Dennis took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and concerns about Brilliant Directories before signing me up for the platform. He made sure that my concerns were put to the rest by emphasizing the different features of Brilliant Directories as they pertained to my needs. I am happy with the support I have received before making a decision to purchase the software from the company. I hope to receive great results for my directory from the use of the software.

Great to actually get a call after making online registration. It was a good professional call. When you receive a call, you know its a sales call yet, some people are very keen to sell, but your approach was good. Assisting people to understand more is important which you have achieved. I would have liked it if you after asking my 'Industry' proactively sent through some sample sites/clients. This gives client a greater comfort and understanding of your platform.

Overall the experience was okay. I belive the uploading of categories could be better. Also it you assigned everyone a dedicated tutor during the setup process instead of the videos might get more people to buy into your product.

This is a fabulous product provided by fabulous folk. I'm loving it. The support is awesome. I feel I have found a family and friends. I have been looking for this script for ten years. I have tried every script out there, gone back to old options, tried again and ended up back at square one. Then I found Brilliant Directories and what a find. Finally, a ten year search and some-one had the nous to do the job properly, fully and finally. The last word on directories.

I had considered building a directory site with Wordpress but decided to use Brilliant Directories instead because it offers support. I think the company knows the value proposition to customers is ease of use and set up support. I wasn't all that impressed with the sales support. I had specific market and technical questions that he couldn't answer. Instead he read off a script. So far so good, I like the platform and follow through Brilliant offers.

If the product works at the same level of quality as Dennis I will be very happy and will be able to justify the monthly fee involved. The only reason I have set the "ease of use" to 3 stars is due to the fact I am not up and running yet (sorry guys) but I'm sure it will work to the level I am expecting in which case will re-rate the ease of use at 5 stars. Dennis was a huge help when making my decision whether or not to go with this service, so well done to Dennis.

Everything from the staff to the platform have been really amazing to work with. My questions were answered in record time. The platform was easy to use and navigate ,as well as the abundance of training videos that surly helped me along the way. I most definitely look forward to launching more sites with this awesome directory platform. I totally would recommend this platform to anyone that has a directory business idea.

Unfortunately, I can not give an analysis of the software yet. The review software requires I fill in the ratings field. Truly, the customer service has been great. They offer a plethera of videos to help you get started. But, I have not had a chance to use the product yet. I bought it based on price and features. If the features are as advertised, I expect the software to be great. So far, the customer service has been excellent.

Our directory of 2,000 restaurants, restaurantsCT.com, had become outdated and no longer ran on our server. After almost 6 months of being "down," and several failed attempts with other directory software, I happened upon Brilliant Directories. Dennis called me back almost immediately and was very helpful guiding me through the demos. I knew this was the solution I was searching for. We'll be live and profitable again real soon, I am sure.

Goo product, quick responses for queries, ease of use is good. Could be a bit more customisable but for the price cant complain. Lots of videos to show you what to do (although I'm terrible with following instructions) however once you get the slick dashboard it becomes quite intuitive to follow without instruction just waiting to have my categories and pricing structure imported, then I'm good to go

After a number of communications over the phone and via email, I can say that Dennis from Brilliant Directories was a pleasure to work with and answered all my queries promptly and directly to the point.
