When i first found them it was like striking oil as they are an all in one solution. As I dug deeper and spoke with their sales guy i learned a lot about how easy it all is and how I could get started. After making my purchase with them I am more excited then ever working with my assigned trainer to get my site launched in the next few days. Their support is mostly email based and community forum which is great because this is not my full time job and I manage it in my off hours. For the discounted rate I paid to start on a full license its certainly worth the value for what I have got back in return. I reviewed all of the competitors in the space and none of them have offered what BD does for the price and the experience they have as a company.

Kelvin has been really helpful all the way through. The support videos are excellent and by the time I have finished I will have a great site

We read a lot of the reviews about this platform before we bought and were very impressed with the raving positive reviews-- thinking there's got to be some people out there that had a negative experience. How often do you experience a company having everything positive all the time? Not often! But this company seems to have it... You will be very happy you join their family, as we are!! Good Luck!

I have been looking for good directory software for over 12 months, during that time I have looked at a lot of companies offering all sorts of software. I first came across brilliant directories in Dec 2013 and was immediately impressed with what they had to offer. I sent an email requesting more info and was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call from Dennis to answer all my questions. Today is the 5th Feb 2014 I have placed my order for my first directory. All my fears and worries have been sorted by Dennis he has been in regular contact online and on phone. With this level of customer support I know I have made the right choice and look forward to working with brilliant Directories for the foreseeable future.

I Tried another Soft ware before I choose this. That Looked more difficult to understand and more expensive than this. This has very easy to understand video clips and the System itself looks very user friendly. But I have not really dived into this yet.....

I have joined brilliant directories for 2 major reasons, I have searched and researched a great directory softwares and spoke to a few. Here it is, Not only Brilliant Directories look great and navigating is pleasant, but the guys that I spoke to at Brilliant directories are all a pleasure to speak with, very helpful before I joined and after I joined. They respond very quick via email or by phone, which ever you choose. I have joined them and even referred a good friend of mine to them that has much more experience on the web than me. I started using Brilliant Directories 6 months ago after trying to build directories on my own. I found their product to have all the elements that I needed to have in order to launch a directory. We chose to work with this software because it allowed us a database without needing to hire a backend developer for our site. Although we wish the homepage offered more configurations of the core elements beyond adding/removing/color change/font change without delving into the code, the ability to have a functioning searchable database is the most useful feature that we simply have not found elsewhere with comparable ease of use.

Well it took me two years of looking and researching but in the end we chose to go with Brilliant Directories. It's functionality and flexibility are unmatched and the representative is a wonderful Customer Success Director. Looking forward to becoming one of their many success stories.

I researched many products before settling on Brilliant Directories. The most similar product I found was much more expensive. I also found some cheaper directories but they did not look modern. The support files that Brilliant Directories have seem good with a combination of text & videos. I was able to work out most things that I wanted whilst going through the trial. Hopefully they will continue to build on them. The only area that I have discovered so far that could possibly use some improvement is the Customer Service response times. I don't have enough experience yet to see if this is a regular problem or possibly it was impacted by the Easter holidays.

I am not your average customer in the sense that my dificulties in signing up were plentiful not to mention the country I am living in was in the midst of a military coup. My questions were many and my skepticism initially was plentiful but I am happy to say that dispite all of this Dennis was the professional that every review has mentioned previously. The Customer Service at Brilliant Directories is by far superior to any other software organization that I've engaged with. The solution is superb and the pricing when on sale is great. The ease of use is adequate and will take some getting used to if you're coming from WordPress. They do need to be a little more up front with letting folks know that there are additional charges to pick out which theme works best for your site. Buying the full license led me to believe that I would have access to any and all tools available to BD customers. Overall it's been good and I look forward to building out numerous thriving directories on the BD platform. Thanks!
