their platform allows for users to monetize it and Brilliant Directories is not counting my potential revenue.
The customer support people are great. Also, their Facebook page has a very active community that shares ideas and is there to help you 24/7.
Overall, Brilliant Directories is the best solution for me. I used the free trial option for a week and loved it. It is so easy to use and it's an awesome product even without the VIP Add-Ons.

Pros

It's better then WordPress for non profit organizations and associations. It's easy to use and their support team is always helpful.
It has increased the beauty of website in every aspect. This has saved time in editing or updating the server data.
Best part of Tendenci is it supports a rich variety of third party integration options.

Cons

No page templates to choose from. Html coded) - No Trial/Free membership - Sitemap not working with search engines.
A little concerned about the 10gigs of space and bandwidth, that seems very low for a directory.
We really don't have any major or minor complaints about the software. I was expecting that something so complex, with tons of features, would be a nightmare to set up and run.

Cons

I don't see anything that make me dislike the application.
Tendenci is user-friendly,intuitive and affordable tool thus I absolutely lack anything as dislike.
Editing website content via WYSIWYG editor which involves only drag and drop.

Pros

The software has uncommon capabilities to assist with the operation of associations and other nonprofit organizations, such as online events management and promotion, membership management, donation management, online directories, and job boards, among others. I also use it to power the website for my small business and have a number of client websites that are powered by Tendenci. We get quick response to service requests as well.

Cons

They are constantly improving the software and have a lot of things that can distract from a laser focus.

Pros

Secure, the ability to restrict data to only authorised personel is brilliant, this protects data from being accessed by unauthorised personel keeping it safe and secure. Easy to create feedback survey forms to get opinions and feedback from clients. Customizable to out organizations needs comes in handy. Easy interface for every user to understand
